Gelato specialty store "Libisco Ginza Store"

[Mapo ★] July 22, 2018 12:00

There is a gelato shop on the second floor of Oji Salmon.
I've been worried all the time, but I've finally been there!

At Ribisco Ginza, a gelato specialty store in Karuizawa.
It seems to have opened in August last year.

Enjoy the taste of Karuizawa in Ginza! That's the concept.

I don't use eggs or preservatives.
Fresh gelato made.

There are many kinds, so I'm very worried.
I'd like to have caramel latte.
It has a strong taste, but it's refreshing!

I'd like to try some moabanana next time.

And this is like a secret,
Surprisingly, it's free to relax.

Some people are reading a book while eating gelato quietly.
It was a space that I couldn't imagine as Ginza 3-chome!

It is located in Dubro Kyobashi, a Croatian restaurant.

[Silver] July 22, 2018 09:00

In the Soccer World Cup Russia tournament, Croatia advanced to the finals. The result of the match was unfortunately lost to France and finished second, but Croatian players were selected as MVPs.

So, in order to be good at soccer, I went to explore what kind of food I'm eating to become stronger at Dobro, a Croatian restaurant in Kyobashi.

The first floor is a la carte, and the set meal for lunch starts at 1000 yen and the price is reasonable.

There is a seat for course dishes such as group guests reserved on the 2nd floor.

And this is my second visit. When I entered the best four, I went to lunch. There was a delicious menu such as saute of mekajiki.

Today I made a regular steak of 150g. I'm getting better.

"Debrovnik" is a city with a very beautiful port along the Adriatic Sea coast from the Mediterranean Sea of the Republic of Croatia, and is described as Debrovnik. The old town registered in World Heritage in 1979 is called the "Pearl of the Adriatic Sea" and is a beautiful city. For this reason, it is a tourist destination where many sightseeing boats call at the port.

[Russian Year in Japan] Russian culture to enjoy in Chuo-ku

[Hanes] July 21, 2018 18:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
It was in the second half of July, and it was time for summer vacation at both company and school.
Some of you may be traveling far away.Airplane
This time, "Do you need an airplane? Continuing from the Greek and Italian excursions
Here are some recommended spots where you can enjoy Russia in Chuo-ku.

◼️ Russian-Soviet Union Film Festival
From July 10, the opening of the National Film Archive was held as a Russian year 2018 in Japan.
The "Russian Soviet Union Film Festival" is being held as follows.

Period July 10, 2018 (Tuesday)-August 5 (Sunday) ※Closed Monday
Venue: National Film Archive Nagase Memorial Hall OZU (2nd floor)
Website: 2018 Russian-Soviet Union Film Festival in Japan commemorating the opening of the National Film Archives

DSC_2522.JPG

This film festival reflects socialism, war, emperors, and other social situations and ideas at the time of film production.
A lot of real works have been shown.
Some photos were taken at evacuation sites during the war, and completed after temporary suspension of photography.
Due to the pressure of the powers, it is difficult to disclose the information....He said
It is an interesting lineup not only for the content of the movie but also for the production background.

I am a novel by the Nobel Prize-winning author Mikhail Shorohov, which was screened on the 14th.
I've been watching movies based on "Human's fate (Original title: Звукava).
The protagonist, who was forced to suffer both physically and mentally due to the outbreak of World War II....
Despite the darkness of Russian literature in the 20th century, it is possible to do so.
It is a work with a strong message that is familiar to the present day, such as "I live strongly in any adversity in thinking of my family."
Also, it was the first director's work of Bondarchuk, who played the main character, and so on.
For those who like movies, I think you can enjoy it from another angle.

◼️ Russian cuisine
There are several restaurants in Chuo-ku where you can eat Russian cuisine.
One of the most important things is the Russian restaurant logoski.

Location: Ginza 5-7-10 EXITMELSA (Igjit Melsa) 7F
Business hours Please check the official website.

It seems that this is Japan's first Russian restaurant founded in 1951.

Not to mention Russian classics, piroshiki, borscich, and tsuboyaki.
Perimeni (water dumplings), recommended for those who are not familiar with Russian cuisine.
Nishin (Milfeuille-style salad) and Brinui (Russian pancake) wearing fur coats are also available!

