According to the editorial written on the monument, it is written as follows.

"This shrine was handed down as a tradition of industry for a long time since the Yasunaga era, when all the bonito wholesalers of Tsukuda Island enshrined deity was used as a guardian angel to religious service and prayed for the safety of marine transportation that satisfies the fishing and prosperity of business. As soon as the Tokyo bonito wholesaler association was established in 1887, the religion was further deepened as a guardian deity of the union, but in September 1938, when the Tokyo bonito cargo handling office was newly built in Nihonbashikobunacho, Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine branch was founded on the roof and relocated to Harumi for the development of the union in March 1968. In June 1971, when the union was newly built, this was designated as a sanctuary, and a new shrine hall was built to pray for the development of the traditional industry, and to serve as a guardian deity in the Harumi district for a long time and pray for protection.

Xmas Art Festa 2018 in Ginza

[Silver] December 11, 2018 09:00

The annual Christmas Art Festa is being held from December 7th to 15th.

I've been there on the first day of December 7, so I'll report it.

①At the Ginza Yanagi Gallery, the Kitao Bontan Reiko exhibition was being held. It was a familiar customer and the gallery had a peaceful atmosphere.

DSCN3023.JPG

Kitao Bontan Reiko is said to have been married to a Frenchman, obtained permission to copy it at the Louvre Museum, attended for three years, and studied painting such as Rembrandt. Since I was a child, I've always loved the story of Isop. In the picture on display this time, animals such as foxes and lions appearing in the Isop story are depicted in a still life painting.

I was able to purchase a tote bag for my work.

②At the Shiminedo Gallery Ginza store, a wonderful botanical art was exhibited, entitled "The World of Plant Painting".

Three works of the artist "Laguna Tama" were exhibited. Otama was born in Shiba, Minato-ku, married an Italian Vinchengzo, and after that, when her husband opened a craft school in Palermo, Otama was a painting teacher. It's a wonderful plant painting.

③At the Nichido Gallery, the 57th Mini-Yon Exhibition was held, and many works were posted on the wall.

I enjoyed watching the work with the wine.

④At Yasushiyama Gallery, there were many works by young artists. The desire to grow up has been conveyed. There were many affordable works with a price of less than 100,000 yen.

⑤At the Etsuko Shibata Gallery, the exhibition of Miki Tateo was held, and a picture showing the white texture of baby powder using rock paint was exhibited. It was a fantastic painting.

What is 1:29:300? Let's be careful about the minor things we found at the construction site.

[Silver] December 10, 2018 09:00

What is 1:29:300? It was displayed on the panel I saw at the construction site of an apartment in Harumi.

DSCN2555 (400x300). jpg

The law of 1:29:300 was called the law of Heinrich.

The law of 1:29:300 is one of the rules of thumb in occupational accidents, with 29 minor accidents behind one serious accident, with 300 abnormalities in the background. It is also known as Heinrich's law, derived from Herbert William Heinrich (1886-1962), who derived this law.
In November 1929, Heinrich, Deputy General Manager of the Technology and Research Department at a non-life insurance company in the United States, published an analysis of the probability of occurrence of occupational accidents as a paper. There were 29 minor disasters with a degree of frared injuries, and 300 "disaster-free incidents" behind them.

*I also remembered ISO activities that tried to prevent occupational accidents by analyzing the events that "misses and hats" at production sites. I believe that if one minor event is overlooked, it will lead to many accidents and major accidents. The wind is getting stronger and the waves of the sea rise. I also remembered that this was a sign of a storm.

In the distribution and service sectors of companies, this law seems to be used as a rate of failure in business.

For example, behind a single loss, there are claims received from 29 customers, failures revealed in complaints, and behind that, there are 300 cases that employees think "has gone" but miss because there are no external complaints, that is, potential failures recognized.

Hotel Mariners Court Tokyo Restaurant Le Havre with a good view of Tokyo

[Silver] 09:00 on December 9, 2018

We took a bus bound for Harumi Wharf and took a walk around the Olympic and Paralympic athlete village.

And I decided to have a meal at the Hotel Mariners Court restaurant.

The restaurant has a sushi restaurant Yoshigame on the first floor and a restaurant Marlena, and a seaside auberge "Le Havre" on the 12th floor.

We had a meal at the restaurant "Le Havre" with a good view. It's a restaurant named after a French port town, but you can also enjoy Japanese food. Lunch costs about 1,000 yen, and it's easy.

My lunch. Megochi tempura, sashimi, meat tofu, etc. are served.

DSCN2535 (400x300). jpg

From the 12th floor, you can see the construction status of the Olympic and Paralympic athlete village. I can't wait for it to be completed.

DSCN2538 (400x300). jpg

There is also a construction rush on the side of Toyosu Ohashi.

Please see here for access to the hotel and restaurants in the hotel.

HARUMI FLAG ?

[Silver] December 7, 2018 12:00

Looking at the sign called HARUMI FLAG, what is it? I thought it.

DSCN2550 (400x300). jpg

It is said that "Harumi" was named in the sense of a sunny place overlooking the beautiful sea. So, I thought this sign was a picture of that image. However, just in case, when I searched on the Internet, I found a URL called HARUMI FLAG (Harumi Athlete Village). It will be sold after being used as an athlete village at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, and will be able to move in in 2023.

I saw a part of the official website. It's as follows.

The HARUMI FLAG consists of five blocks, consisting of 23 condominiums and rental housing units and 1 commercial facility, for a total of 24 buildings.
By establishing many open spaces and green spaces that are the center of the city, we will create exchanges and liveliness.
In the adjacent area, a “multi-mobility station” and a “hydrogen station” that supplies the next generation of energy will be set up as traffic nodes, redevelopment of “Harumi Wharf Park”, elementary and junior high schools, childcare facilities, and harbor public facilities such as the fire department are also linked.
