A little luxurious lunch at "Michiba Japanese Food Ginza Tateno"♪

[JRT Felt] June 1, 2018 18:00

The shop I visited for lunch with an acquaintance the other day was very nice, so I would like to introduce it here.

It was "Michiba Japanese food Ginza Tateno" who bothered me.

This is a kaiseki meal shop directly from Rokusaburo Dojo, and the shop owner is Yuji Tateno, who refined his skills under Dojo.

Speaking of Dojo, it is famous as the "Japanese iron man" of the super popular TV number "Ironman of Cuisine".

I received 3,800 yen (excluding tax) for "Satsuki no noon Zen"

First of all, we had this tuna making, hamo tsumire soup, and Chimaki Kotobuki sashimi as a combination.

All of them have a good taste of the ingredients and are delicious!

The following braided appetizers include grilled tofu, corn tofu, fried corn tofu, and sesame tofu.

One dish, one dish, one dish is elaborate, and the arrangement is beautiful, attracting eyes.

As my heart expands to expectations, strong appetizers appear. I'm "Specially Selected Wagyu Original Roast",

An acquaintance chooses "for the time being".

The roast beef I had was really delicious and unintentionally "delicious!" (laughs)

It seems that the black sesame udon in the meal is made by kneading black sesame into noodles, and it looks like a soba, but it looks like a soba.

If you put it in your mouth, it will be smooth and authentic "Udon".

Finally, today's lunch party is over with Mizuyokan and Yamashita Coffee.

A luxurious lunch in Ginza where you can relax while enjoying the conversation. It was a wonderful shop that made me want to come again.

The washroom was wonderful in the store, which was well organized, cherished the Japanese atmosphere, so I took a picture!

It is a perfect shop for good cooking, service, atmosphere, and important anniversarys.

Time slip to Ginza in Edo? Genji Firefly Appreciation Party

[Hanes] June 1, 2018 14:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
The other day, I found a rare creature walking in Ginza.
That's right!

DSC_2321.JPG

The thick antennae and the red head look like a black butterfly with an impact.
It was beautiful and trivial, and for a moment I thought it was something art....

When I checked it immediately, it was named Fireflyga.
If you say that, it's like a firefly!
In Japan, it lives nationwide and does not seem to be so rare.
Because larvae secretions are poisonous, they are often exterminated as pests at an early stage.
It was the first time I actually saw an adult.

And this antennae is different from other moths and butterflies.
Actually, it is also a point to distinguish males and females!
By the way, the feather-shaped one is male, and the comb tooth-shaped one is female.

It seems that they live in a way that they are not predated, such as giving off a bad smell when captured.
Even if it looks fascinating, don't touch it.

Still, summer traditions like fireflies are something I want to see up close....
This time, I have good news for everyone!
From 18:00 to 21:00 (until 20:00 on the last day) from June 4 (Mon) to 10 (Sun).
At the special venue (7-8-9 Ginza, Chuo-ku) on the 2nd floor of the Ginza Main Store, Soke Genkichichoan Ginza Main Store,
"The 15th Genji Firefly Watching Party" (free admission) will be held.
(For details, click here: http://www.kitchoan.co.jp/site/web/index.cgi?c=news-2&pk=433)

It seems that eggs born at last year's viewing party were carefully raised in the nature of Okayama.
As in the early summer of Ginza in the Edo period, it is a valuable opportunity to enjoy fantastic scenery.
Why don't you stop by after a walk that also serves as a cool evening on your way home from work or school?
