Room For Cake - Niina's Shop-

[The Monkey] February 14, 2019 12:00

"Room For Cake" is located near Tsukiji Outer Market and Kachidokibashi, a corner of Tsukiji, which survived the war. That's just like a small cake shop in Paris "room for cake"? What a fashionable shop name! Then, when I asked Ina-san, a designer and cake decorator, she said that "sweets are different stomachs." It was a room in my stomach~

Niina's residence was Akashicho next door, and the shop was opened here three years ago, because the child is small. When I lived in Germany before, I went to France, and the shop is also an image of Paris.

The shop's recommendation is a refreshing cheesecake with a lemon named "Madam Junko" with the mother's name.

The sweets collection, this year's highlight is ...

[Nyan,] February 13, 2019 13:00

Speaking of Valentine's Day, I think the image of "sweet and sour" as "the day when a woman confesses to a man" was strong in the past, but recently it has been
・A woman rewards herself
・Women give each other (high quality) chocolate and other sweets.
・For some reason, men buy chocolates by women, and bags are also bought because of the rush.
・My uncle buys the chocolate he wants to eat at the event.
I feel that there is a wide variety of ways to enjoy and exploit while increasing the variety of flavors that are not only "sweet", such as "sweet".

For this reason, events to buy chocolates from all over the world are called "Sweets Collection" and "Salon de Chocolat" instead of "Valentine", and there are more options to keep up with the brand even if it is a fairly sweet party.

What is the focus of this season? "Ruby chocolate," right?

This is the new category of chocolate that appeared for the first time in 80 years following dark, milk and white.
Ruby chocolate is rare and delicate, so I visited the sweets collection at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store to try this ruby chocolate.

By the way, Godiva's first Asian store, famous for its luxury chocolate brand, is the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store (1972).
It may not come out, but it's a trivia.

First, I purchased "Yokan au Chocolat" with "Toraya". It is a product limited to the Paris store, and it is a taste of an adult with a mixture of rum and yokan.
toraya.jpg
Next, at the venue of the Sweets Collection, I ordered Pierre Marcolini soft serve ice cream. Combination of happiness that harmonizes rich aroma of cacao with gentle strawberry.
pieru.jpg
Speaking of Pierre Marcolini, it goes back to my memories of traveling to Belgium with my boss more than 20 years ago.
At that time, I don't think there was anything in Japan that would become a luxury chocolate market as it is now. Preliminary study Airplaneon business trips (?) "Is Neuhaus, Wittamer, Del Rey, etc. famous in Belgium (all are still famous)" I had gained a shallow knowledge, but the old streets ○ province I met in Belgium said, "Let's go to an up-and-coming chocolate patissier shop that won the chocolate championship," "Piermaruco" said. There were chocolates like jewels in the shop, but I think it was mainly sold in "blocks" units like large plate chocolates.

Next is the real ruby chocolate ... I went to buy Del Rey ruby chocolate that I was aiming for ..., why?
It's sold out! ! (Other brands were sold out all the way.)
Perhaps because of its rarity, it is even more expensive even in a high-class chocolate group, so I read a sweet saying, "It will not be sold out in a rubble."

Although the set of ruby chocolate "only" was sold out, I purchased a Peter buyer who sold a set containing ruby chocolate. Collaboration of sourness unique to fruits like berry and sweetness coming later. This is a gem that you want to eat more. Will it take some time to become a little more common?

(In addition, we purchased premium wheat chocolate etc. You can enjoy a variety of flavors. Domestic wheat is also a nice point.)
mugichoko.jpgMany other brands, a variety of ways of enjoying, taste, sight, smell, hearing, and touch are elaborated enough to mobilize as much as possible, and the more you know, the deeper you notice.

The "French Blend" of Miyakoshiya Coffee, which is located at the same Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, is highly recommended as a coffee that goes well with chocolate.
Needless to say, I enjoyed chocolate while enjoying a slightly darker French blend.

Tsukiji Out-of-site, year-end purchase 2019

[Shiba Inu] January 29, 2019 14:00

It is a topic that has just changed the year and is too early, but it is an introduction of the end-of-year purchase at Tsukiji Outer Market. It seems that there are many people who want to go but do not understand well, so it is easy, but we will deliver the situation of the site and how to enjoy it.

P1030168.png

The date is 12/30. There are plenty of items on sale, from seafood, meat, seaweed, roast beef, kejan and chestnut kinton, a restaurant purveyor to daily necessities. Each store opens around 5 o'clock in the morning, so you can move quickly if you go out of the hall just before and grab the intuition of each street while wandering around. The actual outside is not so big. There are a lot of shops there.

P1030141.png

It is very crowded after the sun rises, so we recommend the time from early morning to sunrise. You don't have to worry about selling out. Also, there is a mysterious uplift that a large number of people are on the market during this time. It's fun to come to Yokai's night market. There is a parking lot, but it's congested, so it might be better to leave to get there early or ask a driver.

