It is said that it was originally made as a side dish for a monk at To-ji Temple. When I visit the shop, it seems that the Kyotokan sells it only on the 20th of Kobo-san every month. (I didn't know) The person in charge of Iori Sasaya explained about the newly released "Matsukaze" from September, and as a new enthusiast, I immediately purchased this as well. "Matsukaze" was born as a source of food for the monks of Ishiyama Honganji who was attacked by Nobunaga Oda, but this is also a sweets with an old history, but this is arranged in a modern style, white miso, shokora, and chizu taste (excluding tax) 200 yen each).
