[Minori] June 24, 2015 18:00

Nice to meet you, this is Minori.

This year is the main festival of Tsukuda and Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine.

The fifth generation Kawayanagi Mizutani Ryotei stone monument, related to Tsukuda, is located on the grounds of Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine.

I would like to introduce this Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine and the fifth generation Kawayanagi Mizutani Ryotei stone monument.

Fishermen in Tsukuda Village in Settsu (Tsukudada, Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka) visited Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine and other places when Ieyasu Tokugawa visited Japan.

There has been a connection since passing the Kanzakigawa River, and was greeted by Edo around 1612 (1612).

At first, he lived in the warehouse of Mamoru Ando in Koamicho, where he recommended his hometown Sumiyoshi guardian god, and later.

The land of Tsukuda Island was issued and created, and in 1646, shrine hall was built at the current location of the island and relocated.

In 1699, it was incorporated into a historic site (shrines and temples, which was built before 1631, 1631).

◆ Cherry season "Higashine season"

[Sumida Fireworks] June 19, 2015 14:00

"Kachidokibashi" celebrated its 75th anniversary on June 14. An Edo bus passes through such a historic bridge. What? What about that?

s_hanabi20-1.jpgThis is the Edo bus for the advertisement of "Higashine".

s_hanabi20-2.jpg

Speaking of Higashine, "Cherry."

This year, the "Higashine Season" has come.

Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture is a friendship city in Chuo-ku. Because it is a fruit tree kingdom, it holds a "Cherry Festival" in Chuo-ku every year in the cherry season.

At the Cherry Festival, the "Cherry Seed Flying Tournament" is the most important thing. This year's event will be held at Tsukiji Honganji and Tsukishima Nishinaka-dori. It's this weekend.

●Outline of this year

http://www.city.chuo.lg.jp/kusei/kohokotyo/koho/h27/270601/06_10/index.html

Last year, I went there, but it was already full when I arrived because I was late.

It seems that the record of seed skipping so far is 17m83cm.

About how much this distance is, the distance between baseball batteries and the distance of bowling throwing (18m chot). It's quite long.

Looking at the blog in the middle of last year's mistake, it seems that there are some tips for flying seeds.

●Last year's middle blog

Will the flight distance that will be updated from Chuo-ku really come out?

Can you see the splendid seed skipping scenery in the center of Miss this year?

It's interesting.

Higashine City is also an important partner for Chuo-ku, which has been actively involved in exchanges, such as selling special products at the Oedo Festival Bon Dance Festival in summer and providing snow at the Snow Festival in winter. is.

s_hanabi20-3.jpg(Photo: At the Snow Festival in February this year.)

In fact, the place called Higashine is a place to remember for me. Since my parents' countryside is each neighboring town of Higashine, when I was a child, I returned to Yamagata almost every year to return home during summer vacation.

Speaking of memories, as for Higashine, there is only a memory that my grandmother took me to a delicious dumpling shop ...

When did you go? I don't remember which dumpling shop I went to. Maybe more than 35 years ago. The taste of "Zuda" I ate for the first time was shocking.

I visited such Higashine City for the first time in a long time this spring, so I will introduce it.

Higashine City is located in the center of Yamagata Prefecture, slightly east, and the Mogami River flows to the west side of the town, and is a town with nostalgic scenery surrounded by mountains.

Nevertheless, many beautiful roads have been developed recently, and it can be said that Yamagata Prefecture is still developing.

s_hanabi20-4.jpg(Photo: Scenery from early May from the summit of Omoriyama near the city center. The snow-covered mountain on the left side is "Tsukiyama".)

There is Yamagata Airport in the city, and there are flights from Haneda.

Also, from Tokyo, the expressway is connected, so you can go by car, and the Shinkansen stops at "Cherry Higashine Station".

There are more options than in the past, and it is closer to Tokyo.

When the Shinkansen enters the city, the scenery of the orchard sometimes jumps in from the train window, so I realize that Higashine City is a "fruit kingdom".

s_hanabi20-5.jpg

June is the season of cherry blossoms. In addition to being full of cherry hunting, the head family's seed skipping tournament is held, and even the marathon event is held.

s_hanabi20-6.jpgIn autumn, there is no shortage of fruits such as apples and La France. The juice squeezed them is also very delicious and recommended.

Another specialty in Higashine is that the “Muda district” fu (fu) between Cherry Higashine Station and Higashine Station.

This Muda area is located along the Dewa Kaido, and in the past it was a wheat cultivation area and was a beautiful place with water, so fu has been manufactured since the Edo period, which was the post town.

s_hanabi20-7.jpgEven now, there are several shops in the Muda area that manufacture and sell fu. Some shops were able to eat dishes using fu and sweets of raw fu, and sold sweets such as fu buns and rusk and karinto, so it was quite lively.

s_hanabi20-8.jpg

There is also a hot spring in Higashine. The name is "Cherry Higashine Onsen". There is also a footbath, so you can take a break.

To the edge of the hot-spring town...

s_hanabi20-9.jpg

There was a dumpling shop.

The atmosphere of the store is completely different from the memories of the past, but I was convinced that the taste was "no doubt here."

