Soup curry

[Mido] Nov. 28, 2012 08:15

This time's recommendation is La Bettlapeltti (Bar L)
It's a soup curry.
This Italian restaurant is located on the 1st basement floor of Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower.
It's a name that seems to bite your tongue, but it's for office workers and OLs.
It's a popular shop.
The word "I don't care" written on the blackboard is attractive and unintentionally.
I was guided to the store.

The curry that doesn't serve is chicken roast, tomato curry and vegetable grig.
There are two types of bone soup curry, white rice is 800 yen and 16 grain rice.
It's 900 yen. (Photo: 16 grain rice)

I'm making curry in the counter, and it's just "many"
I feel like that.
About 10 minutes after ordering, the dishes on the tray were brought.
Curry soup has a smooth taste with no sticky feeling.
All the vegetables seemed to melt in their mouths.
It feels like curry and vegetables are just in harmony.

I didn't like smoking OK at lunchtime, but I didn't like it.
I was satisfied with the "soup curry" itself.

Unagi-don at Ginza Takebatei

[Mapo ★] Nov. 25, 2012 09:00

I ate eel bowl at Ginza Takebatei, which I wanted to visit once before.

I would like to go to the main store in Kibiki-cho, but first from the Ginza store (* ^^*)

It is located along Harumi-dori St., the intersection of 4-chome.

There are A and B for eel bowls, A costs 2310 yen, and B costs 2850 yen.

I should have asked what the difference was (^^;

I'm not sure, but I tried B for the time being.

Eels in front of Edo are open back. The steaming method is also different.

I'm a Kansai person, so I'm familiar with the eel of Osaka.

This is delicious (*^^*)

It's strange because I feel like eating eels will give you energy (laughs).

The weekend is crowded even though it is not the day of the Ox at the end of August (^^;

It's a few tens of minutes to wait outside the shop in the rain. It's a popular shop!

French lunch at Ginza kansei

[Mapo ★] Nov. 24, 2012 09:00

Ginza Kansei is located in the West Fifth Avenue Building in the West Fifth Avenue of Ginza's West Fifth Avenue

This is the shop of Chef Miki Yasushi Sakata.

It is a homey shop that is French but does not have a high threshold.

He is very friendly to come to the kitchen and listen to wine himself.

A French lunch in Ginza with a credit card campaign

I made a reservation for a plan that I could eat for 3,000 yen, but the content was a lunch of 6,000 yen!

There is a welcome drink, and the first appetizer.

This appetizer was very vivid with a variety of vegetables.

For some reason, I forgot to take a picture ... Shock (>_<)

The next thing that came out was the cold soup of beats! Beet soup is unusual!

Homemade bread. The round was delicious just before this!

House wine is the white of Bourgogne! This is also perfect for cooking.

The main dish is flounder with fish and meat with Japanese beef.

This flounder has excellent sauce with white wine and the best mariage!

The five grain rice next to the meat is unique to a Japanese chef.

For dessert, babaroa of matcha and salt caramel ice cream!

I also like authentic rich French, but I also like it.

French cuisine made with domestic vegetables by Japanese chefs

It tastes delicious and gentle~ (*^^*)

Amanatto of Shinguri and Yuzu ★Ginza Suzuya

[Mapo ★] Nov. 22, 2012 13:00

It's a good souvenir for the elderly! And a specialty store of Amanatto that I've been worried about for a long time.

This is Suzuya in Ginza 8-chome.

Actually, I can't eat Amanatto, but I think it's good as a souvenir (laughs).

It looks good on the day of respect for the elderly.

When you look at various things on the net, what a chestnut sweet natto!

This is no longer a natto (laughs).

It's time for New Chestnuts! This is decided~ (*^^*)

As a souvenir, I made it a combination of new chestnut and astringent chestnut.

And new chestnuts in a bag for myself.

However, this is almost 1000 yen for 5 pieces (^^;

At that time, I received tea and Yuzu Amanatto, which was newly released on that day (November 5) at the shop.

Uses citron skin from Kochi prefecture and Tokushima prefecture.

This is also delicious (*^^*)

I bought something in a bag for myself.

After all, I gave it to my friends, but it's good when I want to eat something sweet!

Ginza Suzuya, a Japanese sweet shop of Amanatto, is a long-established store that has been in business for 60 years.

It seems to be relatively in the Kanto department store, but the main store is Ginza 8-chome.

There are still shops in Ginza that I didn't know yet.

