☆"Super long-cherished wish" Tsukiji market! !<Completion time>

[Conquering Show Lew ☆] July 31, 2016 20:00

Breakfast bowl snack! Egg fried egg with ambition for lunch to gain further satisfaction

Take a walk in Hamarikyu, a garden boasting of Chuo-ku, out-of-the-field market to make sure your physical condition is perfect.

I decided to choose from my own intuition without examining the reputation on the Internet.

I made it a shop called Bentomi.

It is so difficult to convey the taste in words ... Will it be transmitted in photos?

It's fun to wait until possible.

The owner's story is fun and the usual bottle beer is especially delicious.

If you are going to Tsukiji Market again before moving, I would like to go to a different store.

Departure from Europe ★Olive oil specialty store in Ginza

[Mapo ★] July 31, 2016 09:00

It opened in December of last year.
When I happened to go to Ginza bakery, I found it next to it!
There are so many kinds of olive oil.
You can also sample it.

It seems that you can also choose a bottle and put it in on the spot.
What I bought was already pinned,
Olive oil of paprika which was a little cheaper!

Even if you put it on bread, the fluffy paprika is delicious.
I used it for cooking.★
OIL & VINEGAR Ginza store
They also sell Vinegars under the name.

Olive oil is healthy,
I would like to try more olive oil.

[Authentic Japanese Food] Ginza Fujita (Ginza 8-chome)

[Dye] July 29, 2016 09:00

It's almost time for the rainy season.
The other day, I introduced a cooking class in Ginza on this blog.
This time, I was able to go to the restaurant for dinner, so I'll introduce it.

The Japanese restaurant "Ginza Fujita" in Ginza 8-chome holds cooking classes during the daytime on weekdays and every Saturday, but it is an adult restaurant that is usually used for entertainment.

s31_01.jpg s31_02.jpg

It is on the first basement floor of the Third Soire de Bill, along with Hakuhinkan.

s31_03.jpg
Ginza store...I'm a little nervous, but let's get in by the light.☆

The counter was open, so I watched the general make it vividly in front of me.
I'll wait with excitement.

s31_04.jpg

The general's story is also fun, and you can feel comfortable hospitality.
He seems to have been playing baseball in earnest when he was a student, so you may be able to listen to such a story.

At the right time, elaborate dishes are brought in front of you one by one.

s31_05.jpg s31_07.jpg

"Urchins" that are still fresh enough to move and "steamed food" with many ingredients.

When you hold sushi, you use large leaves only for scenting (! ! Yes, it's a casual one-handed.

s31_06.jpg

This vegetable is tempura.
Everything grows normally, but it seems that it is harvested while it is small.

s31_08.jpg

"Ebisen" with fragrant and rich flavor and "Egg rice" with fried rice. Super delicious!

s31_09.jpg s31_10.jpg

In addition, Howahowa's anago, aoriika with a faint yuzu scent, and a thick and pleuri shrimp...etc
There were various things, but there was no photo because I ate it unintentionally when it was served (^^;

It is a shop that seems to be so fun and happy to eat (' ▽ `*)

It seems that there are people from overseas, but it is perfect to convey the splendor of Japanese food.

It's also recommended for the best meal here.☆

== Cooking classes that can be learned here are also being recruited from time to time ==

Seasonal Salama ★Ryoguchiya Korekiyo

[Mapo ★] July 27, 2016 16:00

The Sasaragata of Ryoguchiya Korekiyo, which is in Ginza Mitsukoshi.

Seasonal Kintamakan product with kneaded yokan in agar.
The transparent part is agar, but it has a solid texture.
It feels like you are eating a refreshing yokan.
The beauty of the appearance seems to be looking at a three-dimensional watercolor painting.

RIMG2747.JPG

There are a lot of work done, and I want to go inside.
"Nishikitamakan Lemon" 216 yen contains fine lemon skin.
The sourness and moderate bitterness of the skin make you feel very refreshing, summery, and cool.
"Nishikitamakan Hakuto" 216 yen contains yokan with a flesh-like texture.
It's just like you're eating peaches.
It's refreshing, but the sweetness of peaches seems to match with astringent tea.

