It is "Ginza Kamo Soba 9th generation Keisuke Ginza Store" located in Ginza 6-chome.
Originally, duck soba is a delicious restaurant, but it is drawn by a combination of "sea bream", "clam", "bamboo shoot" and "rapeseed" of "seasonal salt soba", and today I ordered this one.
The fillet (2 pieces) of "sea bream" and "clam" are big.
Finished with salt soba that makes use of ingredients.
By the way, "Fugudashi Shio 8th generation Keisuke" will open at "Tokyu Plaza Ginza", which will open on March 31.
I have to go

In this blog, I have introduced "Tsukiji Ebikin", "Yokohama Whale Eave", "China Soba Kyoraku", "Chiho noodle Ladder", "Ramen Matsudomi", and "Matani Ramen" in the past. I don't think it would be nice to introduce these six shops and introduce "Fukuchan", so I would like to introduce this time.
Naturally, these are all due to my own judgment, prejudice, light taste orientation and fine noodles.
In addition to these, there are many delicious ramen shops in Chuo-ku.
And it's "Nikki Hakata Lamen Fukuchan Tsukiji Sohonten"
The location is between Tsukiji Honganji and Kachidokibashi, facing Harumi-dori St., 6-9-5 Tsukiji.
Next to it is "Yokohama Family Ramen Ichikakuya Tsukiji Store".
The arrow in the photo below is "Fukuchan".
In Chuo-ku, there are historical “Hakata Lamen”, “Pork Bone Lamen” and “Champon” shops.
I ordered "Hakata Negiramen"
It is said that the green onions are sent directly from Hakata, and the texture of the crisp green onions and the texture of soups and noodles are wonderful.
The soup has no smell of pork bones and is light mild.

"Kyoto Ginkakuji Matani Ramen Nihonbashi Main Store" is a shop that was opened from "Kyoto Matani Sohonten", which has a history of more than 60 years near Kyoto Ginkakuji Temple.
It's a standard ramen
It's clean and tasty.
Chicken gala soy sauce flavor, straight thin noodles
This is your favorite, and you can specify "noodle hardness", "Kujo green onion", "char shoe", "back fat", "spicy", etc.
The person in the shop always feels good.

This is also a hideaway sushi restaurant in Ginza.
It's on the second floor of the building in Ginza 8-chome.
This time, Ikkyu Limited Lunch
8 small bowls, sushi rolls, rolls, bowls and sparkling wines.
It's 2500 yen (including tax).
Sea bream's bush, shirao, shimesaba, straw, tuna, first time, how much, engawa No. 8 soups, 30 salads, egg grills, kanpyo rolls, gesokyu,
In particular, the first time was a little roasted, and it was very delicious. When I told the landlady so, it was said that a good feeling was coming in at a time. By roasting a little, the richness came out and it was exquisite.
There was a counter and a private room, and it was full because of Saturday lunch.
It was a very satisfying lunch.★

Do you know an organization called the Edo Soba Rie Association? We are engaged in various activities as a non-profit organization, so-called NPO. Above all, there is a program called "Edo Soba Rie" certification, and many soba lovers challenge each year. I did my best a few years ago.
One of the qualification requirements is to "visit a lot of soba shops and report their taste, the atmosphere and characteristics of the shop." I visit various shops, but there are many famous soba shops in Chuo-ku, so there was no need to go out, so I was able to visit many shops in the city.
Humanly, when you become "Soba Rie", you will be surprised that there are many friends in Chuo-ku, and more specifically, there are so many people who like soba. I was able to get a lot of new encounters through soba. Above all, soba is a Japanese taste that continues along with sushi, tempura, and eel as a food culture of Edo. In recent years, the number of young soba craftsmen has increased, and I sometimes come into contact with the appearance of working on soba with new sensibilities. I feel it's a deep food.
As I wrote earlier, there are many famous soba shops in Chuo Ward. Each of you will have a favorite store. It's also fun to change your mood depending on the day and visit various shops. I would like to explore the charm of Chuo-ku while introducing my recommended shops.
Today, I would like to introduce "Akizuki-an Tanakaya" in Ginza. It is a safe shop located in an alley near Yasuaki Elementary School. Not only the soba is delicious, but also the casual atmosphere of the store, the staff's quick handling of customers, and the selection of sake and appetizers are attractive. And what's good, they're open on Sunday too. It's the best oasis to stop by when you want to rest and relax between shopping.
Of course, on the evening of weekdays, it is best to visit this shop through the dark streets, licking little bits of sake, and having a tight soba after having a satisfying taste with a friendly appetizer.
In the middle of Tokyo, this shop is close to the back alleys of one of Japan's leading downtown areas, and it is an "adult place" that embodies urban culture. Please visit again between "Silver Bra".

This is Ramen Matsudomi, a ramen shop located on the back street of Ginza 6-chome near Yasuaki Elementary School and Sony Showroom.
The signboard states special Matsudomi gyoza and specialty Dandan noodles, but I recommend "Asari Ramen" here.
It is characterized by its large salt butter-flavored soup, straight thin noodles, and clam grains.
Since Tsukiji is near, I go to Tsukiji by motorcycle at dawn after closing.
Due to the purchase, the number is limited.
I recommend "Casari Ramen" which is light and rich.
My address is Ginza 6-4-16.
The map below, red □That's right.