Tuna carbi

[Apricot peony] Nov. 22, 2012 08:30

Tsukiji Market where you can always meet wonderful items.
On this day, there was a product that seemed to be awkward at the market.

First of all, this dish can only be thought of as carbi meat.

k1203_1211213.jpgActually, it seems that it is a "diaphragm" of tuna.
The shop also said, "It's a rare item, but it looks like a carbi, so customers say it's a tuna carbi."

After returning home, when I baked it with the grill of the house, the white part certainly has the sweetness of fat, but the red part is baked until the brown part is burnt, and even if the raw smell disappears, naturally the fish taste.
Because there is an image of carbi meat, it feels strange and may be just called "delicacy".

ck1203_1211212.jpgIn fact, the first thing I noticed at this time was "India Tuna Kama".
For those over 20cm, 3 pieces cost 750 yen.
Recently, there is also "Tuna Kamayaki" on menus such as izakaya, but my aim is the pink part in the foreground.
It is a super large toro with fat, so-called "kamatoro" with so-called fat.
Even if it is such a big kama, you can get only less than two people with 3 bottles, but if this large toro is 750 yen, it will be very satisfied.
The rest is grilled with salt and pepper, but this time it is cut off with a kitchen knife and turned into green onions.
The area with lots of streaks was boiled sweet and spicy in a tsukudani style.

In addition, baby scallops for heating were as cheap as 200 yen, so I purchased them.
It can also be used as spaghetti and Chinese rice bowl, and if it is boiled in a tsukudani style, it can also be a side dish for rice.

I was satisfied with this, so I walked to the exit through the fruit and vegetable section.

Speaking of Tsukiji Market, the image of "fish shore" is strong, but there is also a fruit and vegetable section in the market that handles vegetables and fruits.
However, the hall is, in principle, a market for professionals.
Especially for fruits and vegetables, it is commonplace to trade in boxes and cases, so I never had a lot of feet Fumiiri, but while most stores are cleaning up on this day, there is a lot of people.
If you look closely, there was a shop that sold in subdivideds.
So I got 100 yen for 3 salad spinach, 100 yen for 2 bundles of basil, 35 yen per bag of carrots.
It happened to be Saturday, so when I asked, "Do you sell subdivided on Saturday with many visitors?", "I do it even on weekdays." But I can't do it early, so come around 11 o'clock because I'm busy. "
There are many rare items in the fruit and vegetable section, which has a different charm from the fresh fish section, but I've been looking forward to going to the market in the future.

ck1203_1211211.jpg k1203_1211214.jpg

In addition, the "outside" market is private land and there are various shops, but the "inside" market is exactly called "Tokyo Central Wholesale Market Tsukiji Market" and is for professionals established by Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Market.
There, "food professionals" are doing business seriously every day.
When amateurs enter such a place, there are various precautions such as doing after 9 am.
At the entrance gate, such as the main gate and Umiyuki Hashikado, there is a pamphlet with maps and notes on the hall, so be sure to read here.

Deep Fun of Tsukiji Market - Tsukiji Rice Flower

[Ryokichi] Nov. 21, 2012 10:00

Recently, because I'm close to my workplace, I often went to Tsukiji Market for lunch. Tsukiji Market is very famous as a comprehensive market dealing with marine products and fruits and vegetables with the oldest history of the Tokyo Central Wholesale Market in Tokyo, and in particular, marine products transactions are one of the world's largest trading scales. However, the story of relocation to Toyosu has begun to make noise about the news due to aging, etc., and I am worried about the trend. That's why I go to the market with the feeling of engraving the current Tsukiji deeply anyway.

There are a number of restaurants in the Tsukiji Market. It was originally for market participants, but it is also open to the public. Each has its own taste, volume, and price that satisfy the stomach of food professionals, and it is a fierce battlefield with many beloved shops, but this time we will introduce the most unique shops.

yone1.JPG

The shop is Tsukiji rice flower. I'm overwhelmed by this atmosphere. Photographs, ink painting, menu on the wall. Originally it was an eel shop, but you can eat a variety of other things. My husband communicates with customers through machine gun talk. If you are a weak person, you may have a high threshold, but this seems to be fun and many repeaters. This may be the reason for being warm in family management and full service. On that day, I ate a popular seafood bowl and Tsukune skewers. The ingredients are likely to protrude. I'm going to go here for a while. For a long time, it was almost like a store refusal to report, but recently it has come out and it may become popular. Hurry before that!
