Attractions and exchange meetings after the ceremony were planned by the current students, so I also participated as one of the current students.

At the exchange meeting, we decided to hold a quiz tournament on Chuo-ku, and all the staff thought about the problem. I thought a lot, but there are things that were not adopted at that time, so I would like to give it to everyone on this occasion.

Delicious "Donmai" of Udon in the Hamarikyu District

[Silver] May 21, 2013 14:00

Today, I went to the Hamarikyu Garden to see the peony. On the way back, when I returned to Tsukiji Market, there was an advertisement called "Donmai" on the signboard of the building called "Hamarikyu Park Side Place" about 100m. At that time, I realized that this was a "tasty shop of Sanuki udon" that my friend was talking about, and immediately entered the shop.
Like other udon shops, toppings are abundant, but the difference from other shops is (1) cooked rice. (2) oolong tea and jasmine tea are free. (3) Coffee is free after 1:00 noon, and (4) Wednesday is Lady Day, and sweets are available. (5) Kake udon 250 yen, Sanuki ramen, Japanese soba (350 yen each!) Yes, there is.

Today, we entered after 1 o'clock, so we enjoyed a free coffee lunch because we entered Kake Udon (400 yen), cooked rice (150 yen), fried white fish (100 yen), and after 1 o'clock. It was 650 yen in total.

The dashi is the life of udon. The broth of Sanuki udon is boiled broth, but it was an exquisite harmony by adding a little kelp and bonito broth purchased at Tsukiji Market. The shop has a tatami room where about 30 people can climb, and small banquets are likely to be held from noon.
By the way, the store name is the same as the store adjacent to the main store in Sakaide City, Kagawa Prefecture, and the store manager told me that it was named "Udon delicious". Business hours are from 11:00 to 16:00. It's not open at night.

Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. (As of April 19, 2013)

The shop is located at the back left of the lobby on the 1st floor of Hamarikyu Park Side Place, 5-6-10 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku.

French and Dutch dishes in Ginza ★Lunch at Escofier

[Mapo ★] May 20, 2013 17:44

It's French Escofier in Ginza.

Ogust Escofier was born in 1846.

He is a great chef who came up with a style of serving French cuisine on a course or established the foundation of modern French cuisine.

Under this name, the shop has been running since 1950, and it seems that Escofier's grandson has endorsed this taste.

It was 3,000 yen for lunch at Diners Restaurant Week event.

There were seven girls, and I made a reservation early, so I was able to relax in a private room.★

Appetizers, fish dishes, meat dishes, desserts

I ordered a glass of white wine, but it was from southern France.

And the cucumber of the shop here is this all-mighty glass "tree".

Tasteting wine where you can taste the wine in the bottle as it is.

Water and juice are also delicious miraculous glasses, regardless of region such as white, red, Bordeaux and Bourgogne.

The shape seen from the front and the shape seen from the side are different. It seems that 10 craftsmen from Asakusa are made by hand.

If you order wine, you can compare this glass with a normal glass.

Certainly, this glass tastes milder and more delicious. (The glass in the middle of the photo)

“Utafukuzu” and “Kabukiza Senbei”-2 types of Shinkai-ba commemorative products

1. May 18, 2013 09:00

Discover new products in the Kabukiza Commemorative Product, where many collaboration products have been born since the new opening. "Kabukiza Senbei" (Iwateya) sold at "Iwate Ginga Plaza" opposite Kabukiza theater and "Kabuku-mame" of "Mameya Ohara" (limited sale at Mitsukoshi Ginza store) .

"Kabukiza Senbei" was also introduced in Nikkei, but a new product that combines " sesame, apple, pumpkin taste" with the color of the official curtain on the conventional southern rice cracker. There are two types: 950 yen with 9 cylinders and 530 yen with 8 bags.

100_1053.JPGI often have cream cheese on plains of the traditional southern rice crackers, but this is also a new taste. It is also affordable to give souvenirs, and it is also sold at Kabukiza stands.

I happened to find "Utafukuzu" in Ginza Mitsukoshi. It seems to be a creation to commemorate the opening, and this also expressed the three colors of the formal curtain with black-bamboo charcoal, red-lobster, green-matcha. To catch, like "a style of watching Kabuki while picking beans" like "a popcorn in a movie" is popular.

This is a limited sale at the Mitsukoshi Ginza store. He said, "I'm sure to go back and forth to the theater."

100_1048.JPG
New products are being born more and more, and it seems that the whole city is excited about "Shin Kabukiza". It's a bit difficult to get out of "pure gold large format / oval", but please feel free to come here. It will be a hot topic for both souvenirs and home use.

"Utafukuzu" is 1050 yen for a set of 3 pieces.

Beef stew lunch is recommended. ★Ginza Old Kiln

[Mapo ★] May 16, 2013 09:00

Ginza Old Kiln, a Japanese restaurant located on Hanatsubaki Street in Ginza 7-chome.

This restaurant is a ryokan restaurant in Yamagata Prefecture.

Using rice and cows from Yamagata Prefecture, he seems to be particular about the hospitality cultivated at the inn.

An old kiln special Japanese-style beef stew set meal of 1260 yen seems to be recommended.

I went to lunch time.

Japanese-style beef stew, white rice (cooked with Tsuyahime kettle), mini salad, small bowl,

It comes with French bread, miso soup, and incense.♪

Eat beef stew in Ginza, and with this volume, this price is tremendously advantageous!

I'm full (*^^*)

The 2nd month of the roofing performance - the Kabukiza Theater in May

1. May 15, 2013 09:00

The roofing performance also started in the second month, but it was still bustling. It became a Kabukiza theater for two days after the GW to guide acquaintances who were asked to "go to the new Kabukiza Theater". In the intermission, the souvenir shop "Kibikicho" and the 3rd floor "Medetaiyaki".

I was guided to the cafe, but I was able to walk without hitting other people. I laughed with the cash register, "I'm now able to walk." Even now, the congestion in April was amazing! There is one happy discovery. I didn't feel it because the first day was in the third row, but on the second day, if I was worried that it might be difficult to see in the 12th row, this would be much easier to see than before the renovation . I realized that it was announced that "the slope on the first floor was strengthened." I think it's okay if there's a big one in the front seat.

The acquaintances were very satisfied with the impression that the stage was near.

100_1045.JPGPart 1 "Tsurugame", "Terakoya", "Sannin Yoshizo", Part 2 "Hagiyo" and "Yoshidaya"

"Sannin Yoshizo" is a luxurious face-to-face meeting of Kikugoro, Nizaemon, and Koshiro, and "Yoshidaya" is also a combination of a famous combination of Nizaemon and Tamasaburo, so friends who were not too related to Kabuki seemed to be enjoying it, and I was relieved. I would be really happy if Kabuki fans could increase as much as possible with the new opening.

It seems to be full, but depending on the date, it seems still possible to get it.
