Yaesaki Yamabuki and Edo Kirishima-style Ryukyu-style azalea

[Yurikamome] April 29, 2011 08:30

Hamarikyu Garden 1-103-3541-0200 Hamarikyu Garden 1-1 Hamarikyu Garden, Chuo-ku

Yaesaki Yamabuki grows on the bank opposite Hamarikyu's Shinsenza Kamoba.

When a thin, supple green branch is illuminated by the sun, the flowers shine golden.

Nanae Yae Hana blooms, but it is one of the fruits of Yamabuki.

Yamabuki, famous for its ancient affairs with Michio Ota, is considered to be double-flowered and cannot actually be attached.

I think there are many people who remember what I studied in the past.

Hon Kirishima (Edo Kirishima series)

Single scarlet, 5 stamens ... It is a typical variety of Edo Kirishima.

It was handed down to Edo about 350 years ago.

At that time, there were no such gorgeous flowers in Edo, so Edo citizens seemed to be very surprised.

It was introduced not only in Edo but also throughout the country.

It is introduced as a famous flower in Kinshu Pillow.

In the Edo period, "azaleas" were planted on Mt. Gotei in Hamarikyu, and in the spring it glowed like a red fire.

Currently, it is planted on the shores of the "tidal pond" and on "Oteiyama" and other places.

 Purple Ryukyu (Ryukyu)

A single light purple, 10 stamens. It's sticky.

Purple large azaleas are collectively called "purple Ryukyu".

The flower color is dark and light, and the change varies.

Crossing the "Oden Bridge" of the "Tide Pond" toward the shop of "Hawk Tea House Ruins" and it blooms on the right.

It's best to see it.

Wisteria, peony, and iris are in bloom.

The Botanen of Hamarikyu is now the best.

After all, it blooms bigger than "Winter Peony" and there are many types.

If you stand up, shakuyaku ... if you sit, button ...

There are a lot of people who have cameras.

On the other side of Botanen, iris sanguinea began to bloom.

The number of flowers increases day by day.

Take a large deep breath and walk around the flowers slowly.

DSCF4827 Hama Ayame 2.jpgThe wisteria blooming in the Hamarikyu Garden blooms on the "Oden Bridge" of the "Tide Pond" and the "Japanese Garden" of the "Yon Liaokan Ruins".

When it was "Hamagoten" in the Edo period, the entire "Oden Bridge" was covered with wisteria trellis, and the north side of "Nakajima no Chaya" was purple wisteria flowers ... the south side was covered with white wisteria flowers. It seems that it was done.

The wisteria trellis is a variety called "Noda Fuji", which is characterized by a long bunch.

The long one is over 2m.

Noda of "Noda Fuji" is the birthplace of this variety and comes from "Noda" in Noda, Fukushima-ku, Osaka.

Hamarikyu Garden Village Cherry Blossoms

[Yurikamome] April 27, 2011 08:30

The Hamarikyu Garden, which has been blooming beautiful flowers since the end of March, is also turning to soft green.

In such a situation, the last village cherry tree of this season is competing and blooming.

Sekiyama (Kanzan) blooms late in the village cherry blossoms, but the flowers become lumps and continue to bloom until early May.

Ukon (turmeric) has a clear yellow color at the beginning of blooming, but whitish at the end of blooming.    It looks like it's thin and pinkish.

Gyoiko (Gyoiko) is a little darker at the beginning of blooming, but it turns a little yellowish by the end of blooming.

2011_0424 Beach 23 Gyoiko 0036.JPGFugenzo is said to have been named in this way because the two stamens in the center of the flower are light green and the shape resembles the elephant's fangs on which the Fugen Bodhisattva is riding.

Surugadai smell has a very good scent when approaching the flower.

2011_0424 Hama Suruga Dynioi 0056.JPG   Kazuha (Ichiyo) is pink when it is buds, but when it blooms, it feels white and pure.

Sky Tree @ Kameshima Bridge

[Satsuki Yanagi] April 19, 2011 08:45

3.11 The Sky Tree, which wasn't even in the Great East Japan Earthquake

In fact, it looks closer and bigger (for some reason, if you pass through the lens, you can see it far away ...)

This is on the Kameshima Bridge.

At the foot of the bridge, one of the Akaho Nanji: Monument of Takenori Horibe

During the Edo period, the Mifunetegumi was set up downstream of the river, and the head was Shogen Mukai ...

There is an explanation board like this.

The male figure of the Sky Tree, stepping on Dane and his feet, seemed to be a "symbol of Japan that always recovers."
