When it comes to Shiwasu, there are many invitations for year-end parties, and I often spend drinking at night. The day after drinking, the body is sweating and wants to emit toxins in the body, or I miss the irritating food. In such a case, when I am not fine due to the summer heat, the cold winter, etc., I will bother you at "Xi'an cuisine XI'AN" at Ginza Yanagi-dori St.
This is too crowded to form a line after 12:00 at noon, so I will round up my morning work a little early and enter the shop around 11:50. I was relieved to be able to secure a seat somehow, and immediately I would like the standard menu "Mahler's sword cut noodles and incense (Pakuchi / Koreander)".
~~~The mini commentary here as usual. 。 。 "Sword shaved noodles" is originally a specialty of Shanxi Province, China. Standing in front of the pot and kneaded flour using a knife shaped knives into a noodle shape (see the photo in the kitchen below) Put it directly in a boiling pot and boil it. In addition, "Mahler" means "raway"-the spicy spicy chili, and "maway"-the pepper represented by Sichuan cuisine. It is a taste that combines two types of spicy sauce that makes your tongue numb ~~
In the meantime, customers will arrive more and more. The vacant seats that had just arrived are quickly buried, and a line begins to form at the entrance. This area is close to offices such as Yaesu, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho, so there are many workers-like customers, but this shop has many Chinese and foreign customers, and today the seats on both sides of me were Chinese (like those working nearby). The floor staff is mostly from China except Mr. Takeuchi, the store manager, and Chinese flutters to interact with customers. This shop is a chain store of Toyoso Foods, which has Yakitori Kushihachichin, etc. in a group, but both Cock and Chinese people living in Japan taste the taste of taiko. It seems that many Chinese people visit here in search of the taste of their hometown.
"I've been waiting a lot of Mahler noodles!" A clerk who is familiar with the face will bring you the food.
[A lot of sharp sword noodles and kana] ⇒750 yenya!
Be armed with a paper apron and start eating. 。 。
"Yeah, I've come back!" The spirit of the body is blown out and it is rejuvenated at once. Of course, the texture of the noodles and the savory flavor of peppers, peppers, and fragrant vegetables are always delicious.
"Well, do you work hard in the afternoon! 。 。 。 Thank you, stuttering! (Thank you very much.)'
There are quite a few shops that serve spicy dishes in Tokyo, but I just want to taste the authentic "hemp taste" of pepper, so I just go to this shop in Ginza. I'm going to come again next week. 。 。
Added: If you would like to re-examine your sharpness with a sweet one, there is a shop (Okinawa antenna shop) opposite the shop, so how about ice cream with blue seal?
One Saturday evening, a family other than me was out, so when I turned the magazine to eat tonight, there was a curry special feature, and suddenly I wanted to eat curry unsexually.
Speaking of which, I always pass in front of the curry shop near my house, but I never entered it, so I decided to remember it as a good opportunity.
It is located on the first floor of a building along Kajibashi Street. 。 。
On Saturday night, I couldn't find Lehman, and the crowd was sparse, but the shop was doing it. Let's go inside immediately and look at the menu. It seems that there are few customers today and I can relax.
。 。 。 First of all, from Maharaja beer. And as a knob, we also ask Ram char siu and dar soup (a lentil bean soup that is like miso soup every day for Indians).
When I talked to the shop, I thought that it was an Indian shop because of this shop and the construction of the shop, and it was the management of Japanese people. At nearby curry shops, I often see clerks in India and Nepal, but I'm surprised that all of these staff are Japanese. Yushima's main store is said to have been divided into goodwill from a popular store in Yushima (Delhi Ueno store), and the main store in Japan was born in 1956 as a specialty store serving authentic Indian curry in Japan by Japanese hands. It seems that there are branches in Ginza 6-chome and Tokyo Midtown (Roppongi).
Drink Maharaja beer while picking rum char siu with a good feeling. When my stomach finally calms down, I'm going to choose a genuine curry. The recommendation is "Kashmir curry ★★★★★★ Deep spicy taste".
。 。 。 Red star ★There are 5, so it's a bit pressured. This seems to be a popular menu, but it seems quite spicy, so I gave up this time and decided to try from the intermediate course "India curry ★★★ smooth dry dry". "Yeah, exquisite. At first, I thought it was a simple spiciness, but I feel that the spiciness of the spices gradually penetrates later."
It was a cold day, but my stomach was full and I was warmed up with spices from inside, so it was a walk to get a little hungry on the way home. Until now, I didn't notice much, but it seems that there are quite a lot of curry shops around Shinkawa.
"Fukute (Shinkawa 1-25-20)", "Caryshda (Shinkawa 1-9-9)", "Nawab (2-8-2 Shinkawa)", "Latino (2-7-7 Shinkawa)", "San gum (Hatchobori 4-14-1) ". 。 。
If you go back home and check it out, the "Shinkawa / Hatchobori / Kayabacho area" is a fierce battlefield where 31 curry shops (stores that serve curry) are crowded (eating logs). And this "Shinkawa Delhi" was said to be the number one curry ranking in this area. 。 。 "Thank you for your feast!"
I went to Itamae cuisine and Sun Moonfire in Ginza ZOE, a building next to the plantan. It's a private room with a welcome drink. I was surprised at 3000 yen with this content!