P1030152.png

In addition to the purchase, there are also pleasures of eat-in. There are a wide variety of things such as Kuansu sushi and ramen at dawn. The complex Tsukiji Fish Bank Restaurant Floor is open at 7:00 in the morning. There is also a delicious shop here!

P1030174.png

Every egg-yaki shop is a large line of prosperity, but there are shops that can be bought early in the morning even if you don't make a reservation. It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to line up. As expected, the shop is also quick! The 100 yen egg skewers are sold normally.

P1030177.png

At present, the hall is completely closed and cannot be entered. Until last year, I was free to enter and exit, and I was able to see the sunrise rising to Tokyo Bay from the hall.

P1030135.png

It is not recommended for those who are not good at crowded places because there are many crowds, but if you go early, you can enjoy watching around without stress. After shopping, I think it would be refreshing to go home after watching the sunrise rising at Namiki Inari Shrine, Kachidokibashi, Tsukiji Honganji, etc.

P1030180.png

As mentioned above, it was a simple and rush, but it was an introduction of the year-end purchase at Tsukiji Outer Market. Please come and visit us at the end of 2019. It's fun!

2 weeks after opening! TSUKIJI DELI, which has funny tricks

[Hanes] January 28, 2019 14:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
The other day, I revisited TSUKIJI DELI Tsukiji alley back store, which was introduced in the middle of this month.
2 weeks from the grand opening on the 11th...I was wondering if there was any change.
Surprisingly, "In this short period of time !?" It turned into a fulfilling shop.

From rare items to check for Chuo-ku lovers, news that you want to talk to everyone, etc.
The tricks to make Tsukiji even more vibrant and the creation of topics are also perfect.
This time, I will tell you about the "now" of TSUKIJI DELI Tsukiji alley back store, which is evolving every day!

DSC_3567.JPG

■New menus and products
From the time we introduced last time, we have increased the number of roast beef rice balls by two.
As you can see in the photo, "Yoshiokaya Tanakatsuki" and "Akiyama Shoten Magurobushi" joined the group.
How does the match between the fish and the roast beef?
Expectations increase because the taste of the last time is remembered.

DSC_3560.JPG
(I'm sorry for the slightly tilted photo.)

And in addition to the signboard "Sake Kasu Milk Mashiro" and "Roast Beef Onigiri (RBO)"
Curry, miso stew, etc. of beef sushi that can be purchased as souvenirs for those coming from afar.
It seems that new menus and souvenir gifts for take-out are increasing one after another.

Personally, I'm worried about the store manager's recommendation set (30 sets daily only) scheduled to start sales from Monday, February 4!
Isn't 3 kinds of today's rice balls on a boat dish too luxurious?
I am worried about what the new menu of sake lees milk soup is like.
I think it will be a warm menu of Tsukiji that I want to check this winter.

DSC_3559.JPG

■To make you want to take a picture
It's not just the menu that powered up in two weeks!
The pure white wall now has a cute design.
A logo that is just right for taking pictures to commemorate the visit.

DSC_3565.JPG

The background of roast beef rice balls is such a thing that you want to aim for Instagram!

DSC_3561.JPG

This time, we had sesame (ice) of "Sake Kasu Milk Mashiro", which the shop also said that they liked it, and we had it.
As a result of trial and error on my own to see if I could somehow take a cute picture.
I was able to take a little unique picture of letting cow drink sake lees milk.

DSC_3563.JPG

The sesame we received this time has a fragrance like amazake, but it looks and tastes.
The point is that it has a sesame flavor, but it is not too persistent and easy to drink.
It feels like an elegant black sesame pudding has become a drink, and it's just "drinking sweets"!
Matcha, sesame, and kinako sweets are recommended to have them iced to enjoy their respective flavors.

■Official LINE
As I introduced last time, seasonal information is also available on the official LINE.
Now I'm giving this can badge to those who have registered as friends.

DSC_3558_.jpg

Those who thought, "Ah, can badge!" Actually, there is a fact that it is a can badge or a can badge.
This can badge is a souvenir that I handed out at an event to attract the general public about 20 years ago when Tsukiji Market was still a professional purchase place.
Would you like to have a little rare feeling?

Also, I'm surprised that Ryoko Yonekura was coming as a Kirin campaign girl at the event!
This can badge will end as soon as it runs out, so if you are worried, please contact us as soon as possible.
(The Tsukiji mark in the design of the can badge is also listed on the entire Tsukiji Outer Market Map.)

■Finally appeared on TV programs
Mr. TSUKIJI DELI, who has been featured in newspapers, radio, and online news.
It seems that it will finally appear on TV programs, and details are as follows.