"Nishikitamakan Watermelon", which has a cute striped design, is available.
Azuki beans that look like seeds are scattered in the red kneaded yokan.
It looks watermelon, but the taste is just watermelon!
Pastel color based on each fruit and
The package of the illustration is so cute.
It is also recommended as a gift.

RIMG2737.JPG

When I opened the box, I found it in a transparent bag
The appearance of colorful sasata doesn't disappoint expectations!

It was a big hit sweets that looked and tasted for the first time in a long time!

"Spain Club Ginza" dolo Simpática

[Silver] July 26, 2016 18:00

I came to "Spain Club Ginza" for the first time.

Located in Ginza 7-chome 10-5, it is behind the Ginza Lion 7-chome store and Nicholas G-Hi Eck Center.

Today, I feel the best feeling of "Tomo is coming from a distant place again without having fun."

There is a carpet in front of the shop and a shop. I felt like I came to Spain all the way.

1469104099866 (360x203). jpg

The first floor is the Spanish product hall of wine and gourmet, and is named "Bodegaspain Club Ginza". Here, like a wine cellar, we sell Spanish wines and other items. Bodega means wine cellar, isn't it?

The back of the first floor is a bar and the name is "Balspaine Club Ginza". This is good to sit alone at the counter, or when there are many friends, I think it is good to stand and chat.

1469104109979 (360x203). jpg

When you go up to the second floor, it is an elegant and quiet restaurant.

1469104040373 (360x203). jpg

The lovely Amigo and Miss B, who came from mainland Spain (also speaking Portuguese)

Take care not to enter too much, and make your friends smile.

And first of all, Spanish beer (called Serbessa).

1469104018881 (360x203). jpg

My favorite little dry white wine. Here, you will serve olives as the first stick until you can cook it.

Salute! A votre sante! Saude! And Italy touched the tip of the wine glass, and as the sound suggests, "Chin Chin" became a hot topic.

Soon, I ordered the first carefully decorated pinchoss.

It was a very sophisticated taste, such as Spanish Iberico pork ham and goat cheese.

1469103967814 (360x203). jpg

Don't you bring the next hot dish until you finish eating appetizer? I thought it was a quiet and great consideration.

In my case, I haven't eaten so much recently, but I've come to want to enjoy a meal slowly because a little bit of delicious food is fine.

Familiar, Spain Omelette and Paerilla, don't complain. Olive oil is also modest, and it does not cause stomach leaning or heartburn. Please enjoy wonderful and authentic Spanish cuisine at "Spanish Club Ginza".

With my friend, I was able to promise a reunion with a smile, "Let's come again!"

By the way, the word "Tomo comes from a distant place and does not enjoy it" is a word in the "Rongo" that describes Confucius's words and ideas. One of the best pleasures of life is to enjoy drinking and chat with good friends. I agree with you.

PS. The Spanish Club in Tsukishima has been there about 10 times, both day and night.

The Tsukishima store has a flamenco show every Monday, which is very popular. Please go out here as well.

2 kinds of shaved ice at Tsubakiya Coffee Shop

1. July 25, 2016 09:00

After some shopping and errands, the lunch time has passed and you will be bothered by "What to do?" At such times, the lunch of this Tsubakiya Coffee shop is always taken care of. On weekdays, lunch time is until 3 o'clock. Yesterday, while receiving the classic “special beef curry set” (1380 yen with salad and coffee), the staff said, “Speaking of that, shaved ice was used in this season. ・・ "When I said, "It's a summer-only menu, but there is it," and I came immediately today. Yesterday's staff said, "Did you already come?" I was given another menu, and there was. Both "strawberry" and "Uji Kintoki" are 1000 yen with condensed milk and 1400 yen with drinks. There is no way to bother Tsubakiya and drink coffee!

100_2051.JPG

It has the same style and the same taste as in the past. Fragrance of matcha from Uji Kintoki. I'm immersed in nostalgia

"Is it the same taste as you remember?" 。 You seem to remember what I talked about yesterday.

I felt very good, and my usual coffee was even more delicious.

It's open from 9am to 11pm, so it's a very convenient shop.
