Mont Blanc in Cafe Angelina

[Mapo ★] December 31, 2016 09:00

Angerina, a long-established salon in Paris founded in 1903
There is a cafe in Plantan Ginza.
On the first floor, you can also buy various kinds of Mont Blanc and baked goods.

And there is a cafe Angelina on the second floor.
I went to a cafe for the first time this time and used the same marron paste as the Paris main store.
I ordered a dessert set of Mont Blanc.
It's delicious, but it's pretty sweet.

DSC_0236.JPG

Mont Blanc was originally known to be quite sweet,
I think it's good for those who like Mont Blanc!
I love Mont Blanc (*^^*)

By the way, Plantan Ginza will be closed once this year.
Even at Ginza Marronnier Gate 2.3, which will open after that,
It seems that Angelina's business will continue!

Celebrities such as Coco Chanel, social circles, and the noble class of Paris.
It is loved by people. It's rich, but it's delicious.
Mont Blanc Demi size (486 yen including tax) is Japanese original size.

After the Ginza Gourmet Tour (5-chome to 8-chome)

[Chuo Kotaro] December 29, 2016 14:00

 Hello, this is Taro Chuo.

I also belong to a gourmet group of an organization called TCGC (Tokyo City Guide Club).

There is a workshop about once a month, and members take a walk around various places in Tokyo with the keyword "gourmet".
In December, I was in charge and guided around Ginza on Saturday, the 10th, so I would like to report on that.

I chose the courses and shops to introduce with the following in mind.

・Ginza is wide from 1-chome to 8-chome, with a fixed time of 2-2.5 hours.

Since everything cannot be turned, the range is 5-chome to 8-chome.
・The theme is "Let's hold down" Speaking of Ginza "", and it is a store that seems to be a classic.

Choose shops that you think have recently attracted attention, with a balance between subjectivity and objectivity.
・Because it is a "training session", increase the amount of information.

Even if you choose according to the above policy, it exceeded 130 stores, and the time seemed to be severe, so 6-chome and 7-chome were removed from the walking course except for some parts, and finally narrowed down to about 70 stores .

The number of participants expanded unexpectedly to about 27, so in a hurry, two correspondent friends helped me and moved around the city of Ginza in a large household of about 30 people.
Since I was making the material alone, I did not divide the group for the sake of explanation.
In addition, since there is no earphone microphone used for exciting tours of the tourist association, etc., and there are limited places where you can stop and explain to many people, stop at some point and explain the digest up to the next stop point While explaining, I decided to comment while walking.
As for the comment while walking, I asked the two people who helped me in the front and the middle and back to comment from my own point of view. In this way, the explanation was given to the participants as much as possible.

Although it was a training, I guided such a large number of people without dividing the group, so when I finished safely without any accidents, I was exhausted, and on the next day, I did almost nothing and I was nervous all day . I am very grateful to the two of you who asked for help in a hurry.

Then, on the morning of the day, when I happened to check the correspondent's blog, I learned that the "Berbordeau", which continued on December 22 from 1927 and also passed by Isoroku Yamamoto, was closed. .
The closing of the store itself is very disappointing, but since Bordeaux was in this introduction store, I told the participants as a timely topic.
Yeah ★Many correspondents, led by Mr., wrote a blog about Ginza Gourmet, so I used them as a great reference. (Thank you)

Then, the guidance from the viewpoint of "gourmet" was realized this time when it really took money and time. Anyway, even if you can't do everything, if you don't go or buy it yourself to some extent, you won't be able to talk in a "live voice" and the explanation will not be interesting.
I also struggled in that I couldn't talk about the goodness of the store to introduce if I didn't know to some extent about cooking, sake, ingredients, etc. Especially for French, Italian, Spanish, wine, cheese, etc., I had a hard time learning terms and types. (Through this preparation, we managed to solve the classification. 。 。)
After all, I came to the day, thinking that women who often touch dishes on a regular basis and who are interested are better at gourmet.

Well, for reference, a map of the walking course is shown below.
※On the day of the event, we introduced the shops on the course. Excuse me, but let me know which store is.

With Shimbashi Enbujo as a group and start, the first half walks to Corridor Street around 8-chome.
The area around the performance hall is the home of the Hanayagikai, where restaurants from Shimbashi Hanayagikai gather.

In Ginza 8-chome, the area between Sotobori-dori St. and Chuo-dori is the place where Kinharu Yashiki was located, headwater in the Hanayanagi world.
There is an office and rehearsal hall in the Hanayanagi world on the street, which can be said to be the so-called "watching".
Also, this area is now a luxury club district, and even if it has no direct relationship, it can be said that the historical flow has made this place a luxury club district.
Therefore, in the first half, while feeling the history of the Hanayanagi world, we will hold the classic gourmet of Ginza.

