The panel under construction of Kuyasu Bridge is interesting to rest for a walk

[Silver] Nov. 9, 2017 12:00

Walk from the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station. Toshin Yaezu Street for 300 meters, and you will see the familiar statue of Kirin.

Cross the pedestrian crossing to the south, see the monument of Jan Jooss Ten, which was set up to commemorate the first anniversary of the Declaration of Peace City, which stands out, and proceed in front of the Bridgestone Museum under construction. I will soon reach Kuyasu Bridge.

Kuyasu Bridge was built in front of the residence of Matsudaira Ecchu Mamoru during the Edo period and was called "Ecchu Bridge", but in 1868 (1868), the name "Ecchu", a remnant of Edo shogunate, was named "Kuyasu Bridge". The name of "Kuyasubashi" is said to be due to the fact that there was a place of worship for Gosha Kuyasu in this area in the past. The current bridge is a reconstruction project following the Great Kanto Earthquake, and its construction was rebuilt in March 1930 along with the construction of Yaesu Street.

I will explain "Matsudaira Ecchu Mamoru Kamiyashiki", which was the basis of the name "Ecchu Bridge".

Matsudaira Etsuchumori is the Matsudaira family of the Kuwana clan in late Tokugawa shogunate. The last feudal lord of the Kuwana Domain was Sadaaki Matsudaira and the younger brother of Katamori Matsudaira, the guardian of Kyoto, Aizu feudal lord. (One of the four Takasu brothers)

By the way, the building at the side of Kuyasu Bridge is under construction, and I felt that the panels surrounding it were excellent. There are about 12 panels in total, but in the Edo period, Nihonbashi and Kyobashi districts were towns where artisans lived.

1509672982894.jpg

During the Edo period, many craftsmen lived in this area, and it is said that the name of the town was given from the work of the craftsmen. In the vicinity of the current Yaesu and Kyobashi, there are a variety of monozukuri craftsmen from artisan towns such as Ogamachi, Motozaimokucho and Minamidaikumachi, which handle construction materials, to Okemachi, Tatami-cho, and Guashi-cho, which handle the daily necessities of samurai and common people. It was a town where Takumi lives. " By the way, the place where the current Kyobashi Edgran is located was Tatami-cho in the Edo period, and the Chuo-ku Tourist Information Center confirmed it.

From here, if you are taking a walk in the direction of Hatchobori, a panel explaining about Hatchobori concentric will be interesting.

1509672670659.jpg

He said that his power was called "husband" and his wife was called "wife".

How about taking a walk with your husband and wife? There are two Japanese sweets shops on Suzuran Street, where you can also buy delicious souvenirs.

In front of Keika Square, you can see an explanation monument about Hatchobori's power and concentric mansion.

By the way, when you go to Kameshima Bridge, you will find a monument about Basho's stone monument, Ino Tadataka and Sharaku Toshusai. On the opposite side of the bridge, there is an explanation monument that Yasubee Horibe lived.

The real thing is

Please take a look at these monuments and monuments at Kameshima Bridge.

Also, the explanation about manners of hospitality was interesting.

1509672933996.jpg

buddhist cuisine's takuan only gave out one piece (sufficient), three pieces (sufficient) and four pieces (sufficient), and the heart of hospitality was explained as manners. It's interesting to take part in the experiment.

It's a refreshing autumn climate, so please have a pleasant walk.

Yatsuboya "Milk Miso Ramen"

[Mido] Nov. 9, 2017 09:00

From Shin-Nihonbashi Station, I would like to introduce a ramen shop called Hachitsuboya, which stands quietly in a corner of an office building 100 meters from Showa-dori toward Edobashi. It is located in an alley with few traffic, and it feels like a secret place or a hideaway. It is literally open in a space of 8 tsubo. (4 counter seats, 2 seats each, 2 seats and 4 seats)

The menu includes "Miso Ramen", "Soy Sauce Ramen", and "Shio Ramen" 650 yen each, and "Charshu Men" 880 yen, but the signboard menu is "Milk Miso Ramen (800 yen)" only from 13:00 It is a commitment to offer.

The soup has a mild miso, a mild milk richness, and butter topped in the center, giving it a creamy impression overall. At first glance, it's a white soup, so it's like pork bone ramen, but when you eat it, it's certainly miso taste, and you feel the sweetness of milk slightly. The noodles are slightly soft boiled and slightly thickened noodles. Ingredients include charsiu, moyashi, menma and wakame. Milk and miso. It was a match that looked like a mismatch and was surprisingly compatible.

By the way, a paper describing how to eat recommended by the store manager was affixed to the wall. After eating about half the noodles and soup, add a bit of chili pepper and finally add vinegar. When I tried it, I think it was transformed into a tasteful soup.

You can enjoy it until the end of November! "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour" @ Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center

[Edamame] Nov. 8, 2017 18:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

Last time, the event introduced in an article related to the "Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum"

This is the "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour".

One day after the typhoon, we started a walk with a pamphlet in one hand.

DSC_2195-1.jpg

I would like to introduce you again...

Originally, it was an event in the "Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum" held on October 29 (Sun).

On the day, we solved the mystery around the area, and if we answered the quiz correctly, we planned to receive a gift by lottery ...

Due to bad weather while the typhoon is approaching, the gift lottery will be canceled.