1-no-zen, small bowl three dishes made with a variety of seasonal steamed rice bowl Ninozen's specialty, thick and freshly made bean Tomi
Seasonal stewed food, seasonal fried food, seasonal cooked rice Today's dessert, black bean tea
You can choose a meal from cooked rice, white rice, or cold soba. You can also choose coffee or black bean tea.
The service was good, the store was also luxurious, and this price is nice even on Saturday (* ^^ *)
All of them were delicious, but they were served with aoi and sesame sauce.
Fresh tofu is warm and delicious~♪
The crab tempura also fits white wine, and it was a very satisfying lunch with full stomach.
It is the year-end party season, but recently it seems that the year-end party until midnight, like a year ago, has decreased.
But at the end of the year, I think there are still many things to say, "I have a lunch with a friend who suits me." It's the perfect shop for such a case.
It was this shop close to Shimbashi Enbujo that offered "year-end lunch" with the students of the course. It seems that many people think about the same thing at this time, and other tables are full of women-only groups.
It costs 2000 yen (including appetizers, pastas, desserts and drinks. You can choose from 4 to 5 kinds of appetizers and pastas. The "Pork Rag Talia Tale" I chose was a handmade noodle. According to the shop, "There is one type of handmade noodles in the daytime and four to five types at night."
One bottle of wine (because it's lunch) for 5 people, 2500 yen per person and 300 yen for glass wine. (conscience). "It's good for the New Year's party lunch" is the impression of my friends.
Have a little FELICE "happy" time at the end of the year in Trattoria da Felice.
In the 17th century, the Australian merchant Zuiken Kawamura (1618-1699), who gained wealth by trading timber and was active in the fields of shipping and civil engineering, had settled near Reigishi Island (currently Shinkawa 1-chome). In 1660, the digging leading to Okawa was excavated. The digging is called "Shinkawa", and the surrounding stores of sake wholesalers are lined up.
[Edo Famous Zoukai "Shinkawa Sake wholesaler (Sakadoya)" (Setsudan Hasegawa)]
At the Shinkawa Sake wholesaler drawn by Yukidan Hasegawa, the descent sake transported to Edo Minato by Hishigaki / Tarumasen is transshipped to a horse-drawn ship off Shinagawa and fried on the banks of Shinkawa. I am. After that, automobiles were used to transport sake, and shipping was abolished, and Shinkawa was reclaimed in 1949 due to post-war debris treatment, so the place where the sake wholesaler was located was the name of the town and office buildings and condominiums. Only the remnants are left at the Shinkawa Monument, which stands between the apartment.
[The Monument of Shinkawa remaining in Shinkawa Park]
I walked around the city in search of the bustle of the former sake wholesaler.
Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Shrine, worshiped as the guardian angel of sake wholesalers, stands quietly between Shinkawa 1-chome buildings facing the reclaimed Shinkawa ruins. Even now, at the Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Shrine, sake officials gather in mid-October every year for the Reitaisai festival, and the situation (from 2014) is introduced in the blog post "Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Reisai Festival 2014 (/archive/2014/10/2014-6.html)" by correspondent Sam.
Shinkawa still has a base for sake wholesalers (National Wholesale Sake Association Central Association), sake makers (Shiraka, gold cup, etc.), sake wholesalers (Kashimaya), etc., and Masaru Shinkawa Jingu Shrine also has sake and soy sauce. The name is linked mainly to brewing people.
Unfortunately, we, general consumers, cannot buy directly from these large manufacturers, but there are still several retail liquor stores in the Shinkawa area. Today, I visited one of them, Imada Shoten. Mr. Imada is from Hiroshima Prefecture, and his parents' house is Imada Sake Brewery Main Store (Ageitsu-cho, Higashihiroshima City), where he makes sake called "Fukucho". This can also be purchased at the Shinkawa shop. Mr. Imada introduced recommended sake. The green bottle on the right is "Tokucho" (Imada Sake Brewery Main Store), and the left is "Segyo" (Nakao Brewery, Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture). Speaking of Takehara, it's a great place to drink. Taketsuru Sake Brewery, the parents' home of NHK morning drama "Masan", was also Takehara! Imada is particular about the place called Shinkawa and runs a shop with the desire to convey the charm and fun of sake, not just selling sake. You can easily visit and taste it, but as a regular event, there are also sake, wine, sparkling and other tastings, and the sake party held last month on the Bojolai Nouveau lifting day (November 21) It seems that it was a great success with 80 customers visiting.
The Beaujolais nouveau ban event (which began in France in 1951), which was fully established in Japan, was held in October old calendar during the Edo period, 200 years ago.
The New Sake Bansen is an event that began in the Kyoho period (1727), and was a race in which a barrel boat for carrying sake from the top to Edo sailed at the same time and competed for the speed of carrying young sake to Edo in that year. In normal transportation, it took about 2 to 3 weeks, but it was a tough race that could not be won unless it was transported in about 5 days, and the goal was Shinkawa.
[Edo scenic spot association "Shinshuban Funaeto Shinkawa Iritsu figure" (2nd generation Hiroshige Utagawa painting)]
Thanks to Mr. Imada's kindness, I was shown "daiginjo Ryuki Shinkawa First Ship (Honda Shoten in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture)" at the luxury liquor corner of the store. It seems like the name I took from this "New Sake Bansen", but I feel somewhat proud that the name "Shinkawa" is included in the daiginjo of Harima, the home of sake. It was a luxury liquor (less than 7,000 yen per bottle), so it was impossible to taste it (laughs), but I would like to buy it and taste it once with some celebration.
