The second shop of the chocolate shop "Minimal", which is talked about with the new concept of "manage and manufacture all processes from cacao beans to plate chocolate at our own workshop", has opened in Ginza. It opened its first store in Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku in 2014 and is a popular shop among chocolate lovers. "I go directly to farms around the world to choose high-quality cacao beans, and only the raw materials are "cacao" and "sugar". "We don't use any other side materials or fragrances." You can see the manufacturing process such as cacao and paste roasted in the store, and you can also sample cacaonib and paste that crushed beans. I recommend it, too. The types of plate chocolate here are "Natti" (sweet and rich taste like nuts due to strong roast), "Frutti" (a refreshing taste like fruits with reduced roast), and "Sey Barry" (a unique taste like herbs and spices) (explanation of the pamphlet), and four types of taste are color-coded.
We had Natti from Haiti and Sani Barry from Trinidad and Tobago. There are also chocolate flakes for ice cream and hot chocolate. There are other places to stop by, and unfortunately you can keep it today.
After returning home, close the seal (sealed pack) and the rich fragrance of cacao spread. It's amazing. This is the first time that chocolate has such a high fragrance.
