"Kibun Tsukiji" has been reopened!

[Apricot peony] September 27, 2012 08:30

"Kibun Tsukiji", which I was looking forward to what kind of shop it will be every time I pass through Tsukiji's out-of-office market, has finally been reopened!

ck1203_1209265.jpg
The first thing to be surprised is the abundance of sweet fried chicken lined up in stores!
Shrimp and squid are lined with colorful items such as mushrooms, hijiki, corn, green onions, edamame, spicy burdock, kinpira, okonomiyaki, etc.

If you look a little at the side, you will see a demonstration sale of grilled chikuwa!
I'm stinged by a stick.
You're making it like this.
It's rare to be able to eat freshly baked food, so of course, get it.
I had you walk right away.
Of course, you can also eat other Satsumaage immediately on the spot you buy.

Unfortunately, the first day of the opening was unfortunate, but while watching the colorful items, I saw a lot of people wondering which one to choose.

As souvenirs, you can choose something that was delicious after eating, and if you are unsure, there are also "easy set", "greed set" and "variety set".
Shipment is OK, so you can buy a lot and send it out, saying "It's a souvenir of Tsukiji", or send it to a local acquaintance.

Walking around the city of Tsukiji has become more and more fun!

By the way, the annual Tsukiji Outer Market "Tsukiji Autumn Festival" will be held at the same time as "Nichikaichi" that started in April in connection with the 77th anniversary of the market opening, and will be held on Saturday, October 6 and 7 (Sun) It will be held for two days, but at this time, we will offer special gem! That's why I have to go there anymore!

Japanese food, Ginza Mizuno, sea bream helmet boiled lunch★

[Mapo ★] September 26, 2012 13:00

A Japanese restaurant that requires a reservation even during lunch on weekdays.
(I was disturbed last December)

There is a sticker at the entrance saying "I'm full of reservations today"!

The inside is not so large.

There are several types of lunch for 1500 yen only on weekdays.

From among them, we chose "Today's Seasonal Fish Lunch". The fish of the sea bream is boiled.
There was sashimi in the menu.
Today's sashimi was a raw fish that I was not good at, such as tuna.
When I consulted, I was able to change the menu.

First of all. This is a vegetable jelly. It's refreshing and delicious!
Tamagoyaki seems to be a service, but I'm so happy that it's so delicious!

And this shrimp sweet potato is a change menu of sashimi.
It was delicious.

And the main helmet boiled, Dawn Power! I'm scared of my face (laughs)
It was boiled to a good taste, and it was delicious with ginger.

Rice, soup and incense.

The dessert was pear and sweet boiled beans. Angen?

1500 yen is a great deal.

The 3rd floor of a non-conspicuous building on Ginza Gaslight Street.
It was a little hideaway lunch shop!

The Seven Wonders of Tsukishima ~ Episode 5 "Local Food Town"

[Shitamachi Tom] September 21, 2012 08:30

There are many attractions of Tsukishima, but I think you all know that it is a rich area of food culture.

Of course, "Monjayaki" is a magnificent specialty dish, but let's leave it to the next time, and this time we will visit other recommended "local food".shoe

Lever fly. jpg
First of all, let's enjoy the famous "Lever Fly". The most famous is "Hisagoya Abe", which is said to be the birthplace. The address is Tsukuda, but it is close to Tsukishima Station, and it is a standard for walking around the town.

20120829 Tsukishima “Lever Fly Shop”.jpg 20120829 Tsukishima “Lever Fly Shop” 2.jpgIn Tsukishima-cho, you can also buy it at [Meet Shop Midorikawa] side of Kannon and at the street near the Sumida River (home road). In any case, in the Tsukishima area, there were many factory workers and port-related people after the war, and it was spread as a cheap and nutritious snack-like food to suit the body tired from work.

I have a nostalgic taste.lovely

Tsukishima "Genki".jpgNext is the famous shop in the alley. In a place that is likely to be overlooked if you inadvertently, it shows a very good appearance.

The beef here is an excellent taste with many fixed fans. However, since it closes early in the evening, it seems that many people first train their tongue here and go out for a full-fledged drinking walk.chick

Furthermore, in the Western style, [Cafe Parlor Hometown] also shows a unique presence in the alley. It's a hamburger shop known to those who know it. It is a shop that has been changed from a coffee shop, but the shop owner offers the downtown burger with all his heart while making use of his experience at a famous restaurant in Gotanda [Franklin Avenue]. Non-sticky, rich and juicy taste spreads in your mouth.restaurant

The casual atmosphere inside the store is also hard to throw away.

