As the TV drama "Newcomer" seven years ago, the subsequent movie "Kirin no Tsubasa-Theatrical Version / Newcomer-", of course, the original and other novels by Keigo Higashino, this movie "Prayer curtain descends" Is also closely related to Nihonbashi as a whole and Nihonbashi Ningyocho.

I'm worried about the location, all over the country, but as you can see in the original, the location was concentrated in Nihonbashi.

Regarding the location that took place from June to July of this year, Rosmari went around the location in Chuo-ku.

There are some places where we are listening to the details at the location.

Along with the introduction image, I will introduce it in no particular order from now on.

Please look forward to it.

100 Years of History Zeitaku Senbei Seven Lucky Gods Doll Yaki ~ Shigemori Eishindo ~

[rosemary sea] December 12, 2017 12:00

It is rosemary sea, where we cover "gifts and enjoy yourself" in a scrum with the food lip party.

DSC03195a.jpg

Shigemori Eishindo at the Suitengu Signal Corner, founded in 1917, and is a long-established and popular doll ware shop that has just been established for 100 years this year.

We spoke with Shigemori Eishindo Shigemori Eiichiro, Senior Managing Director of Shigemori Eiichiro. Mr. Shigemori is the person standing in front of the store in the image.

DSC03198a.jpg

The first generation of Nobudo Shigemori is president of Eiji Shigemori.

In 1905, he moved to Tokyo from Shinshu Ina and trained in Tokyo and Osaka before becoming independent.

In the meantime, I continued to think about "Zeitaku Senbei". And commercialization.

What is Zeitaku Senbei?

I used plenty of sugar and eggs, which were valuable at the time, so this naming.

It seems that it became popular as a souvenir after a visit to Suitengu Shrine.

It's strange in terms of naming. The inventor was the first president, Eiji Shigemori.

It was the first time that the name of the store was "Shin" from Shinshu, where he was born, and "Shin" where trust and trust are the first priority in business.

In addition to naming, the first generation was an ideaman.

In the early Showa era, when we moved the store to the corner of the current intersection of Ningyocho, we decided to use an airplane that was still rare at that time in advertising.

So I loaded a flyer on the plane and scattered it from the sky.

It seems that all over Tokyo was surprised that unprecedented, and Zeitaku Senbei became famous at once.

・・Let's introduce the product. I added a comment from the Rosmari Food Lipo Corps.

The wonderful handkerchiclass the small luxury Nihonbashi Ningyocho store

[Silver] December 11, 2017 12:00

Take a walk from Tomizuka's famous "Sugimori Shrine" to Nihonbashi Elementary School, and you will find trading companies and shops on a quiet street. In spring, and recently I was fascinated by the window display of this shop.

This is the first handkerchief specialty store in the world.

1512691748055.jpg

A lot of wonderful handkerchiefs are displayed. Because it was my second visit, I visited between walking to buy a slightly fashionable handkerchief if there was a connection.

I entered the store and thought, "I want a pocket chief." When I looked at my right hand at a glance, a kind clerk took a consultation.

1512691811035.jpg

What taught me was a handkerchief who designed the story of "The Magic Flute of Opera". I wondered if I would casually decorate it on my chest.

In the story related to the handkerchief, there are many stories in which love is tied with the handkerchief that you dropped with the handkerchief that you picked up. I think it's perfect for Christmas gifts.

The name of the shop is "Classics the Small Luxuri Nihonbashi Ningyocho".

Address is 3-5-1 Nihonbashi Ningyocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0013

The handkerchief named "Champagne Party" was also wonderful.

The guardian of Kodemmacho, Chiyoda Shrine

[Silver] December 8, 2017 12:00

I didn't know at all that there was Chiyoda Shrine right near Tokyo Metro Kodemmacho Station.

When I got the "Nihonbashi Kitauchi Kanda Ryogoku Hamacho Detailed Picture" and looked at the path from Kodemmacho to Edo-dori St. and the ruins of the Gundai Yashiki, I saw the word "Chiyoda Inari". I walked with the "Chuo-ku Sightseeing Guide Map" in one hand. Because it was Chiyoda, I thought it was a shrine in Chiyoda-ku, but it was a 3-minute walk from the Tokyo Metro Kodemmacho station on Edo-dori St., and the address was 9-1 Nihonbashi Kodenmacho. It's near Kodemmacho Post Office.

1512209985741.jpg

If you read the history written, it is as follows.

Chiyoda Shrine depends on the spirit of Shinto during the Choroku period, and Michio Ota Mochi uses the spirit of the festival to the castle of Chiyoda.

At the time of Tsunayoshi Takakawa, he was transferred to Kodenma-cho with the words of Ota's former minister, Yasushiro Nagano.

There is a lot of change when the company is in trouble to serve after the end of the service.

