Enjoy the shrimp at the Ise course in Ginza Nakanogon!

[Mapo ★] January 15, 2013 08:30

I don't have a chance to eat shrimp because my husband doesn't use shrimp.

In November last year, when a friend came from Osaka, I went to Nakanogon in Ginza.

Speaking of which, at the time of the bubble, at a year-end party where I was part-time to go to Nakanogon in Osaka.

I've been taken with you.

I was scared because a shrimp with sashimi on my back was moving (laughs).

I think that was also an Ise course.

Well, after all, I love shrimp, so I enjoyed plenty of shrimp (* ^^*)

I was able to eat the pre-eating sake with plum wine.

Japanese spiny lobster salad, Nakanogon style Japanese spiny lobster's lively, plump★

Japanese spiny lobster's soup like Japanese spiny lobster's shell croquette

Yuzu sherbet Japanese spiny lobster's white wine

Japanese spiny lobster's Nakanogonyaki Japanese-grown beef file meat

The above two are the menu you can choose. I chose one by one and rubbed it half by two.

Japanese spiny lobster's chirashi sushi The fruit is oyster coffee

You can also choose chirashi sushi. The other is Japanese spiny lobster seaweed tea pickles.

This is the Ginza store. It's behind the Ginza Core Building. The frontage is narrow, but the inside is wider than I expected.

The service was good, and I was very satisfied with the shrimp (* ^^*)

How about "Women's New Year"? -Kyoto cuisine "Ginza Hanago" (HANASATO)

1. January 11, 2013 09:00

The pine tree in 2013 passed, the mirror opened on the 11th, and the 15th is first full moon festival. The night before, I received the seven herbs porridge and said at the department store's sales floor the next day, "Noshi is a New Year's card", but the sales floor was sorry, "It's already eight days. ・... "I'm starting to be ashamed of this year, saying, "Yes, I'm already visiting during the cold."

In the lunar calendar, "first full moon festival" had a month from New Year to New Year's Eve, so January 15 was the first full moon of the year, and the remnants of the days when such a full moon was celebrated ("Japanese calendar and annual events"). Nowadays, there may be only a practice of eating red bean porridge.

In Keihanshin, this day was called "Women's New Year" ("Japanese calendar and annual events") in order to look at housewives who have been busy working during the year-end and New Year holidays. That's right. Speaking of which, when I was a child, I miss my mother invited a female friend on this day and was excited with only women. Is it a hashiri of the "Women's Association"? Even today, unlike the old New Year's Day, Matsunouchi is somehow busy. When you calm down a little, when you want to have a leisurely chat with a good female friend while having delicious food, how about the "Women's Day" that is not a "Women's Association"?

"Ginza Hanago" is the perfect shop in such a case. "Hanago" is a Kyoto cuisine restaurant opened in Ginza in 2007. It is located on the 11th floor of the De Beers Building, which runs between Chanelville and Cartierville in Ginza 2-chome. I am a little surprised at the gorgeous interior with high ceiling stained glass, but it is strange that if you are guided to the table, you will quickly switch to a mysterious and calm space. Today, "Hanago" is with my favorite friends.

The photo shows the lunch course "Nishiki" (4,000 yen, the weight of 5,800 yen and the omakase 8,000 yen). It looks gorgeous with a box. The appetizers, sashimi, boiled dishes, fried foods, ruin bowls, rice, and water items have just been removed from the pine, so the ones that retain the atmosphere of the New Year, such as black beans and numbers of children, are tightly packed like a jewelry box. I am. It is such a time that you can feel that Kyoto cuisine is something you eat with your eyes. It is ridiculous that tea replacements are carried at the right time for people with almost no signs.

The Roppongi store also opened last year. Recommended for a slightly luxurious "Women's New Year" with your friends.