I think that Higashine City will be able to sell various products again at various future events in Chuo-ku. I don't think there are any dumplings, but maybe there are some specialty products introduced this time.

If there is a booth in Higashine City at a future event, please take a look.

Garden with a fragrant herb <Harumi Triton>

[Sam] June 8, 2015 14:00

R0033803RRSG.JPGR0033818LLS.jpg June 6 is the "Takumi" of twenty-four season old calendar. This refers to the time when the sun's sutra reaches 75 degrees, and refers to the season when sowing seeds of ears such as grains with awns and rice and wheat.

The annual "Mini Garden Guide Tour" takes a walk around the park with the guidance of a green adviser at the Pocket Plaza "Flowers / Water / Trees" in Harumi Triton Square.

The theme this time, held on June 4th, is "The garden with herbs."

Various herbs are planted around the "Flower Terrace", "Green Terrace", and "Slope Garden" along the Asashio Canal.

*Herbs are generally useful plants that are used for scenting dishes, preservatives, fragrances, dyes, insect repellents, odor repellents, etc., and have various medicinal effects as medicinal herbs, but originally It is also a broad concept that represents grass or herbal plants. However, there are some harmful substances that are highly medicinal and have side effects, so care must be taken. Seeds, fruits, roots, bark, etc. are often referred to as spices in similar useful plants.

*In a bite, the fragrance of herbs is broad, including citrus, floral, exotic, resin, spice, and tree.

*Lavender is one of the most popular garden items among herbs.

(a)Angstifolian system (also known as English lavender / Truelavender / Common lavender) (b) Stescus system (also known as French lavender / Spanish lavender) (c) Den Tata system (also known as Fringe Dravender) (d) Petrost ecus system (also known as race lavender) (also known as lavender) (ravender)

①Scent and vivid colors 2 Available for many purposes 3 The pleasure of growing is attractive.

*The so-called chamomiles (chamomiles / chamomiles) are representative of the annual grass "Jerman Camomile" with fragrance only in flowers, and the perennial "Roman Camomile" with a unique aroma on flowers, stems and leaves. There are two species, each of which is a separate genus of the Asteraceae.

I learned a lot through the Plants Walk again this time.

Among the herbs mentioned this time, the "curry plant" that emits a spicy scent like curry from the stems and leaves, "valerian", which is said to have a sleep introduction / sedation / relaxation effect, and the smallest of the flowers of the family Orth, "St. John's Worth", etc., were impressive.

By the way, "Lavender Aroma Tycho" is a horticultural species of English lavender.

In the Tokyo region, on May 26, one of the seasonal creatures and seasonal observations of the news, "Declaration of the True Flower of Hydrangea", was issued, but in the park, hydrangea "dance party" (upper right image), hydrangea "If you sing in the rain", hydrangea "Majical series (Autumn Hydrangea)" You can also enjoy unique hydrangeas.

Tai Chi

[Old Rose] June 3, 2015 18:00

From 7:30 every Saturday, Tai Chi is being held on the "Water Terrace" of "Harumi Triton Square".

In case of rain, it will be held in the square in Triton Square.

In the various movements of Tai Chi, the gentle and clear voice of the teacher who teaches us gives us even more energy.

My favorite word is "put your eyes far away."

Every day, I live a busy daily life, and only Saturday morning feels a very quiet and fulfilling morning.

Also, my friends are very friendlyAries.

When joining, there is no particular procedure, etc., without entering the name.

You don't need to be notified of attendance on the day.

I am also fascinated by the gentle and sounding voice of the teacher, and I go there every time.

Sukiyabashi Park 2015/05/23 I went to a free real estate consultation on holidays

[Silver] June 1, 2015 14:00

In Sukiyabashi Park, a stone monument called "There is Sukiyabashi here in the past", was erected, and it was the stage of the radio drama "What is your name?"

In Sukiyabashi Park, Taro Okamoto's "Young Clock Tower" warmly watches the people coming and going and continues to carve a peaceful time.

At the willow festival in May, a concert was being held here.

That's why I felt like something fun today, so I came here.

Today, the "Free Real Estate Consultation on Holidays" was held, sponsored by Chuo-ku and sponsored by the Housing Association Chiyoda Central Branch. .

Well, I remembered that a free consultation was held during the autumn "Marugoto Museum".

Today, if you apply for the "Look for mistakes" drawn on the flyer, you will receive all souvenirs, so I applied.

I received a small LED portable light that is convenient in the event of a power outage.

And I decided to talk about the land and house where I moved.

DSC07448 (340x191). jpg

My question is:

①Do I have to report to the tax office after selling the disposed land and house?

②Whether or not there is any preferential treatment under tax law if the disposal is damaged.

③If you do not replace it, the difference if you do it.

What is the applicable condition of the tax incentives? I asked a question.

The lawyer's teacher answered such questions carefully and clearly.

In addition, even though I asked a question, I received a souvenir (radio) for disaster prevention goods.

In Chuo-ku, which is sponsored by the Housing and Construction Association Chiyoda Central Branch, which is engaged in such social contribution activities.

I was deeply respectful and grateful. Why don't you feel free to consult at the next event?
