Shiseido Parlour has celebrated its 90th anniversary this year since it started offering authentic Western cuisine in 1928 (Showa 3).

At the Ginza Main Store, entitled "Western Cuisine Anniversary Year", we will prepare an old-fashioned Western menu that focuses on ingredients from May and a new approach, a low-carbohydrate Western menu.

 "Low carbohydrate version omelet" 2,430 yen (tax included) (34.3g per person per carbohydrate)

Using low-carbohydrate rice blended with barley, the ingredients are made as low-carbohydrate omurice with delicious and satisfying by reducing onions with high carbohydrate and increasing the number of Oyama chickens and mushrooms.

The roux used for tomato sauce is made with soy flour, and lemon juice is added to the aroma is devised.

"Geridone" is an auxiliary table used for serving at the cooking table.

 About carbohydrates

According to Satoru Yamada, director of the Diabetes Center at Kitasato Inst. Hospital, carbohydrates are carbohydrates containing 1 g = 4 kcal energy, and the average sugar content per meal is 80 to 100 g.

The amount of carbohydrate-restricted diet, which has been medically verified, is up to 130g per day.
