On February 4th (Sun), we visited Meijiza.
To commemorate the release of the movie "When the Prayer Curtain descends", a special "backstage tour" was held to guide customers on the audience and stage of Meijiza, which became an important actual location. So, I covered it.

Naoko Hayashi, the advertising department of Meijiza Co., Ltd.
There are 50 participants (once).
After the reception, before entering the audience, Mr. Akika Kishi, Sales Development Division, Meijiza Marketing Department, Inc., briefly explained the background of Meijiza.
In addition, it seems that there are a total of 1,368 seats with flower paths installed.
Entering the audience, first of all, there was a screen projection of the trailer for the movie "When the Prayer curtain descends".
Next, Mr. Kishi explained the location of the movie "When the Prayer curtain descends".
As a staff member of Meijiza, I was very happy that Keigo Tono made the stage of the novel, and that he actually shot the movie at the theater.
There was also a scene outside the theater, but there were seven shooting spots in the audience seats, which explained it.
Then all the customers changed to the prepared slippers and went to the stage.
From here, Mr. Junji Goto, Chief Manager of Equipment, Meijiza Stage Co., Ltd.
Goto has been 34 years of props and 32 years of entering Meijiza.
It seems to be the oldest age here.
Mr. Goto explained each room beside the audience seats, hanging pulleys on the ceiling, equipment on the stage, set beside the stage, etc. .
In particular, some of the five large and small lines on the stage and the surrounding stage were actually moved, and customers were able to experience the scenery seen from there.
There is a question corner, etc., and the tour itself ends in about 45 minutes from the start.
About 30 minutes later, the customer asked Mr. Kishi and Mr. Goto again, saw the stage where he was interested, photographed at the stage and audience seats, and photographed by the person in charge.
I had a lot of time.
On the way home, Meijiza's original lunch box, “Prayer Makunouchi Bento,” commemorating the release of the movie, and Torayaki, a long-established Kyoto confectionery store in Yokocho, Ningyocho, amazake, were handed over to each customer.
On this day, another tour was held after the end of this round.
・・This is an interview with two customers.
A middle-aged couple.
[Wife] I'm very happy to see various places.
[Master] I was also shown the stage equipment.
[Wife] I was able to stand on a stage that I couldn't usually go up, and I was able to experience behind the stage and auctions, so it was a great experience.
Another pair, a lady in her twenties and her mother.
[Daughter] I enjoyed it very much.
[Two of you, together] more than I thought.
[Mother] I didn't think I would be able to go around the stage.
I didn't think I could get on [ladies] (on the surrounding stage or on the street).
[Mother] I can't usually walk the flower path.
・・It was a very good experience and everyone was satisfied.
※ This tour was held additionally due to its popularity.
The schedule was twice on Tuesday, February 6 and twice on 9 (Friday), but the date has already passed.
The story of this tour will continue.
From the next time on, we will give a detailed explanation of the seven seats and a more detailed explanation of the stage and equipment.
I'm looking forward to it.
