[O umbrella] May 7, 2010 09:00

IMG_9838comp.JPG IMG_0006comp.JPGMay 5 The annual "Ginza willow Festival" was held on Children's Day.

Blessed with the weather and the temperature was a bit hot with 26 degrees Celsius, but with the theme of "a city full of smiles", the "Ginza Golden Parade" on Nishi Ginza Street began around 12:15, and various events were held It was done. Among them, I have seen the "Children's Dream Stage" that started this year, so I will introduce it.

IMG_0026comp.JPGA temporary studio and audience seats on Nishi-Ginza-dori 6-chome were set up, and a large audience including the interview team gathered. As a result of the recruitment, there were 35 performers in 9 groups with many groups of elementary school girls.

The executive committee seems to want to continue this "Children's Dream Stage" from next year onward, and it seems that the emphasis will be placed on judging by three jury members. The jury included the ambassador of sightseeing in Chuo-ku, "Takajo Azusa".

Before entering the judgingIMG_0041comp.JPG, there was a performance of the brass band at Musashino City No. 3 Elementary School as the foreground.

He had just won the gold prize at the competition and performed a wide repertoire (enka ballad, anime songs (Ponyo), jazz numbers, etc.).

IMG_0046comp.JPGAfter that, "Kids' Dream Stage" is finally the hip-hop dance of No. 1 "Each Hip" (9 people, matching yellow willow) hip-hop dance, No. 2 "Purple Cherry" (6 people, Saitama Prefecture), Jazz dance of No. 3 "H.S.P." (4 people) 's chair dance of the Dengaku, and Str number 4 "Jap Japanese Fairy Fairy" 5 years old. NoIMG_0077comp.JPG. 7 "CS2" (3 women), No. 8 "Komaru Haruto (Kimi)" (2 smallIMG_0067comp.JPG, 1 boy) street performance Juggling Show, last No. 9 "N&M" (2 people, Kanagawa Prefecture) Song and dance ...

Everyone showed the results of their daily practice to the fullest. A large number of spectators were applauding.

IMG_0101comp.JPGAs a result of the judging, the champion was No. 8 "Komaru Haruto-kun", the runner-up was No. 1 "Heach Hip", and the third place was No. 5 "Art and Double Wy". Congratulations to all of you.

I hear that your dream is to conquer the world in street performance. My dream is big. I'm looking forward to it.

IMG_0134comp.JPGI think this "Children's Dream Stage" is a good opportunity for children to show off their performances. There was a lot of dance, but in the future, you will see the appearance of Chibiko in various fields such as chorus and rakugo. From next year onwards, the 2nd and 3rd ... will continue to be held, and we hope that the history will be accumulated as a powerful event of the "Ginza willow Festival". I'm looking forward to the "Children's Dream Stage" next year.

Reitaisai festival of Tetsuchu Inari Shrine in May

[O umbrella] May 6, 2010 09:00

It is the so-called "O umbrella" that became a correspondent in 2010. Thank you very much.

IMG_9487comp.JPGTetsugansu Inari Shrine is located.

It is located at Minato 1-chome, a 5-minute walk from Hatchobori Station on the JR Keiyo Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Since ancient times, it has been gathering local religions as a god of production (Ubusuna) and a god of production (Inari), and this year is said to be 1170. Reitaisai festival will be held from May 1 to May 5. It's my first time, but I decided to go there on May 2nd and 3rd.

IMG_9505comp.JPGOn May 2nd, a dedicated performance of Shintomiza Children's Kabuki was held at Kagura Hall Shrine. Shintomi-cho, where Shintomiza, famous for Kabuki in the Meiji era, is located in shrine parishioner, where children's performances, dance guidance, costumes, wigs, and Nagauta and music are full-fledged. A large number of people went out to see the shrine grounds were full and overflowing outside. It's quite popular, isn't it?

The titles are the famous "Kotobuki-style Sanbaso", "Sanninyoshi Sanba Shiranami (place of Koshinzuka Okawabata)" and "Shiranami Gonin (place of Inasegawa Sezo)".

IMG_9512comp.JPGThe children who play were from the third grade of elementary school to the first grade of junior high school, and men and women around the age of 10 who were still innocent, but the results of the practice were fruitful, and all the children were a wonderful performance that became Kabuki actors .
From the audience, "I'm waiting!" "Japan's best!" "Shintomi-cho !!" shouted, and it was very exciting. I'm looking forward to next year.

IMG_9596comp.JPGThen on May 3rd, the priests led the portable shrine and walked through 17 towns in shrine parishioner, along with the phoenix decorations. From then on, portable shrine walked along with the vigorous shouts of "Washyoi" or "Goodness."
Departure from the shrine (Miyadashi) after 9 o'clock in the morning and return after 6 o'clock in the evening (enter the shrine) It is Nagachoba. There were a lot of visitors along the road.

The leaders of portable shrine change in each town. For example, along the way, volunteers from neighborhood associations such as "Ginza 1-8 chome east", "Shintomi", "Irifune", "Akashicho", "Minato 3-chome", "Miyamoto" will take turns, but Miyaide, Kabukiza In front of the theater, imperial procession Inari Shrine "Yayoikai" will take charge of the entire course.

In particular, in front of Kabukiza Theater, which was closed at the end of last month due to renovation, the building was the last imperial procession, so many visitors came and watched deeply.

I would like to support these traditional Japanese events together and leave them to future generations.

It was a very impressive event that felt the hearts of Japanese people.
