It's been a week since the rush run. I have run various marathons and have already completed more than 20 races, but every time I run the Tokyo Marathon feels like a special tournament. It was my third participation this time, but when will the next time? I want to go over the hard lottery before that run, and run again.
I would like to make some reports on the topic of discussion.
(Expo)
Before the tournament, I have to go to Tokyo Big Sight to get a bib, and it has been decided that the venue will be fun with a festive atmosphere. I visited on Friday night. There are many booths such as manufacturers of sports equipment and supplements related to marathons, and most marathon contestants are busy preparing to the end, but in fact, various organizations are coming and those booths are also interesting .
Meanwhile, our Chuo-ku Tourism Association was also on display.
When I asked for a greeting, the Skanda hand towel of Daikanonji, which I prayed before, was sold. You're always good at grabbing your heart. I pledged a good weekend for one.

On the day, it did not rain and started in front of Shinjuku Tokyo Metropolitan Government at 9:10 in a just right climate. The first half is an easy course with many descents. After that, there are many flats, so the course layout is easy overall. It is said that Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge in Chuo-ku is the toughest, so there are no hills or mountains and it is actually an easy course. Yes, it's easy to run. In the first half, if you cross the guard of Yurakucho, it ends half. Up to this point, it was good to take 1 hour and 35 minutes, but it feels a little over pace. At that time, I decided in my heart that "If you still enjoy Tokyo, if you crush it, that's fine, I'll do my best."
When I headed from Ginza to Asakusa in the first Chuo-ku section, I was in good shape, but when I headed from Asakusa to Ginza, my feet stopped around Kayabacho. It's sometimes something, but I'm sorry. You have to practice more and more.
The goal is to change quickly. It's important to go to the goal without giving up even if it's a slow pace. In the gorgeous glamorous situation of Ginza, my heart was about to break, but I remembered the happiness of running in this city and proceeded without losing.
(goal)
I managed to get to Tokyo Big Sight. 3 hours and 24 minutes. Yeah. It can be said that it is not bad, but the result is tough compared to the previous Tokyo Marathon. Except for my feet stuck, my feet were solid after running, so it was a good run. If you cross muscle pain with this, you will surely be a runner on one sheet. There was a strong desire to run better at the Tokyo Marathon in the next race or in the future.
A non-alcoholic beer and a celebration. To myself who ran safely.
I want to run like a fly next time! I couldn't get to Skanda this time.

A creative Japanese restaurant located on the 7th floor of the New Ginza 5 Building on Namiki-dori St.
Maybe it's a new building, the shop is also very beautiful.
The wine cellar up to the ceiling is also powerful, and it seems good to eat at the counter.
On the wall of the seat near the entrance where we sat, there is a wind god!
The chef's recommended lunch is 5,400 yen.
It seems that there is also a lunch box (3780 yen) limited to 10 meals a day.
The soup was clam (upper right), but I'm not good at shellfish, so I could change it.
It was alfonsino's soup (*^^*)
Sixth item, the menu of the item was a duck confeit.
On this day, I purchased a very good straw at Tsukiji in the morning, so I changed it to it.
It was certainly greasy and very delicious.
It's nice to be able to eat the seasonal ingredients purchased that day like this.
First, there is an amusement-like one, grilled sesame tofu, sashimi (sea bream)
8 dishes including soup, straw, miso stew of angler, cooked rice for the first time, dessert.
All of them were elaborate and delicious, the service was excellent, and the lunch was very satisfying.

A decoupage exhibition has been held since February 24 at the Seigetsu-do Gallery, which faces Azuma Street, just near the intersection of Ginza 4-chome.
Do you know the decoupage?
Decoupage is a handicraft that includes three elements of cutting, pasting, and painting, when Venice furniture craftsmen were fascinated by oriental () lacquer crafts around the 17th century. (I didn't know)
There are many variations in the technique, which makes works by combining prints, materials, and paints. It seems to be useful to recycle things around us, such as wood, glass, cans, and pottery (Hey, this is just an eco idea).
This decoupage exhibition is officially an "Original Decoupage Grand Lecturer Exhibition", and the disciples of Midori Nagata, who presides over Decoupage's Atriel Grand (Even if you are a disciple, you are a teacher) ) Is an exhibition of works by
Certainly, it is just an exhibition of the instructor's teacher, all of which are wonderful, beautiful, su, amazing works, but the color tone of each work is very chic, the work itself can be used in daily life, so to speak, It is an art work closely related to life.
In addition, what surprised me was the breadth and depth of the decooperage's work, which is so surprising that I asked, "Is this also a decooperage?" The last day, which is held until March 1 (Sun), is until 14:00.
When you come to Ginza, please stop by.

It was here.
Edo bus map.
This is the service map of Chuo-ku Community Bus.
"Maps over the Story"
If you spread it, along with the Edo bus service route on the map of Chuo-ku, the place where movies, dramas, and novels were staged is described along with commentary.
I thought it would be nice, this map.
In magazines, etc., it is sometimes featured for each area, but there are surprisingly few for each ward.
Around Nihonbashi, Ryohei Nishigishi's comic live-action movie "ALWAYS 3-chome Sunset" is featured.
In Tokyo in 1959, Nihonbashi with a view of the sky was reflected.
"Naoki Hanzawa" is based on the original work of Jun Ikeido, who was converted into a TV drama in 2013.
The location was held at Mitsui Main Building as the head office of the Central Bank of Tokyo where he works.
Managing Director Owada, played by Teruyuki Kagawa, was a masterpiece.
If you imitate that figure and shoot the scene of Doshitaza with the Mitsui Main Building in the background, it will be one that you will want to show.
"Kirin's Tsubasa" is a novel by Keigo Higashino.
Is it possible to walk from the underpass of Edobashi to Nihonbashi, where the winged Kirin statue is installed, while the abdomen is stabbed?
The day after watching the movie, I went through the same route, holding my belly and dragging my feet.
It's too heavy for my body. ・・・。
That's why the statue of Kirin fluttering overlapped with people's thoughts.
One of my pleasures was walking on the stage of a novel with a paperback book.
Finding famous scenes hidden here and there in Chuo-ku while looking at the map, and relive it is also a fun that makes you feel better.
Actually, I got this map last year at the Kumin Center and left it in the gap between the books to see later.
It was created in June 2014, so I don't know if it's still available.
If you get it, you're super lucky.

Ginza Akebono is located at the intersection of Ginza 4-chome. This is the okaki shop in department stores nationwide, but this is the main store.
There are also limited sweets and strawberry Daifuku at the main store. There are many sweets for the Hina Matsuri on the table. It was very cute, so it's easy to see.
I bought a drawer that could be used to store accessories (*^^*) The sweets inside are also cute.♪
There is also an online shop in Akebono, but there is also an online shop.
These three-tiered drawers are paper, so you can't buy them online.
