Hamacho Sanpo 2 Bowling Historical Museum

[Bird] 17:00 on July 31, 2009

bowling3.jpg Today we will show you the rare museum in Hamacho. "Bowling Archives" is located on the third floor of a building just in front of Meijiza. It is a small historical museum with only one room, but there are collections of coveted for bowling lovers.

bowling1.jpg The beginning of bowling in Japan was the Edo period. In 1861, a bowling alley was established in Nagasaki and Dejima. Did you know? From precious historical materials of that time, valuable historical materials such as magazines, books, and goods are available. The top of the photo is Japan's oldest "wooden" bowl used on Dejima, and the bottom is a bowl used by Takeshi Kaneshiro in the drama "Golden Bowl". I want to touch it! (No, no)

bowling2.jpg Bowling is a sport and game that can be enjoyed by the whole family. That's when the ball beats the pin, Burn! The sound. It's a pleasure. It feels like all stress is blowing away, right? That should be the case, and it is designed to make a good sound by using hard maple material for the pins and hollows inside. Surprisingly, there was a delicate trick. Even now, bowling is a popular sport, and many classrooms for juniors are also open. And I have come back to my youth! I'm going to bowling this weekend!

The spirit of founding, "Business Law Seminar"

[Kaishu] 09:00 on July 31, 2009

There is a monument to "Business Law Training Center" in the planting of the sidewalk in front of Ginza Matsuzakaya.
This place is the origin of Hitotsubashi University, which was established in 1949.
ck0930-07311.jpg

The Commercial Code Seminar is Yukichi Fukuzawa of Keio University, the creator of Japanese capitalism.
With the support of Eiichi Shibusawa and others, Arinori Mori (the first Minister of Education, 1847-)
It was founded as a private school in 1875 by 1889.
Nine years later, it was under the direct control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce and renamed Tokyo Commercial School.
After that, the jurisdiction was changed to the Ministry of Education, and the name was changed several times (higher commercial school, Tokyo)
Higher Commercial School, Tokyo University of Commerce, Tokyo Sangyo University during the war, and again after the war
After returning to Tokyo University of Commerce), it will be organized into the current Hitotsubashi University.

During this time, in 1909, he was in danger of being merged into Tokyo Imperial University.
However, it will be avoided with the support of school officials and many others.
The foundational spirit of "training industry leaders" is to foster bureaucrats.
I did not allow it to be annexed to Imperial University. (Shintori Incident)

Hitotsubashi University's anti-government-academia stance is not only private universities but also other national universities.
By drawing a line, it emits its light beam.

This monument was not "the birthplace of Hitotsubashi University" but "the commercial law workshop"
You can feel the pride and pride of this university, which has maintained a free and vigorous school style since its founding.

Summer Festival in Nihonbashihamacho

[crescent moon] 17:00 on July 29, 2009

We participated in the neighborhood summer festival held on the same day as the Sumida River fireworks every year. Chuo-ku is an urban area, but there is an Edo atmosphere and when it comes to festivals, it is crowded with many people, from the elderly wearing yukata to the children.happy01

When you purchase a cool-down fun ticket from the town council, you will have juice, takoyaki, oden, yakisoba, ice cream, Frankfurt, quoits, putter golf, and super bowl scooping. It is a very homey festival because the neighbors bake yakisoba.

Even with this alone, there is a great deal for 800 yen, but the lottery tournament is exciting every year. Two bicycles are annual, but this year there were eel meal tickets, and there were a total of about 50 prizes. raffle was overwhelmed by the happy faces of the hit children and the children who were fucking with a close number. I used to win 1 million yen in the lottery before, and lottery luck is good, so I applied a fan at this festival three years ago, but this year I missed all three people who participated.coldsweats01

Bon Odori after raffle will make you feel better just by looking at those who beat the drums well. A sweet watermelon was distributed on the way, but I think it's unique to this neighborhood where there are many cheap and delicious greengrocers.

One of the attractions of Chuo-ku is that the festival in the neighborhood is lively, lively and fun.

What about Chicken Basket?

[Diet from tomorrow] 16:00 on July 29, 2009

Speaking of chicken basket, "Candle" (Ginza 7-3-6 B1).

Chicken basket is considered to be the most delicious in the world.

In words, he says, “The outside is crisp, the inside is juicy.”

It will be an expression like tsukuri, but please try it first.

If you like chicken, I promise you never regret it.
