The hospitality dog "Tokiwan" in Nihonbashi

The mascot of this cute Shiba Inu. The name is "Tokiwan".

Shiba Inu-kun was born near "Tokiwa Bridge" [Kanaza Ruins].

This cute Shiba Inu seems to be a secret boom, and when I saw elementary school students hanging on school bags, I wanted the author, and when I went to buy it, it sold out!

 

I waited for more than 2 months before arrival!

I've finally got it at home. My son puts it on his backpack and carries it on his back. I often say, "Oh, cute one-chan!" 。 。

 

There are also a lot of other items, and this time I tried to buy sticky notes and clear files (^^^)♪

It seems that he is active as an invited dog or shopkeeper at a storefront such as a long-established store as a "Hospitality Dog in Nihonbashi".

It's a long-established store near Nihonbashi, and it's likely that Tokiwan will welcome you.

I will report it again when I find it.

[Ginza 6-chome] Handmade baked pudding with beakers "MARLOWE"

This pudding, milk and eggs are authentic and very delicious.

 

As the name suggests, Marlow is a restaurant with a view of the sea in Yokosuka City.

 

Many customers use pudding, which was originally offered as a dessert menu at the main store.

In response to this request, what we started selling for take-out is now synonymous with Marlow.

However, the pudding shops selling this beaker pudding are also Hayama and Zushi.

It was only located in Kanagawa Prefecture, the same as the main store.

 

For this reason, I used to buy it exclusively for events at department stores in Tokyo, etc.

From 2017, the only permanent store outside the prefecture has appeared in GINZA SIX.

 

The other day, I chose a little special "Royal Milk Tea Pudding".

It is in the Ginza beaker made to commemorate the 1st anniversary of the opening of GINZA SIX.

A familiar beaker depicts the cityscape of Ginza in the 1960s.

It was around the time the last Tokyo Olympics were held.

 

Perhaps because of your mind, Uncle Marlow is more proud than usual (perfectly because of your mind).

Oidema Yamaguchikan is an antenna shop in a spacious space located in the center of Nihonbashi Business District.

Yamaguchi Prefecture is the hometown of Tetsu, a mobile phone shop that has recently taken care of, and Oidema Yamaguchikan is a shop recommended by Mr. Syama of the Rosemari Food Lipo Corps.

We have a lot of delicious, unusual, and easy-to-priced items.

I would like to introduce you as much as possible.

Oidema Yamaguchikan I was taken care of by Akio Yanai, director of the Yamaguchi Prefectural Products Association Tokyo Branch.

Goro Mihorido (Mihorido) Yamaguchi City ¥208 (tax included)

Suddenly, it's an introduction from No.1. This is data from sales results in June.

In Yamaguchi, the hospitality to customers and greetings to their predecessors are mainly Gairo. It's useful.

There are "Uiro" in various parts of Japan, but most of them are made from rice flour.

The gairo of Yamaguchi is made of warabi powder. The texture and flavor are different.

Left: "White" contains white beans and is inherited by gairo Yamaguchi, center: "Black" is invented by the second generation hall owner with brown sugar, right: "Matcha" is invented by the current third generation with matcha.

Mr. Miborido, founded in 1927.

Based on orange, Hagi's summer orange and yuzu are added. Uses 100% Hagi citrus.

It can be used in the same way as usual vinegar. No pesticide residue, completely additive-free.

Orange vinegar which is sour and delicious and makes your body happy.

Watayo is the birthplace of Detchiyokan, founded in Bunkyu 3rd year (1863).

The bean paste, sugar, and flour are kneaded and steamed in hand wraps.

Omi Hachiman is the birthplace of Omi merchants. The specialty is Detchiyokan.

Decchi is a boy who lives in and serves him.

That chochi-san buys it as a souvenir for returning home, so it's dachiyokan.

The yokan wrapped in bamboo skin is cut into the whole bamboo skin.

It is said that the scent of bamboo skin has changed and it has a taste.

In addition, since the bamboo skin has an antibacterial effect, it seems that it was OK even for a long trip.

"A taste that everyone likes. It tastes mild and easy to eat. It feels close to mizuyokan and delicious."

 Watayo's dachiyokan is lined up in the shop every Thursday. Please note that there is the week not to enter.

Takashima Chimi Takashima Textile Industry Cooperative and Takashima Barashi Cooperative

It is on display around the wind chime.

Takashima City, located in the northwest of Lake Biwa, has been handed down continuously there.

It creates a unique shibo (convex) on the fabric, reduces the contact area to the skin, has a smooth touch, excellent water absorbability, and is a cool material suitable for hot and humid climate.

These are also items from Okumura Tsukudani Co., Ltd. (Ohachiman City) "Omi Tsukudani-an Tokukyu-mura (Okumura)".

Omi Hachiman's specialty "Akakonjac" is colored on konjac potatoes with iron dioxide red.

Red konjac, also known as Yahata konjac, is said to have been raised by Nobunaga Oda's fancy and dyed the konjac red, and is a gem proud of the history that Omi merchants have handed down today.

How about it as a diet food?

Funa Kotobukishi, which is said to be the prototype of sushi. It's a kind of sushi.

A traditional gem representing Shiga Prefecture, made by pickling and fermenting "Nigorobuna" unique to Lake Biwa with rice.

It has long been popular on the day of "Hale" where people gather, such as New Year's Day and celebration.

It is a treasure trove of nutrients for lactic acid fermentation. Try it at first.

Okumura Tsukudani Co., Ltd. (Ohachiman City) "Omi Tsukudani-an Enkyu-Eup (Okumura)" is claimed.

A small fish fry called endemic species Biwayoshinobori in Lake Biwa.

In the local area, it is also called "gori".

It is a local dish that does not appear in other prefectures because of its fast freshness. It has a fluffy texture.

Tsukudani with a gentle taste that matches the sweetness of the seaweed and the aroma of the walnut.

Koayu ...

Fresh sweetfish is cooked together with real Japanese pepper.

Seasonings are made at a minimum to bring out the taste of the ingredients.

Seven Spear Junmai daiginjo ferry (Wataribune) 2,160 yen (tax included)

Tomita Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Nagahama City) Sake from pesticide-free sake rice.

"Watarifune" is the name of the phantom sake rice. He is the father of the popular Yamada Nishiki.

It revives the cultivation that had been discontinued after the war and leads to this place.

It has a calm scent.

This is also the sake of Tomita Sake Brewery. Of course, pesticide-free.

It has both the plump taste of rice and the firm acidity.

The name of "Nanabon Spear" is, of course, the seven spears of Shizugatake.

The seven warlords of Toyotomi retainer, who were successful in the battle of Shizugatake.

In addition, it seems that the price will increase from August.

Harui Mochi Co., Ltd. Izutsu Yatsuhashi Honpo (Otsu City) 5 pieces 463 yen (tax included)

Osakayama, which rises between the capital of Kyoto and Oomi, and Otsu Oiwake over Osaka, had a well with a strong momentum called "Hashirii" and was sung as a famous water.

"Ryui mochi" is said to be a clear splash of water, or a famous sword trained with the water of Hashii, and both ends are sharp.

Is it a place to taste at Osaka's Seki, a sweets that heal the tiredness of your trip?

"White" contains Koshian in the rice cake made of Hashii's famous water and Oomi rice.
