To the side of Akatsuki Park, a mansion in Hoshu Katsuragawa?

[Shubo's Ten Hands] March 13, 2018 12:00

DSCN1034.JPG

The photo (Keisen Yashiki) shows the historical site information board (Tsukiji 7-chome 10) set up by the City Board of Education.

The Katsuragawa family had been living in Tsukiji since around the Kyoho period (1716-1736).

He was famous as a back doctor of Waran surgeon, and at the time of climbing the castle, he accompanied 11 people, and Hagimoto also gave way.

Before the Meiji Restoration (1863), there was a large fire at Tsukiji Temple, and a fire broke out from the direction of the Keisen family, and fired, but immediately after the fire, he took over the residence of "Yanagi Tsushima Mamoru" and moved.

The area was over 1200 tsubo, and there was a large garden. 。 There was a residence of the Okudaira family of the Nakatsu clan across Akashibori (Akatsuki Park), and Yukichi Fukuzawa taught Dutch studies.

This is the last month of the 2018 Strawberry Fair. -Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe ~

[rosemary sea] March 13, 2018 09:00

This is a rosemary sea that carries on "gifts and enjoys myself" and covers it.

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe is holding a "Special Strawberry Fair" by strawberries carefully selected from all over the country from January to March.

Finally, in March, the last month, three kinds of strawberries in season, which are particular about the production area, will appear.

From Wakayama, Ehime and Fukuoka prefectures, we have varieties with distinctive sweetness, acidity, texture, and appearance.

Among them, "Fukuoka Prefecture Yayohime's Strawberry Parfait" is also available in a low carbohydrate version.

This time, we also took care of Mr. Koban, a public relations group of Shiseido Co., Ltd.

Then I would like to introduce some items.

"2018 Special Strawberry Fair" Until March 31st (Sat)

Marihime (2)a.jpg

Limited Quantity 2,380 yen (tax included) Special Strawberry Parfait of "Marihime" from Ichigo Farm in Hidaka-gun, Wakayama Prefecture

Strawberry "Marurihime" which is hard to taste outside Wakayama Prefecture.

Among them, this parfait uses the rare large grain "marihime".

From the overflowing fruit, mild sweetness and elegant acidity spreads richly.

Strawberry parfait of "Amaotome" from Akamatsu Farm in Kita-Uwa-gun, Ehime Prefecture 1,890 yen (tax included)

The strawberry "Amaotome", an original variety of Ehime Prefecture, which is warm and blessed with sunshine conditions.

It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and is characterized by rich taste.

Strawberry parfait of "Yayoihime" from Hanada Farm, Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture (tax included) 1,890 yen (tax included)

Strawberry "Ya good princess" with a gorgeous scent.

The firm pulp has a high sugar content and the acidity is moderate.

Low carbohydrate Strawberry Parfait a.jpg

The strawberry parfait of "Yayoihime" also has a low carbohydrate version (1,890 yen).

With the decoration as it is, the tailoring of ice cream and sauce was devised to reduce the sugar content to 10g.

・ Carbohydrates are calculated by the Food, Raku, and Health Association.

Calculated based on the 7th edition standard ingredients table available carbonates.

・ The image is an image.

・ Depending on the arrival status of strawberries, the content and offer period may change.

 About carbohydrates

According to Satoru Yamada, director of the Diabetes Center at Kitasato Inst. Hospital, carbohydrates are carbohydrates containing 1 g = 4 kcal energy, and the average sugar content per meal is 80 to 100 g.

The amount of carbohydrate-restricted diet, which has been medically verified, is up to 130g per day.

This is three meals a day, and if you replace it with one meal, it will be about 40g for one meal and 10g for snacks.

Therefore, the amount of carbohydrate per meal that can be enjoyed by people with diabetes and healthy people is set at 20.0g to 40.0g.

Based on this idea, we devised desserts with less than 10g. (Estimation of 40g of carbohydrates is for one rice ball)

・ Mr. Tago Nagayama, Diabetes Center Kitasato Inst. Hospital

While facing 1,300 patients every day, he also supervises a carbohydrate-restricted restaurant guide in pursuit of how quality of life can be raised in diabetes treatment, which impairs the joy of eating.

In 2013, he established the Food, Raku and Health Association, a general incorporated association, and served as Representative Director.

TERA SHOP GINZA "Maboroshi no Bread" is also sold.

[Silver] March 12, 2018 18:00

As the pronunciation suggests, "TERA SHOP GINZA" is a shop that sells Buddhist tools from temples in Nara Prefecture.

I would like to introduce a conversation between a male customer from Nara prefecture and a clerk when I passed in front of the store the other day.

The bread sold at the shop is the catchphrase "Maboroshi bread", which is made from the water of Niu Kawakami Shrine, the god of water in Nara Prefecture.

This man purchased it and had a stomach-friendly texture, and it was difficult to buy it in the local Nara prefecture, so when I purchased it at this store and sent it to my sister living in Nara prefecture, it was a great reputation .

In addition, Inari-san called "Fulfillment Inari" is also on sale, and it is quite popular.

The address of the shop is Ginza ST Building 1F, 4-13-5 Ginza Ginza, Chuo-ku, telephone: 03-6264-2342、

The URL is www.terashop.co.jp.

I didn't know about Niu Kawakami Shrine, so when I looked it on the Internet, I was able to know the history and other things.

Okinawa Izakaya "Ginza Good Anbe"

[Mido] March 12, 2018 14:00

We will guide you to the Okinawa Izakaya you can drink in Ginza. The place is located on the B1F of Ginza Ins 2, and you will be intoxicated by the atmosphere of Okinawa from the entrance.

The inside of the store is mainly table seats, not large or narrow. First, let's toast with Orion draft beer and order the royal road bitter gourd champloo and raftee of Okinawan cuisine. The meat was thick, with a persistent flavor, and it was delicious. As a personal recommendation, it is delicious to have salt with bitter gourd "Wata" tempura.

The mozuku tempura is refreshing, and if you add lemon, you will feel like Okinawa resort. "Pochigi" is a major spicy sausage in Okinawa, which matches a high ball.

There is an original shop called "Ii Anbe Speeman Sour". It's a sour of dried plums, but it's good to be careful because it's a good mouthfeel, so it's easy to drink too much.

By the way, lunch is also open, and the menu is Okinawa soba curry rice and octopus rice. I think the price is cheaper for Ginza.

Great East Japan Earthquake Reconstruction Prayer Special Lighting

[Sam] March 12, 2018 12:00

DSC02047ELS'.jpgDSC02029'RS'G.jpg On March 11, seven years after Great East Japan Earthquake, the Tokyo Sky Tree illuminated a special lighting named "Akahana" with the aim of reconstructing the affected areas.

17:45~24:00

You can see a colorful glow over the Eitai Bridge.

"Akahana" is a masterpiece of the recruitment of lighting designs from elementary school students in Sumida-ku in 2013 under the theme of "bright future," and I hear that it is a work that expresses the feeling of reconstruction, comparing Japan affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake to flowers, leaving seeds and blooming again with five colorful flowers as motifs.

On March 10, 73 years before the Tokyo Air Raid, the day before, it was illuminated with a strict white light with the thought of requiem for the victims.
