The summer fair until August 31st.  -Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store and Salon de Cafe ~

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store, 2017 "Summer GINZA Curry Fair" will be held until August 31st (Thursday).

And Shiseido Parlour Salon de Cafe, the second installment of "2017 Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held until August 31st (Thursday).

This time, we also took care of Mr. Kotsugai, a public relations group of Shiseido Co., Ltd.

First of all, Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store, from 2017 "Summer GINZA Curry Fair" ...

 

It is a summer curry fair that has become an annual event at Ginza Main Store, but this year, in addition to the three classic curry rice varieties, at the fair, three special curry menus that arrange traditional curry sauces and combine carefully selected ingredients have appeared .

These three types are based on the cooking method handed down to successive chefs, taking advantage of the deliciousness of seafood, chicken, beef, etc.

Shiseido Parlour's curry with its aroma and deep richness.

These three kinds are until the end of this month.

Omar shrimp and scallop shells, which enhance aroma and sweetness by lightly sauteed, are combined with crustacean's umami and coconut fragrant curry sauce.

Saffron rice, which goes well with seafood, is an appetizing from the appearance, and it is a slightly luxurious curry rice that feels summer.

Strawberry parfait of Koihime from Shinshu Hata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture 1,890 yen (tax included)

Following the first installment, "Koihime" is also appearing in the second installment.

It is a gem that uses "Natsuaki Strawberry" Koihime "" harvested in a house dedicated to Shiseido Parlour owned by Shinshu Hata Kobo as a sauce.

Please enjoy the unique taste of Natsuaki Strawberry, which has a refreshing acidity unique to this season.
