Bridge tour course (Shinkawa area)

[GPP] June 3, 2017 09:00

In the Shinkawa area, I went around the bridge on foot.

Walking around the waterside of the Sumida River was pleasant.

It was also a discovery that there was a sky tree view spot on the Kamejima River.

Hydrangea season

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] June 2, 2017 18:00

ajisai003.JPG

In June, it was almost time to enter the rainy season, but when it comes to the rainy season, it feels like this flower season.

ajisai004.JPG

There are quite a few hydrangeas planted on the streets of Chuo-ku, but on the street from Showa-dori to Miyoshi Bridge, bigleaf hydrangea and Hon Hydrangea are planted along with willow trees on both sides.

It's the blue part of the map below.

ajisai01.jpg

Regarding the relationship between Chuo-ku and hydrangea, I introduced it in last year's blog in connection with "Siebolt" (attached to the end of the blog), but when I talked about the relationship between Chuo-ku and hydrangea,

ajisai005.JPG

There is a "Silver Koi Monument" (Ginza 4-1-2) at the planting right next to the lottery counter Nishi Ginza Chance Center near the Sukiyabashi intersection.

It commemorates the big hit song "The Story of Love in Ginza" by duet of Showa big stars Yujiro Ishihara and Junko Makimura, but the anniversary of Yujiro Ishihara's death, July 17 is called "hydrangea anniversary". Says. This is because Mr. Ishihara liked hydrangea flowers before his birth.

"Yujiro Ishihara" = "Season of the Sun", "Season of the Sun", "Smile in the Sun!" So, when I heard this story because the image of Mr. and the sun was very strong, it seemed to have seen an unexpected side, and it was memorable.

That was the story of the relationship between "Chuo-ku" ⇒ "Silver Koi Monument" ⇒ "Yujiro Ishihara" ⇒ "hydrangea" ⇒ "hydrangea"

Ginza Cultural Monument Ginza is the origin of culture

[Silver] June 2, 2017 14:00

Did you know that the "Ginza Cultural Monument" is numbered?

"Ginza willow Monument" is 2.

The monument "Ginza Birthplace" is 3.

The "Brick Ginza Monument" in Kyobashi is 4.

Then, I've always been looking for where the monument was best. Mikimoto at Ginza 4-chome could not be confirmed all the time due to the rebuilding of the main building.

Finally, with the completion of June 1, 2017, it has been installed again in front of the entrance. It is the "Pearl King Monument". This is no turn. This was the first monument to Ginza culture, and I think it was later numbered. Mikimoto was successful in cultivating pearls and was loved and successful by women around the world, and I strongly hope that Ginza will continue to spread culture to the world.

hydrangea Shinkawa and Sake

[Asunaro] June 2, 2017 09:00

It's time to enjoy hydrangea flowers in various ways.

There is also a cream color close to the color of the leaves at the beginning of blooming.
The color of the flower changes with the number of days.

It was blooming beside the Chozuya of Masaru Shinkawa Shrine.

 Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Shrine. jpg

The area where the Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Shrine is enshrined was during the Edo period.
It was one of the most famous places for the sake wholesalers and white-walled sake brewery.

"Descent sake" brought from the top by a freighter called a cruise ship.
Every year, about 1 million barrels were landed and drunk in Edo.
It's said to be a great place. It is said that it is a great place.

The fact that the taste changes every day also leads to sake.

Even today, Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Shrine is the god of sake and sake wholesalers.
It has a high reverence.

Ginza Wako Window Display "Go"

[Silver] June 1, 2017 18:00

Ginza Wako's window display is updated every month, and you can feel "fun" the changing seasons.

The yellow sailing ship was displayed in a large window. What looks like a white wave is an explanation that it expresses white whale, Moby Dick, and Moby-Dick.

The sound effect is very good. It seems that the sound of the waves "The Za, The Zazar" can be heard from the Pacific Ocean.