In the second half, walk north (in the direction of Yurakucho) through the area around Corridor Street, go east (in the direction of Tsukiji) again, and follow the goal a little past Miharakoji.
In the second half, there are many seasonal places such as Tokyu Plaza and Ginza Place, shops where people gather at the 4-chome intersection, and other popular shops, so there are many shops that can not be removed by interlacing old and new.

A summary explanation of the guide area divided into seven is provided on the walking course map, so please refer to it if you like.
In addition, points such as "buy", "ko", "explanation" are described in the course diagram, but "buy" is a place where you can buy souvenirs on the course, and "ko" is a slightly unusual standing coffee shop (TORIBA Coffee) is a stop point.
Description of other marks is omitted.

Also, speaking of Ginza, you can't overlook the fact that most streets are named, there are many back alleys, and shrines are scattered. A map that adds a little additional information to them is also listed below (5-8 chome).
We hope that you can use it as a pleasure to walk, such as thinking about the origin of the street name, exploring the back alleys, and visiting shrines.

Ginza 1-chome Kururin 15-minute walk course vol.1

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] December 28, 2016 14:00

What kind of scenery will you encounter if you take a walk for a little 15 minutes between lunchtime at work and between shopping? This time, I went around Ginza 1-chome with Kururin from the Yuuraku Bridge intersection on Sotobori-dori St.

Kururin Ginza 1-chome Map. jpg

①The whole statue of Ryoma in Kochi

1 Ryoma. jpg

Antenna shop in Kochi Prefecture. In front is a statue of Ryoma Sakamoto, who was boarding at the Tsukiji Tosa clan residence. The statue of Ryoma at Katsura-hama Beach is more than 10m above the head and can only be looked up. But here I'm glad to have a two-shot together like a loose character from Susaki City, Kochi Prefecture, Shinjo-kun of Nihon otter. At the end of the Edo period, Ryoma, who attended the Sadakichi Chiba Dojo near the current Sotobori-dori St. Kajibashi intersection, and Shozan Sakuma Juku in Ginza 6-chome, may have been walking around here.

②Tokyo Kosoku Doro Konya Building

2.jpg

Under this highway is the Kyobashi River, which was excavated during the Edo period to restore Edo Castle. The place where "Marugoto Kochi" was located was called Minami Konya-cho, where craftsmen who dyed the work clothes of the townspeople lived. It looks like the name of the building that retains its remnants. Now, breadmakers of the popular bakery "Senttleza Bakery", which is lined with many people before the opening of 10:00, are very active.

③Namiki-dori St. starts

3 Trees. jpg

From Ginza 1-chome to 8-chome, the 1000m Namiki-dori St., which runs straight north and south, starts here. The street is a remnant of the Edo period town.

④Mitsukosha and Starbur Ginza

4 Starbar. jpg

Your feet are sucked in the taste of the pillars of the building. Mikosha is an advertising store founded in 1911 and opened here in Ginza 1-chome in 1922. In that year, he acquired advertising rights on the back of the streetcar coupon in Tokyo. After that, in 1951, it became a designated agency of the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation. It is a company with a history of more than 100 years at the forefront of the times.

In the basement of a building with such a history, "Star Bar Ginza" is located. This is the shop of Hisashi Kishi, who became the first world champion in Japan at the 1996 World Cocktail Competition.

⑤Ko Inari Shrine

5 Yuki Inari. jpg

In the alley from Namiki-dori St., one of Ginza Hatcho Shrines is Ko Inari Shrine. Due to the redevelopment of the city, Inari, who has been worshiped by the common people since the Edo period, may move to the rooftop of the building without stopping, but this is neatly enshrined in the valley of a tall building.

⑥Showa Retro Landscape and 2-star Restaurant

6.jpg

When you pass through the alley and go out to Ginza Brick Street, you will suddenly get a retro air. "Sanshu-ya" and the dentist in the neighborhood are also two stories. Sanshu-ya is a shop that is thankful for smokers and allows smoking in all seats. The scenery sandwiched between buildings appears in the nostalgic Showa era for some reason.

7.jpgAnd if you turn around, "Taverna GUSTAVINO" from an Italian restaurant. A popular shop that has moved here due to the redevelopment of Kyobashi. It is also a charm of Ginza that Showa retro and stylish restaurants are mixed.

⑦Ginza "Masumoto", an old cashier that you want to see.

8.jpg

When you go to Yanagi-dori St. and go to the right after passing the antenna shop in Yamagata Prefecture and return to Namiki-dori St., the stylish Japanese shop curtain of Masumoto catches your eye. There is an old cash register 90 years ago in the shop. The cash register of the same generation is also for brick-tei in Ginza 3-chome. Isn't it a piece of Ginza that I want to meet?