It was erected in the old land during the Tenmei era in fear of Shintoism and fear, and continues to this day

In September 1923, due to the reorganization of the Showa 2 district, which was burned down in the earthquake, the place was replaced by the place and the rest of the country was settled.

In February 1945, it was burned down again in the wake of the war. This time, the power of various people was used to receive clean goods, and a new shrine was built.

I will describe the history.

 November 1958 lucky day

 Kodenmacho 2-chome Town Association

It's Nihonbashi that is still deep. The fun exploration continues.

Rice crackers, hand-baked one by one, not mass production. ~ Ningyocho Sokaya ~

[rosemary sea] December 7, 2017 18:00

This is a rosemary sea, focusing on "gifts and I enjoy myself."

DSC03138a.jpg

For the first time in a year and a half, I visited the rice cracker shop in Ningyocho amazake Yokocho and the Ningyocho Sokaya.

We continue to preserve the traditional manufacturing method and taste.

Click here for the previous article.

⇒ /archive/2016/07/post-3477.html

This time, I also took care of the shop owner, Junmichi Ishikawa and his daughter.

My husband, I'm still baking rice crackers one by one with all my heart today.

DSC03135a.jpg

Last time, I didn't introduce the history of the store. ・・・

Speaking of Soka in Saitama Prefecture, "Osenmochi" is a specialty product.

From the Soka, in 1928, the predecessor, Toku Ishikawa opened a shop in Koko Ningyocho.

For nearly 90 years since we have been particular about hand-baked, we are still baking rice crackers one by one in Ningyocho.

It seems that the dough of the rice cracker arrives from a relative's factory in Soka.

They are baked 200 to 500 pieces a day over Bincho charcoal charcoal fire.

Even those who pass through the table can see the work of baking rice crackers.

DSC01199a.jpg

This main dish, "Hand-baked Senbei", is a tasting of the rosmary food lipo corps as before.

Increased from the previous 3 people, and this time it is 8 people.

"The taste of soy sauce matches the rice cracker and is delicious." Mr. F Yu.

"I can eat many pieces, and it's delicious." Mr. Kko.

"It's savory and delicious." Mr. F River.

"It was not too hard, the taste was soaked and delicious." Mr. Ikura.

"I enjoyed the taste of the rice crackers I had when I was a child and it was good." Mr. S branch.

"It's determined by the taste soy sauce of the rice cracker. The taste of this soy sauce is excellent!" O.

"I thought it looked like it was grilled, but just the right chewy texture and the soy sauce taste are delicious." Mr. Si.

"I don't feel the flavor of soy sauce! It's delicious." Mr. S Yama.

DSC03137a.jpgAlso, as I explained last time, Ningyocho Kusakaya is a model and location as a rice cracker "Amakara" of Keigo Higashino's novel and TV drama "Newcomer" We are.

Unfortunately, the movie "Kirin no Tsubasa-Theatrical Version / Newcomer-" seems to have been cut in the main part, but as a "newcomer", an important story that decorates Chapter 1 in both novels and dramas It is the source.

The charm of hand-baked rice crackers and the personality of your husband and daughter are linked not only to customers seeking rice crackers but also to important items in novels, dramas and movies.

I look forward to hearing this story at a later date.

Ningyocho's "Iki" ~ Ningyocho Kikuya ~

[rosemary sea] 09:00 on December 5, 2017

It's rosemary sea, which fixes "gifts and I enjoy myself".

DSC03113b.jpg

Kikuya Ningyocho is a stylish Japanese restaurant nestled on a path that leads from Ogannonji Temple in Nihonbashi Ningyocho to Nihonbashi Elementary School.

DSC03118a.jpgThank you for taking care of the landlady Kie Shiga. The man in front of Japanese shop curtain is the landlady. I visited before the store was opened.

I don't have a regular menu at Kikuya.

That's because we keep in mind making the most of the ingredients.

It seems that you can face the ingredients purchased on that day, think about how to provide dishes in the best condition, and listen to the customer's situation and proceed with the banquet aiming for maximum hospitality .

The course fee is ...

Private room / Omakase course 16,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

Counter seats, Omakase course 8,000 yen (excluding tax) ~

There is a separate service charge of 10% and private room charge for private rooms.

Please make a reservation by phone.

Also, there are hundreds of different types of locally brewed sake. You can meet your favorite locally brewed sake.

・・・ Delicious kaiseki meal and sake that goes well with it. And the heartfelt customer service centered on the landlady, and the exquisite timing of cooking and sake comes out. You can spend a very luxurious and relaxing time.

Then, in the TV drama "Newcomer" written by Kikuya, Keigo Higashino, it appeared as a restaurant "Matsuya" in "Chapter 2 Ryotei Kozo".

In addition, it became a location in the TV drama "Cain and Abel" just one year ago.

It is presumed that the elegant building of the geisha Shindo, delicious food and sake, and the personality of the landlady attract the photography squad.
