Wine bar in Tokyu Plaza Ginza ★Tokuoka

[Map★] 09:00 on April 30, 2016

With Osaka wine importer,
I’ve been drinking wine several times.

It seems that there is a warehouse near my parents' house.
Information on warehouse sales is posted on the net,
It was a shame that I couldn't go because I was in Tokyo (laughs).

In Tokyu Plaza, which opened in Ginza on March 31
I went there for the first time the other day, near the elevator.
I found the word "Tokuoka" and thought, "Is it true?"
It was a wine shop with a wine and food bar that Tokuoka is doing.

The store manager is from Osaka, so I talked about it.♪

There is also a machine where you can taste wine with a prepaid card,
There were 5 big châteaus!

RIMG2736.JPG

You can choose between 10ml, 30ml, and 50ml.
I'm glad to have a glass for each variety.♪

10ml and 900 yen for a try
I tried to drink 10ml 400 yen for 50 years (*^^*)

Maybe you really want to taste a little bit.

And a few days later, with four friends, from the day [laughs].
Pinching cheese assorted or pickles,
I enjoyed a lot of glass wine (*^^*)

"Hatsukatsuo" fair held [Marugoto Kochi]

[The Minnie Cricket] 18:00 on April 29, 2016

It's the season of the first bonito

The first bonito fair is being held at Marugoto Kochi, an antenna shop in Kochi Prefecture facing Sotobori-dori St., Ginza 1-chome.

hatugat01.JPG

It seems that Kochi Prefecture has the highest consumption of bonito in Japan.

That's why () knows how to eat bonito, and not only sashimi and tataki, but also bonito related products such as various processed products and dashi products are sold.

hatugat02.JPG

From the photo below, from the right, I purchased "Gyoga taste Tosa's bonito (only mixed with hot rice), "Toro bonito", and "Katsuo horned garlic miso taste served miso".

I'm going to have a lot of rice.

hatugat04.JPG

Also, at the restaurant "TOSA DINING OKU" on the second floor, in addition to tataki baked in the store, Japanese and Western creative dishes will appear during the period.

hatugat03.JPG

The event period is from Sunday, April 24 to Sunday, May 15

Marronnier flowering on Ginza Marronnier Street

[The Minnie Cricket] 12:00 on April 28, 2016

Marronnier on Ginza Marronnier Street has begun to bloom

maroni000.JPG

I think that it is Benivana Tochinoki that blooms.

maroni001.JPG

Benivanatochinoki is a variety made by multiplying the American Akabanatochinoki native to North America and Marronnier native to Europe, and is popular in Japan from Maronie.

maroni002.JPG

Around May, a large conical inflorescence is upright at the tip of the branch, adding male flowers and bisexual flower.

maroni003.JPG

Marronnier's dark, conical pink flowers make you feel the arrival of holiday season and outdoor season, making you feel excited.

Edo-style Tenugui Exhibition [Itoya]

[The Minnie Cricket] April 27, 2016 09:00

"Edo-style Tenugui Exhibition" is being held at G.Itoya, a long-established stationery store in Ginza 2-chome.

ito000.JPG

At the venue on the first basement floor, various colors and patterns are displayed and sold.

ito001.JPG

How to use tenugui to enjoy everyday life even more is also introduced.

ito002.JPG

I am surprised by the variation of Tenugui and the wide range of usage.

I was once again impressed by the depth of the ideas and ideas of the Japanese who also lead to the breadth of how to use Furoshiki, and the playfulness.

ito003.JPG

The period is from Thursday, April 21 to Tuesday, May 10

ito004.JPG

By the way, Itoya listed the word "STATIONERY" on the signboard in 1904, and it seems that it was founded in Ginza as a stationery specialty store since then.

ito006.JPG

Since 1987, we have adopted the trademark "Red Clip" as our corporate symbol.

It seems that it is also incorporated into the old version and original products.

Ginza Flower Walk 2016 Spring

[Ginzo] 12:00 on April 26, 2016

In mid-April, we introduced the gorgeous Yae-zakura of Ginza Sakura-dori St.

From late April to early May, the American dogwood on Matsuya Street blooms. It's time to see it. (As of April 23)

Hitotsubatago on Miyuki Street, commonly known as Nanja Monja Tree, has a lot of white and neat flowers.

You can also enjoy this until the end of April. I think the place is close to Watami and Sennenkyu.

This year, we pruned, so the tree shape may be small and not enough.

I photographed the flower of "Ichibatago" by close copy.

Marronnier Street, as its name implies, is planted with Western horse chestnuts, collecting small flowers and shaped like a spindle.

Today, on April 23, some buds have opened and flowers are beginning to bloom.

From Marronnier Gate, Plantan, through Ginza Street, to Showa-dori, is beautifully colored.

The best time to see it is during the consecutive holidays from April 28 to May.

Please enjoy before and after shopping and meals.

Dogwood on Matsuya Street

[The Minnie Cricket] 12:00 on April 25, 2016

The other day, I mentioned in this blog that dogwood of Kibikicho-dori is the best time to see, but dogwood of Matsuya-dori is also in full bloom.

matu003.JPG

In particular, the map below shows the dogwood in the pink part of Matsuya Street.

matu111.jpg

By the way, even if dogwood is in full bloom, it is not a petal but a total bract, and the center lump is the inflorescence.

matu002.JPG

In actual flowers, inconspicuous flowers with a diameter of about 5 mm gather and bloom sequentially.

matu001.JPG

Dogwood is a representative flowering tree of the United States and is distributed from Ontario, Canada to Massachusetts, Texas, and northeast Mexico.

The official Japanese name is Yamaboshi, but the other name dogwood is better known.

matu020.JPG

It is said that in 1912, the city of Tokyo presented cherry blossoms (Yoshino cherry tree) to the United States, and in 1915, white flowers were donated by the United States.

Two years later, in 1917, red flowers were presented.

matu019.JPG

Every year, Golden Week comes during the flowering season of this flower, so if you look at the flowers of dogwood, you will be happy that the holiday season has come.