⑧Fish-dried net hanging on the front of an alley

9.jpg10 Fish dried nets. jpg

On the way back from Yanagi-dori St. to the Yuuraku Bridge intersection at the starting point, there was an alley. There is a fish-dried net hanging at the storefront. There are about 10 pieces of large salmon fillets. In the alleys of Ginza, salmon will be dried with good salt and plums. Even though it's an alley, it's Ginza. Ginza walk is likely to be stuck in the scenery of Ginza.

Goal: Sotobori-dori St. Yuuraku Bridge Intersection

Kururin is completed for 15 minutes. Continuing to vol.2.

Chirimen Crepe dress kiwa

[The Crown and the Rabbit] December 27, 2016 18:00

When I ask her about the situation, she is wearing nice clothes that she doesn't sell anywhere, she says she's a boutique dress.
Immediately, when I visited, the shop was located on the second floor of the building next to the UNIQLO Ginza store on Ginza 6-chome Suzuran Street.

The name of the store is "Kiwa".

This is the name of the designer Yoshikazu Nishiuchi.

ck1216_20161227 (1). JPG

Human beings have the talents and fates that have been born.
I'm sure there is, but in the case of Mr. Kiwa, maybe
"Love in love with cloth and be loved by cloth."
I have loved sewing since I was in elementary school, and when I stepped on a sewing machine.
Uprike, remake, etc.
It seems that he was awakening to originality from an early age.

When I became an adult and worked for an apparel company

"The pattern is cute", "I don't wrinkle", "I don't lose shape", "I can wash"
We have cleared all the functionality required for fabrics.
When I met Tango Chirimen Crepe
In 2004, I launched a brand in Shimokitazawa with my younger brother, Akira.
In 2007, opened a store in Ginza Hankyu = Mosaic Ginza.
(Women who have been to mosaic Ginza! Speaking of which,
Don't you remember the shop that handled that modern Japanese dress!
Now that there is no mosaic, that dress is still alive in Ginza 6-chome!!

Tango Chirimen Crepe is a raw silk that does not twist on warps.

Strength twist around 3,000 times per meter to the weft (Yokoito).
It is characterized by the fact that "Shibo" formed from the contraction of the repulsion appears.
Due to uneven reflection, coloring is good after dyeing.
It seems that a deep and thick color is exuded.

ck1216_20161227 (4). JPG

Chirimen Crepe Dress Kiwa is a process other than dyeing.

In other words, Mr. Kiwa and Mr. Akira are the design, pattern, and sewing.
It's finished by hand.
It's exactly what you want to do and everything you want to do.
So, in addition to the items lined up in the shop, there are also other items.
You can also order semi-order, but it may be about six months later.

ck1216_20161227 (5). JPG

"I was fascinated by the Chirimen Crepe dress, and inside the closet

Almost Kiwa's Chirimen Crepe dress,"
It is said that there are many people who purchase repeats.
In fact, when I try it on, the beauty of the drape and silhouette.
You will be surprised at the comfort of your skin moistly.
A new breeze is blown into Tango Chirimen Crepe, backed by tradition.
That taste is just finished in Urban.
Towns and parties, of course, are especially suitable for travel.
Not only pack it in the trunk, but let's Go! Sometimes
A dress I want to wear and go out. Even if you move long, it doesn't get wrinkled and it's easy.
In Europe and the United States, the identity of a beautiful woman in Asia is also important.
I think I can express it.

ck1216_20161227 (2). JPG

Mr. Kiwa will be on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

It seems that there is a high possibility.
In addition to dresses, shoes, jewelry, and accessories.
It's a boutique full of amazing fun.
By all means, please turn your feet to spend a fascinating time.

Luxury brand dried fish shop ★Lunch at Ginza Bansuke

[Mapo ★] December 27, 2016 16:00

It's a shop I happened to find while walking along the gas lamp street.
It opened in August this year.
I was attracted to the word luxury brand dried fish and tried to enter it.

DSC_0077.JPG

When we have a lunch with our friends.
I feel like Japanese food is better than French.

Shimahoke set meal, mackerel set meal, red fish set meal,
There were traut salmon, flounder, silver, and throat.
In addition, the colorful three kinds of dried fish set meal where you can eat three kinds of dried fish little by little seems to be good.
This time, I ordered a flat set meal of 1706 yen (including tax).
Miso soup is also delicious, and you can eat it little by little.
It's a very luxurious meal.

DSC_0233.JPG

The flounder was also thick and delicious!
You can change the rice, and you can pickle soup stock.
I ate the second cup (^^;

Dried food is sold on the first floor. It looks good as a gift (*^^*)