Finally, let's buy Tsukishima's hidden specialty products [Tsukishima / Local Beer]. In the town, you can buy it at 3-chome [Surugaya] and several other shops, and there are also Monjaya shops that serve as menus. According to the Sake Tax Law, "Happoshu" is made in a small workshop utilizing the manufacturing method learned in Germany, so you can enjoy a deep taste. There are two types, so please try and compare them.

Tsukishima has a variety of local flavors besides Monjayaki. It is an "Amazing Town" where you can visit various alleys and enjoy unexpected discoveries. Let's try it.sign03

Tsukiji Italian osteria Naturale (Otherianaturalle)

[Apricot peony] September 19, 2012 14:00

ck1203_1209191.jpg
A police box facing Harumi-dori St. on the banks of the Tsukiji Fish Bank
This shop is located just after entering the alley next to it.
Every time I passed in front, I was very worried.

That's because the lunch menu of three or four kinds of pasta is lined with snow crab, scallops, sea urchins, shirasu, salmon and other unbearable items for seafood lovers.

ck1203_1209192.jpgMoreover, pasta made with the same ingredients can be made into tomato and tomato cream by adding a fee in addition to simple saltiness.

I chose spaghetti of scallops, squid and maitake mushrooms on this day.
The sauce is simple salty.

Originally, it was 900 yen with a soup on the pasta, but since it was past 1 o'clock, the soup was cut, and instead it was oolong tea or juice, so I asked for oolong tea.
For lunch, I could order coffee or tea for an additional 200 yen, but I didn't ask because there was oolong tea.

ck1203_1209193.jpgThe simple salty spaghetti was delicious with the flavors of each of the scallops, squid and maitake mushrooms, but the tomato sauce of the person next to the table was a little bit drawn.
If you can, come with a lot of people, order various things, and share them, it seems that you can enjoy more.

The shop is very small, so the charter is OK from 15 people!
It is said that it depends on the budget from 3,000 yen, and there is also an all-you-can-drink 1890 yen.
It's a bit early to welcome and farewell parties and New Year's party year-end parties, but for now, it's the most promising candidate for year-end parties.

CAVE FUJIKI Cave Fujiki's tasting bar

1. September 12, 2012 08:30

Every time I bothered you several times to look for a souvenir wine, I was worried about the "Tasteing Bar" written on the blackboard at the entrance. It seems to have been doing it since 15 o'clock on the weekend. I had no chance while thinking, "in the meantime," and looked at me before dinner with my friend.

He's a great person. When asked the clerk wearing a sommelier badge at the entrance, it seems that today is "special tasting of natural wine for the 2nd anniversary" and you can taste 36 kinds of wine from 9 wine importers. The membership fee is 3500 yen. It seems that it's a little late and it's another cup this time, but the early autumn (already late summer?) It's also nice to taste while looking at the sky. The person in charge of the importer will give you a detailed explanation of each wine.

"Carve Fujiki" was founded in Ginza in 1889 as "Fujiki liquor store". With the expansion of the Mitsukoshi Ginza store, the current shop opens on the 1st floor of the current Mitsukoshi New Building. It's the second anniversary.

"Tasteing bar" starts at 15:00 on weekends and weekends. According to the guidance of the shop, we started a "wine seminar" for wine beginners in September, so please feel free to participate. There are also plans such as "Cheese Seminar", so if you are interested, please visit HP www.ginzafujiki-wine.com.

We couldn't participate and purchased Sicily wine recommended by Sommelier (Somme Reyer). I brought it to the restaurant where I planned to eat. It was perfect for this season with light wine. Next time, let's check the time and participate in the seminar.

Bonna Castra Higashiginza's famous cheese fondue is not just the one.

[Silver] September 11, 2012 14:00

Restaurant Bonna Castra is a famous restaurant for cheese fondue and has been a Western restaurant for over 40 years since its establishment. I used it once at the farewell party at my place of work, but I revisited that lunch could be cheap and delicious from 800 yen. The information board at the entrance and the price include consumption tax.

CIMG0877.jpg

Today, I ordered seafood spaghetti, but women from another group were ordering hamburgers.

CIMG0879.jpg

The coffeecafe after the meal is also dark and rich, yeah! It's delicious! When you go to Higashiginza, please enter the alley between Higashi drama and Kyobashi Post Office.
