Popular junk spaghetti

[Mido] August 30, 2011 17:00

Do you know the word "Lome Spa"?
Originally there was a romen (road noodles), and there was a noodle shop on the road surface.
It is a word that stands out, and it is the spaghetti version of it
It seems to be called "Lome Spa."
Features are fast, cheap, and volume.
A junk spaghetti that is distinct from ordinary pasta
That's right.

In April this year, "Lome Spa" was located along Chuo-dori, near Shin-Nihonbashi Station.
The store opened. The name is "Lome Spa Barboa".
There are many office workers in this area, and lunchtime is always available.
It's full. However, the store is narrow and there are only 12 seats at the counter.
So I'm lucky if I put it in without line.

There are 6 kinds of spaghetti menu.
・Soy sauce mushroom (500 yen)
・Salt Basilico (500 yen)
・Napolitan (500 yen)
・Tarako (550 yen)
・Meat curry (550 yen)
・Bokkake (550 yen) ← (Gyusuji and konjac)

This month's special menu will be added to these.
It was "Umejiso" in August.

You can choose from the following four types.
・Average size 350g
・Large 500g
・Get 700g
・Mega scale 1,000g

The characteristic of spaghetti in this shop is "thick noodles".
It has a thickness of about the middle of ordinary spaghetti and grilled udon.
Fry the boiled pasta in a frying pan.
A little bit of scorched noodles add an appetite.

The conclusion I have made every day to conquer all the menus
At this price, this volume is extremely good for this taste.
It will be reasonable.
Other than Shin-Nihonbashi Station, the nearest station is JR Kanda and Mitsukoshi-mae.
It's good, so it's a shop you want to stop by when you go nearby.

Shaved ice of summer remnants-Ginza Santokudo

1. August 30, 2011 16:00

When the old tray has passed and the summer Koshien tournament is over, I feel like "This summer is over." The remaining heat is likely to continue, but the dilly midsummer heat is over. I feel a little lonely because of my selfishness. ・・ I went to Ginza for the topic of shaved ice, regretting such a "going summer".

100_0190.JPG 100_0189.JPG

In the middle of the second block along the Suzuran Street toward Shimbashi. This is the shop in front of the Hama Sakumoto store.

This "Santokudo" is a specialty store of Puerh tea in Taiwan, but "Taiwan Shaved Ice", which is open during summer, is a hot topic on TV and magazines.

When you enter the shop one step, the wall is full of Taiwanese colors such as tea packages, miscellaneous goods, costumes, etc., and you will be wondering where you got lost for a moment. "Taiwan shaved ice" mainly focuses on the difference in syrup on ice shaved by ordinary shaved ice in Japan, whereas toppings are fruits, beans, jelly, etc. It may be said that it is similar to the famous shaved ice "Shirokuma" in Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures.

100_0193.JPG   Today, the hot topic "Mango shaved ice" is already over the season, so we decided to have the most popular "Mame beans shaved ice" (1,000 yen) and "Aitamago jelly shaved ice" (780 yen). "Bean Bean Shaved Ice" is 10 kinds of toppings by adding love egg jelly to 9 kinds of beans. Rather, beans are the main thing. Unfortunately, it was after having a good lunch, so unfortunately GIVE UP in half. It's wise to skip one meal and TRY. "Aitamago Jelly" has a syrup made by boiling brown sugar in Puerh tea on a place where a lot of jelly is topped. The syrup is quite sweet, but it has a mysterious and smooth texture. 100_0195.JPGAccording to the store's explanation, "Because it is boiled in Pu'er tea for a long time, the unique texture of brown sugar is eliminated." A combination of hot puerh tea that follows with you seems to be healthy. The love egg jelly I had for the first time in a long time was very nostalgic and delicious. In the past, a Chinese food teacher I attended was from Taiwan and remembered the mysterious texture of Aitamago Jelly, which I ate for the first time in dessert. By the way, "Aitamago" is a plant similar to figs unique to Taiwan, and it seems that it becomes jelly-like when dried seeds are returned in the water.

There is also a take-out of shaved ice (300 yen).

All-you-can-eat cake commemorating the 4th anniversary of "Daloiyo Ginza Main Store"

[Satsuki Yanagi] August 26, 2011 08:30

"All-you-can-eat cake of the 4th anniversary" has been held at "Daloiyo Ginza Main Store" since July.

Weekdays until August 31 (Monday to Friday excluding holidays)

From 14:00 to 20:30 (L.O.19:20) Time limit: 70 minutes

¥2,500 (including coffee/tea tax service)

I couldn't make it for some reason, but I was finally able to go!