Instead, the information transmitter placed in the city will be left as it is until the end of November.

You can enjoy the mystery solving and quiz until the end of November.

It's like this.

1: Get a pamphlet at Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center

The place is at Nihonbashi Minamizume Flower Square.

  http://nihonbashi-info.tokyo/tourism/

2: Install "google chrome" on a smartphone / tablet device

(For Android devices, there may be many that have already been installed at the time of purchase.)

3: Both the location information (GPS) function and the Bluetooth function are turned ON.

※It's very important here!

The reason is that the location information (GPS) function is turned on in the pamphlet of "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour".

 It wasn't listed.

Edamame, who is always worried that the battery will be reduced quickly and turns off GPS.

No matter how hard I worked, I was in trouble because I couldn't get the information.

That's why I caused a great deal of inconvenience to Mr. Y, the person in charge of Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center.

This event utilizes a system near the google Chrome.

This is something that cannot be used unless both the location (GPS) function and the Bluetooth function are turned ON.

 Thank you very much.

4: Heading to the points shown on the map

The map in the pamphlet is studded with the mark "If you go near here, you can get information."

DSC_2236-1.jpg

Let's walk when we take a walk.

5: When you arrive at the point, swipe your smartphone from top to bottom.

Check the "Notification Information".

・・Then you will come out like this.

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-12-19-37.jpg

(↑ The photo shows the screen that came out near Meijiza.)

In other words, when you approach that point, your smartphone catches the information that flew wirelessly.

"I have such information here!"

If you touch this screen, you can see more details.

・・Oh, so far!

Mystery solving event, "Secret Keywords" is displayed in the future.

If you say that, the fun of this event will almost disappear.

That's right. If you find a keyword, make a note of it.

If you leave the area where you can catch information, you will not be able to understand it.

6: Collecting "keywords" ... a quiz for that area will be completed.

There are a total of 7 quizzes for each area. Let's do our best to answer!

7: Answers will be made at the starting point, Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center.

Even though there is no raffle, I wonder if the answer is correct ...

Please try your best to answer all questions correctly.

※If information related to the "Mystery Solving Nihonbashi Tour" does not easily enter the information notification screen.

From the "Settings" of the smartphone

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-18-15-00.jpg

Choose "google"

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-18-15-14.jpg

Select the location from the service.

Screenmemo_2017-10-31-18-15-26.jpg

Then, when you update the screen, you should get some information.

If it still doesn't work, go to a place where it should be a point

It may be a good idea to get closer to it.

After that, the location information (GPS) written in ↑ 3 and the Bluetooth are turned ON.

It is a confirmation that it is set to receive information on the front.

Screenmemo_2017-11-03-16-44-19.jpg

Press the "Settings (mark like gear)" on the screen above.

Screenmemo_2017-11-03-16-44-34.jpg

Check that "Nearby links can be used" is turned ON.

This will probably work well.

However, this is the private opinion of an Android user.

If you are an iPhone user or an Android user, it still doesn't work.

Let's go to the Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center for consultation.

DSC_2193-1.jpg

I'd like you to find a solution.

And finally, the quiz about the Nihonbashi area that will be completed...

It may be a bit difficult for ordinary people to answer without looking at anything.

But there's a smartphone at hand ...

I think it's also a way to learn more about the Nihonbashi area.

So even a little, "Hey!" I wish I could think of it.

As a correspondent ... I feel impatient about where I have lost my knowledge.

I have to study! I'm also nervous about it.

In addition, information terminals are installed in places where there are no keywords.

You will be able to get detailed information about each location.

Actually, I ... until I come into contact with this event

I've never used the Bluetooth feature.

I'm impressed that smartphones can do this.

For tourist information in the coming era, make full use of digital equipment

I think it will be possible to provide information in more various forms ...

It made me feel.

Unfortunately, we don't have raffle, but

It was said that it could be enjoyed not only on October 29 (Sun) but also on October 29 (Sun).

By dividing the day, it was an event that you could enjoy today, Higashinihombashi, and then Yaesu & Nihonbashi.

I think it's fun to have this mystery-solving pamphlet along with a little walk.

It's a great opportunity, so please take advantage of it.

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] Nov. 3, 2017 09:00

Six copies of "Kabuki actor Nizaemon Kataoka" will be screened at the Film Center of the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo, which faces Kyobashi 3-chome, Kajibashi Street.

nizaemon004.jpg

The screening date of the six copies is November 11 (Sat), 12 (Sun), 18 (Sat), and 19 (Sun).

This event will be held as the second installment of documentary filmmaker Sumiko Hada's special feature.

The thirteenth generation Nizaemon Kataoka (1904-1994) is a famous actor who continued to support upper Kabuki from pre-war days to later years, and Hada, who was attracted to his personality and the charm of art, captured the 84-year-old Nizaemon Takeshi's 84-1994, from the age of 90 just before his death as a documentary.

nizaemon001.jpg

Jojo Suga (Sugawara no Michizane) of the "Sugawara Densetsu Hands Study Book" played by Nizaemon Takeshi was praised as "god goods", and the voice of "Matsushimaya Tenjin" was heard.

I only see the stage of Nizaemon Jo's last years, so on this occasion, I would like to see the figure left in the video and see a part of that person, and expect it to see it. You.
