The first part of the antenna shop in a relaxed space-Oidema Yamaguchikan-

Oidema Yamaguchikan is an antenna shop in a spacious space located in the center of Nihonbashi Business District.

Yamaguchi Prefecture is the hometown of Tetsu, a mobile phone shop that has recently taken care of, and Oidema Yamaguchikan is a shop recommended by Mr. Syama of the Rosemari Food Lipo Corps.

We have a lot of delicious, unusual, and easy-to-priced items.

I would like to introduce you as much as possible.

Goro Mihorido (Mihorido) Yamaguchi City ¥208 (tax included)

Suddenly, it's an introduction from No.1. This is data from sales results in June.

In Yamaguchi, the hospitality to customers and greetings to their predecessors are mainly Gairo. It's useful.

There are "Uiro" in various parts of Japan, but most of them are made from rice flour.

The gairo of Yamaguchi is made of warabi powder. The texture and flavor are different.

Left: "White" contains white beans and is inherited by gairo Yamaguchi, center: "Black" is invented by the second generation hall owner with brown sugar, right: "Matcha" is invented by the current third generation with matcha.

Edo Nihonbashi. My starting point.

Nihonbashi Pier is located on the east side of Nihonbashi Minamizume, in Taki no Hiroba.

There is a monument on the banks of Sojuro, nicknamed at that place.

On the monument, the names of the two Kabuki daimyo ruins, the source of Sojuro, are written.

The 12th generation Danjuro Ichikawa and the 4th generation Sakata Tojuro.

It was named the Sojuro Riverbank after the name of the famous actor in the east and west.

 

The 49-meter-long stone double arch bridge was completed in 1911 (Meiji 44).

The Nihonbashi Bridge Centennial Festival was held in 2011 (Showa 23).

July 31 of the Centennial Festival is a boarding and a monument ceremony in anticipation of the prosperity of the Nihonbashi River.

The houseboat "Oedo Maru" is approaching the dock.

A round bread that Tsuruya has been making for more than 50 years.

Watayo is the birthplace of Detchiyokan, founded in Bunkyu 3rd year (1863).

The bean paste, sugar, and flour are kneaded and steamed in hand wraps.

Omi Hachiman is the birthplace of Omi merchants. The specialty is Detchiyokan.

Decchi is a boy who lives in and serves him.

That chochi-san buys it as a souvenir for returning home, so it's dachiyokan.

The yokan wrapped in bamboo skin is cut into the whole bamboo skin.

It is said that the scent of bamboo skin has changed and it has a taste.

In addition, since the bamboo skin has an antibacterial effect, it seems that it was OK even for a long trip.

"A taste that everyone likes. It tastes mild and easy to eat. It feels close to mizuyokan and delicious."

 Watayo's dachiyokan is lined up in the shop every Thursday. Please note that there is the week not to enter.

Takashima Chimi Takashima Textile Industry Cooperative and Takashima Barashi Cooperative

It is on display around the wind chime.

Takashima City, located in the northwest of Lake Biwa, has been handed down continuously there.

It creates a unique shibo (convex) on the fabric, reduces the contact area to the skin, has a smooth touch, excellent water absorbability, and is a cool material suitable for hot and humid climate.

The day of Nihonbashi, a famous bridge that has been established as a summer tradition in Chuo-ku.
Blessed with the weather, volunteers, including those who commute to work or school in Nihonbashi, gather and gather.
On this day, Nihonbashi started a lively and cool start in the morning.
This time, I would like to tell you about such a bridge wash!

When I went to Nihonbashi around 9 o'clock, the participants have already gathered.
I was taking a commemorative photo for each company.
On the other hand, the fire brigade has secured a lot of water for cleaning and is ready.

After a while, there was an announcement saying "Please leave the road."...
When I was thinking about what would happen, a watering car that sprayed water vigorously came!
The water used here is reused water.
I was able to unexpectedly learn about environmentally friendly initiatives.
After the watering truck passed, preparations for hoses were started to secure more water.

Once the water reaches the entire road in this way, everyone starts washing the bridge!
There are many people working in Nihonbashi at the center of the bridge, and in a slightly distant place, local elementary school students worked hard to brush bridges and roads with brushes.

When the bridges and roads became beautiful to some extent (before 10 o'clock), the ladder truck finally stood by.
The water was discharged to the Nihonbashi plate, which showed the most exciting this morning.

After that, two local elementary school students cleaned the plate with the fire brigade and finished washing the bridge.

Biodiversity Exhibition [Chuo Ward Environmental Information Center]

At the Chuo Ward Environmental Information Center exhibition space in the Kyobashi Environmental Station on the 6th floor of Tokyo Square Garden, an eco-friendly building at Kyobashi 3-chome, the "Biodiversity Exhibition-Colors and Shapes Seen from Mushi Seeds" is being held.

These are also items from Okumura Tsukudani Co., Ltd. (Ohachiman City) "Omi Tsukudani-an Tokukyu-mura (Okumura)".

Omi Hachiman's specialty "Akakonjac" is colored on konjac potatoes with iron dioxide red.

Red konjac, also known as Yahata konjac, is said to have been raised by Nobunaga Oda's fancy and dyed the konjac red, and is a gem proud of the history that Omi merchants have handed down today.