Piroshiki can take out, and there is also a nice service for those who are in a hurry.
This time, I tried to take out piroshiki, a vegetable that reminds me of Russian home cooking with sour cream.

There is also a mushroom sauteed with vegetables.
When I was warmed and eaten, the flavor of sour cream was enhanced and it was delicious.

◼️ Image of Messenger
When it comes to Russian movies and cooking, I came to mind as a Russian-born person related to Chuo-ku.
Ossip Zackin, a sculptor who created the "Messenger Statue" at Chuo-ohashi Bridge!
(* I am from Russia during the Russian Empire era, so my hometown belongs to Belarusi.)

IMG_9735.JPG

This statue was exhibited at the Paris World Exposition in 1937 and is considered one of his masterpieces.
It was also presented by Paris to commemorate the friendship between the Sumida River in Tokyo and the Seine in Paris.
Because he was based in Paris, the image of France may be strong.

So far, we have introduced three spots related to Russia.
This summer, when exchanges with Russia are booming as the “Russian Year in Japan” are booming.
Why don't you experience Russian culture with your five senses in Chuo-ku?

Eel weight and eel cola in the eel Kiyo River

[Mapo ★] July 19, 2018 18:00

This year, the 20th of July is the earthen ox.
I went to eat eel a little earlier in the heat.

DSC_0010 (2). JPG

The eel Kiyo River is located in Kayabacho.
It is a long-established store founded in 1874.
I think it would be better to reserve a table seat on the first floor.

DSC_0006 (2). JPG

The eel is kabayaki in front of Edo, and it feels melting when you put it in your mouth softly.
I ordered it because eel cola is a specialty.
I don't taste the eel, but it's light.
I thought it would not fit the eel weight (*^^*)
It seems that this cola is made in Shizuoka.

DSC_0003 (2). JPG

I could see the outside willows and wind chimes through the door from the table seat
It was so nice that I could forget the heat outside.

If you eat delicious eel on a hot day, you will feel better!

Rosmali niece M generation's offer shop, it has a tasteful appearance.

This is an owner interview with Tomoyuki Matsugami, the owner of Kyoto treat Hannariya and Yoshido Co., Ltd. Representative Director Tomoyuki Matsugami

Then...

P7132927a.jpg

・・・When did the shop open?

It was just 20 years ago.

At that time, there weren't many shops nearby.

・・What's the owner?

It's Kyoto.

I've been studying in Gion all the time.

I happened to have a connection in Tokyo.

・・・ Why did you set up a shop here in Nihonbashi?

Looking at various places, I happened to have an edge here.

Nihonbashi is a place where there are many long-established stores, but now we have a lot of friends.

P7132929a.jpg

・・・Please tell us in detail about the concept of the store.

It's about adding and combining seasonal dishes with Kyoto home-cooked dishes like Obanzai.

It may be our feature that we can respond to a certain extent according to our customers.

Even if it is a single item or something that is not on the menu, we may prepare it for customers like this.

If you have ingredients (on the spot), of course, if you are a regular, you know that you like these things, so we purchase various things and try to respond to each customer.

80% and 90% are regulars.

・・・ I heard that there are many kinds of sake, especially sake.

There are more than 20 kinds of sake, always available.

It is recommended every month and is replaced with seasonal items.

I'm replacing it in places that are not famous as much as possible or not majors.

You're returning to sake because of the popularity of shochu at one time.

In addition to sake, other alcoholic beverages are also available for cooking.

We strive to meet the needs of various customers.

P7132934a.jpg

・・・ What kind of calligraphy is displayed?

The prints are also works by people from Kyoto.

These are also replaced according to the season.

・・Thank you very much, the owner.

[Mapo ★] July 16, 2018 12:00

I'm based in Ginza
Actually, I haven't been to the "My" series yet.
For the first time, "My" series was "Bread".

It's on the back of Matsuya Ginza.
The name of the shop is my Bakery & Cafe Matsuya Ginza back.

Drink cafe au lait at the cafe on the second floor
On the way home, Iberico choriso and cheese
I bought a bread and went home.
It's a little spicy and goes well with wine.
It was baked around 14 o'clock, and it was still left at 15 o'clock and I was lucky!