But everyone, I'm sorry!

Actually, it seems that the reservation is already full until the last day ...

I was wondering if I would like to introduce it on the correspondent blog ...

Such a wonderful project ... I would like to introduce not only the reopening of "Daloiyo", but also the people of other shops, with the expectation that they would like to think more.

It's held at Salon de Te on the second floor.

There is a glass showcase in the center, and 10 to 12 kinds of cakes are lined up in it, and the shop will serve you.

I'd like to go there and take up to two of my favorite things at a time.

If you ask for a drink at the table, please take it to your seat.

Each one was neat and polite, the color was beautiful, and it was very delicious.

Higashiginza Ramen Journey

[Shitamachi Tom] August 20, 2011 08:30

Ramen, which can now be said to be the soul food of Japanese people.

Ramen famous places are spreading not only in Tokyo but also throughout the country. I guess there is always one or two of your favorite ramen shops.

Higashiginza "Yama-chan" .JPG Higashiginza “Funami-zaka” .JPG

This [Higashiginza] is my familiar land, but I think it is one of the fierce battlefields where many famous ramen shops are crowded.

Higashiginza "Ippudo" .JPG

"Hakata Nagahama Ramen / Yamachan", "Hakodate Ramen / Funamizaka", "Hakata Creative Ramen / Ippudo", etc. are competing close to each other.

Higashiginza "Lanuille" .JPGHigashiginza "ladder" .JPG

In addition, "Western-style ramen / lanuil" and "dandan noodles / ladder" are also attractive.

Higashiginza "Manpuku".JPG
It is "Tokyo Ramen / Manpuku" that conveys a nostalgic taste. It is healed by the light flavor of soy sauce.

All of them are tastes that stimulate your appetite.

It would be nice to stretch your legs a little and enjoy the taste of ramen at lunchtime after the silver bra.

Please enjoy a variety of flavors depending on your mood.

Tendon lunch at Ginza Hage Amamoto store

[Mapo ★] August 19, 2011 08:30

Hageten tempura that I have bought in the basement of Depa, Speaking of which Ginza Hageten ...
That means that there should be a main store in Ginza! When I looked for it, it was on gas lamp street at 3-chome.

RIMG7497.JPG RIMG7500.JPG

On the first floor, you can eat freshly fried rice bowls.
It is up to the 4th floor, and the basement is kushiage.

Tendon lunch 1200 yen.
Shrimp, kiss, pampas grass, shrimp stuffed with large leaves, pumpkin, and summer vegetables are Fushimi pepper.
I'm glad I could eat everything (laughs).

I took a picture of the fried chicken.
After all, it is delicious freshly fried~ (*^^*)
The clothing itself has a lot of taste, and it's a bit stiff, so the satisfaction is amazing.★

RIMG7495.JPG RIMG7493.JPG

And when I bring the coupon for GourNavi, it comes with ice tempura.
I can fry it without melting well.
Well, iced tempura is lovely (laughs).

5. Six years ago, I had a similar lunch at Hageten in Shinjuku.
I feel that the freshly fried main store is even more delicious.

The staff was kind, and when I heard the story, I got something I wrote down!

By the way, I think it's a good idea. It seems that the first generation was sardine.

The photo below shows shrimp, conger eel, purple squid, onions, and sweet potatoes bought in the basement of Depa.
It was perfect with white wine!

Seasonal tart ★Kirphebon Grand Maison Ginza

[Mapo ★] August 18, 2011 08:30

Speaking of Kirfebon, it is a restaurant famous for its fruit tart.
I have introduced this Duckworths before.
The Kirfebon Ginza store is near the previous store.
It grew up with Grand Maison Ginza and opened on April 28 of this year!

 RIMG7327.JPG

When I went on Saturday in May, I waited for 2 hours.
I gave up that day and returned, but challenged again on the weekday at the end of June!
I put it in a waiting time of 15 minutes. (I waited for 30 minutes to return ...)

I bought Kaai in front of the store, too.
The new store is cute but luxurious, with cafes in the basement and large inside.
The interior is very cute, but there are a lot of customers and I can't take pictures.

But there are some people who are taking pictures from the staff of the shop.
It's a very comfortable atmosphere.

I made a peach tart and an art gray tea.

RIMG7325.JPG RIMG7324.jpg

Actually, this is my first time eating tart in Kirfebon.
I thought I didn't like tart so much, but the tart here was exceptional.

It's refreshing, fruity and delicious!
It seems that you can eat as many as you like (*^^*)

The tart that appeared from July to August is posted on the menu.
I want to come again next month! I feel like that (laughs).
