November 2014, Chuo-dori (Ginza-Nihonbashi) [Fixed-point observation]

■We introduced the changes that occurred on Chuo-dori in May this year, entitled "May Change Chuo-dori (Ginza-Nihonbashi)". → Click here for this article.

Six months have passed, so we have confirmed the subsequent changes, so please take a look. The place we photographed for the first time this time is (new this time).

 

 

(1) Ginza 6-chome 10 District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project [Matsuzakaya Ginza Store Ruins, etc.]

      ①13 floors above ground (height 66m), 6 floors below ground. Completion is scheduled to be completed on November 30, 2016.

      ②One of the largest commercial facilities in the Ginza area. The Kanze Noh Theater is also located.

      ■There was a remaining building demolition material in the construction area in May, but this time it was removed.

    It has become an orderly construction site.

(2) Ginza 5-chome Redevelopment Plan [Rebuilding at Ginza 4-chome intersection corner] 

   ①12 floors above ground (56m high) and 2 floors below ground. Scheduled to be completed on May 15, 2016.

      ②The Viya Hall Lion Ginza 5-chome store, Nissan Ginza Gallery, Tsuzureya is located in Tokyo.

         Operation is scheduled to resume after the completion of the new building.

   ■The existing building has been dismantled, and it is different from the Ginza 4-chome intersection that has been used to before.

    It's a coincidence.

 (3) Rebuilding of Okura Main Building [Rebuilding at the corner of Ginza 2-chome intersection]

   ①12 floors above ground (56m high) and 3 floors below ground. Completion is scheduled to be completed on August 31, 2016.

   ■The existing building has been dismantled and bent in the back.

         De Beers Ginza Building (11th floor, 2) a complex commercial complex where the third was talked about.

         (completed in 2007) has become noticeable.

 4) Itoya Main Store Rebuilding Plan [Ginza 2-chome]

      ①13 floors above ground (height 66m), 2 floors below ground. It is scheduled to be completed on March 15, 2015.

      ②In addition to merchandise stores, there are restaurants and conference rooms on the upper floors, and underground floors.

    A multi-purpose hall is planned.

(5) New construction of Ginza 1-chome A block (opened)

★(New this time) Ginza Theatre Building ("Hotel Seiyo Ginza" "Ginza Theatre Cinema")

    Rebuilding

   ①After rebuilding, Konami Creative Center Ginza (tentative name) will be used as a smartphone.

★(New) Tokyo Square Garden (existing building)

  □The hill of Kyobashi

 

      It is a pleasant green hill of Kyobashi.

      The hill of Kyobashi, which is about 30m high and about 3,000m2 in size, is located in the lower part of the city center.

        It was created to contribute to the formation of wind-down and wind-no-michi.

   This is part of the green road network we are working on.

    □On the first basement floor, there is the Central FM Head Office.

      We are FM radio station in Chuo-ku. As the only local community FM radio station in Chuo-ku

   I'm doing my best. The sender is located on the GINZA KABUKIZA house.

     □On the 6th floor, there is the Chuo Ward Environmental Information Center.

    "The Chuo Ward Environmental Information Center is a variety of environmental issues, such as global warming.

Learn the circle of environmental activities     in an easy-to-understand manner and the inhabitants of the ward, businesses, and wards work together to learn the circle of environmental activities.

It is a     facility established by the ward to expand the area.

The Environmental Information Center provides digital content and information     related to the environment.

    Anyone can learn through exhibitions and other events. “Environmental Environment”

    "I want to learn," "I want to participate in environmental activities," "I want to enhance the environment."

I would like to support     the positive feelings of everyone. One Power

    What we couldn't do is to make friends, increase the number of friends, and expand the circle of environmental activities.

 (6-1) Kyobashi 2-chome West District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project Facility Building (Redevelopment Building)

   32 floors above ground (height 170.25m), 3 floors below ground. August 31, 2016

          Scheduled to be completed.

(6-2) Kyobashi 2-chome West District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project Facility Building (History Building)

            Renovation work [Meijiya Kyobashi Building seismic isolation work]  

       ①8 floors above ground (30.32m high) and 2 floors below ground. Completed on July 31, 2015

          It will be completed.

       ②The Meijiya Kyobashi store reopened after the seismic isolation work is completed.

        ■The condition in which the entire Meijiya building is covered is the same as in May.

The tall building behind the     building is the Kyobashi Trust Tower, an office building completed this year.

        It looks like a building with no basement.

(7) N Project [Nihonbashi 3-chome]

      ①12 floors above ground, 2 floors of tower (68m high), 4 floors below ground. end of April, 2015

          Scheduled to be completed.

      ②Rebuilding of the headquarters building of DIC Corporation.

      ■You can now understand the whole picture of the building.

(8) Nihonbashi 2-chome District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project (Block C)

      ①31 floors above ground, 1 floor of tower building (180m high), 5 floors below ground. 2018 12

         Scheduled to be completed at the end of the month.

      ②A complex super high-rise office building with Takashimaya on the lower floors. Next door Takashi Nihonbashi

          It will be connected to Maya in the air corridor.

   ■Demolition work is underway.

(9) New construction of Nihonbashi 2-chome North District [Nihonbashi Intersection Corner]

      ①35 floors above ground (height 180m), 4 floors below ground. Completed in late November 2017

         It's planned.

      ②Along with the development, connection with the subway Nihombashi Station, station squares, tourist information centers, etc.

         It is planned to be completed.

   ■A shop villa on the first floor of the building where the current state of the building and the corner of the intersection are dismantled.
