January 15 "Strawberry Day", 10 kinds of strawberry parfaits will co-star ~ Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe ~

It seems that a cake shop in Sendai was established in 2007 (2007).

And January 15th is "Strawberry Day". This is a day where you can enjoy strawberry purely.

The National Strawberry Consumption Expansion Council was established and started in 1988 (Showa 63).

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe will hold a one-day limited "Special Strawberry Day 2019" on January 15th (Tuesday).

We will collect 10 varieties selected from delicious strawberries from all over the country, and offer 10 kinds of strawberry parfaits.

This year, the third year, three new varieties of "Yumenoka from Yamaguchi Prefecture", "Ehime Prefecture Red Pearl", and "Fukuoka Prefecture Redia" will be added.

The lovely royal road parfait woven by carefully-grown unique strawberries and traditional vanilla ice cream will have the same variety of strawberry sauce in the parfait as well as decoration.

Please enjoy this unique and delicious strawberry parfait once a year at this opportunity.

For three days from December 26 (Wednesday) to 28 (Friday), the annual `` Yagenbori Nari-no-ichi, Ode-koichi '' was held in the neighborhood of Yagenbori Fudoin in Higashinihombashi. It was crowded with many people.

"Toshinoichi" is a city that sells New Year's goods such as Kadomatsu and Shimekazari.

In the Edo period, year-old cities were held in various places, but the last one was Yagenbori.

However, only the old city of Yagenbori and Hagoita city of Asakusa remain today.

In addition to this, "Odekoichi (it seems to be called Odekoichi)" sponsored by "Higashinihombashi Yagenbori Shopping Association" is also held, and clothing and daily necessities are sold very cheaply. At the same time, there are about 100 stalls.

It is said that Dai-Kagura originated in the Heian period. It was the Edo period.

The reason for this is "Ise visit". The common people want to go to Ise-jingu Shrine once in a lifetime.

However, if you live far away, travel expenses are expensive and day-consuming. 15 days one way from Edo.

Therefore, the priests and children of Ise-jingu Shrine and Atsuta Jingu Shrine, which had also gathered religions, carry a lion head and travel to various places.

I purified and handed out talisman. Instead of worshiping directly, that is, Daikagura ...

From here it is said that Dai-Kagura was written separately.

It is one of the representative names of Dai-Kagura since the Edo period. I belong to the Atsuta school.

This group went to Edo with the permission of Atsuta Jingu Shrine in 1664 (Kanbun 4), and went around large and small mansions to "exorcise".

Five years later, in 1669, it was offered to the Shogun's family in the garden of Fukiage, Edo Castle.

From here, the Edo business trip became an annual event, and eventually moved to Edo.

Today, he is very active in various stages, events, and overseas performances.

In addition, during the New Year, there is also a traditional town around the Nihonbashi area.

Enolog is a wine brewing technical manager. This is a wine seminar by Enolog.

In addition, we will explain in an easy-to-understand manner with tasting of several types of wine, such as how to taste and enjoy wine.

Nihonbashi Nagasakikan, an antenna shop in Nagasaki Prefecture, plays a role as a "Nagasaki culture information dissemination base" in Nihonbashi, which has been closely related since the Edo period. It's exactly "Dejima in Edo".

Nihonbashi Fukushimakan "MIDETTE", an antenna shop in Fukushima Prefecture, is sending out Fukushima's "now" and "attractive, energy, and vitality."

We would like to introduce items that could not be introduced in September and October, and newly added items this time. This is the final round of the three-part series.

"Daishichi Mellow Sake Meal" is made from high-quality sake lees rubbed into a smooth paste that is easy to melt with a special stone mortar.

The melting sake lees Junmai daiginjo is the sake lees of pure rice daiginjo with 100% Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice. It's a luxurious dish.

"It can also be used for hot pot dishes. It's easy because it's like a tube. You don't need to dissolve it. Put only the amount you want to use and then put it in the refrigerator. It's quite useful.

These two are the difference between whether the sake lees used is pure rice sake or pure rice daiginjo. That's going to change. The pure rice daiginjo feels a bit smooth and the taste is mild.'

A cup of bliss with thoughts on "chicken" and "Hamadori (eastern Fukushima Prefecture: Pacific Coastal Area)".

You can enjoy the taste of the shop in Tomioka-cho, Futaba-gun at home.

It is a double soup ramen that condenses the taste of chicken tightly and uses seafood as a little accent.

The area centered on Kawamata-cho, Date-gun. This climate is surrounded by the Ou Mountains and is the most suitable climate for growing mulberry, which feeds on silkworms. It is a silk village from about 1400 years ago.

Kawamata silk, light silk with pure white shine and luster, is said to be "the best silk in the East" or "fairy feathers".

The princess of the 32nd Emperor Sushun, Otehime (also known as Oteko).

In search of a son who fled Kyoto, he arrived at Kawamata, a land similar to his hometown of Yamato.

It is reported that mulberry was planted and sericulture and weaving were taught.
