Ginza Lion August 4th is half the price of Nissei beer in the beer hall.

 Ginza Lion's Bear Hall and Brassley are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of "GINZA PLACE" directly connected to Tokyo Metro Ginza Station.

It was around 13:00 on weekdays, so the inside of the store wasn't so crowded. We ordered a special draft beer set and a separate wine for a weekday-only daily lunch, and enjoyed a relaxing meal. (196 is the number of the table, and I will take this card and pay it at the cash register.)

 Then, when I stood at the table seat and went to wash my hands, the height of my eyes showed the company's history.

 

"History of Ginza X Sapporo Lion"

On August 4, 1899, "Ebi Jubiya Hall" opened at 5 Minamikin Rokucho, Kyobashi-ku (currently Ginza 8-chome).

The opening of Japan's first beer hall, Ebi Jubiya Hall, is the founding of Sapporo Lion.

At present, August 4 is designated as “Bear Hall Day” every year, and the Sapporo Lion chain nationwide holds a “half price of draft beer” event to celebrate its founding.

"Takuwan pickles are sandwiched between mayonnaise. For some reason, match, very novel."

This bread is a reprint of the bread called "Special Sand", which was the most popular at the beginning of Tsuruya.

It's a nostalgic bread with butter cream and jelly between the coppe bread.

A round bread that Tsuruya has been making for more than 50 years.

Mayonnaise is applied between the bread, and the fish meat ham is sandwiched.

 Tsuruyapan is lined up in the shop on the first third Friday and Saturday of every month as "Tsuruya Bread Day".

Watayo is the birthplace of Detchiyokan, founded in Bunkyu 3rd year (1863).

The bean paste, sugar, and flour are kneaded and steamed in hand wraps.

Omi Hachiman is the birthplace of Omi merchants. The specialty is Detchiyokan.

Decchi is a boy who lives in and serves him.

That chochi-san buys it as a souvenir for returning home, so it's dachiyokan.

The yokan wrapped in bamboo skin is cut into the whole bamboo skin.

It is said that the scent of bamboo skin has changed and it has a taste.

In addition, since the bamboo skin has an antibacterial effect, it seems that it was OK even for a long trip.

"A taste that everyone likes. It tastes mild and easy to eat. It feels close to mizuyokan and delicious."

 Watayo's dachiyokan is lined up in the shop every Thursday. Please note that there is the week not to enter.

Takashima Chimi Takashima Textile Industry Cooperative and Takashima Barashi Cooperative

It is on display around the wind chime.

Takashima City, located in the northwest of Lake Biwa, has been handed down continuously there.

It creates a unique shibo (convex) on the fabric, reduces the contact area to the skin, has a smooth touch, excellent water absorbability, and is a cool material suitable for hot and humid climate.

Bulgarian Dining Trojan, Lunch Buffet

On the first floor of Hotel Unizo in Ginza 1-chome, there is a only one Bulgarian restaurant in Tokyo. That's "Troyan".

〇 〇 There was a commercial called Bulgaria and Yogurt, so I really remember Bulgaria yogurt when it comes to Bulgaria.

 Currently, the lunch buffet is all-you-can-eat for 60 minutes and ¥ 1,100 (including tax) with a drink bar. The important taste is that it is a very healthy menu, and this is also perfect.

The drink is "Iran" and the dessert is "Whey Jule".

The next white one in the middle is the traditional yogurt cold soup called "Tarattle". Refreshing and ideal for preventing heat in this summer.

The plate on the right is "Snaejanka". It's a drained yogurt salad, spaghetti and meatball.

Sherry sake in Ginza

I went to a famous store in Ginza, "Shiri Club".

It is a restaurant registered in the Guinness Book with a selection of Shelly sake, and it is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Spanish cuisine with Shelly, and it is a highly satisfying restaurant whenever you visit.

If you order a barrel sherry, pour it into the glass with a tool called "Venenencia", which is about 1m elastic and long ladle. You can see the so-called parabola (secondary curve y = -x^2) and pour it without spilling! Every time each table is poured in Venencia, the entire floor is excited by photography ^^
In the dishes, the popular menu of Hamo Ahijo, the soft shell club paella, and many others were delicious.
"Shuri Club" provides the local community FM "Chuo FM" (84.0MHz) every Monday at 20:00, "Sherry-Theatre in the barrel". If you have a smartphone app "ListenRadio", you can listen to it regardless of the region, so please listen to it!

These are also items from Okumura Tsukudani Co., Ltd. (Ohachiman City) "Omi Tsukudani-an Tokukyu-mura (Okumura)".

Omi Hachiman's specialty "Akakonjac" is colored on konjac potatoes with iron dioxide red.

Red konjac, also known as Yahata konjac, is said to have been raised by Nobunaga Oda's fancy and dyed the konjac red, and is a gem proud of the history that Omi merchants have handed down today.

How about it as a diet food?

A small fish fry called endemic species Biwayoshinobori in Lake Biwa.

In the local area, it is also called "gori".

It is a local dish that does not appear in other prefectures because of its fast freshness. It has a fluffy texture.

Tomita Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Nagahama City) Sake from pesticide-free sake rice.

"Watarifune" is the name of the phantom sake rice. He is the father of the popular Yamada Nishiki.

It revives the cultivation that had been discontinued after the war and leads to this place.

It has a calm scent.

This is also the sake of Tomita Sake Brewery. Of course, pesticide-free.

It has both the plump taste of rice and the firm acidity.

The name of "Nanabon Spear" is, of course, the seven spears of Shizugatake.

The seven warlords of Toyotomi retainer, who were successful in the battle of Shizugatake.

Harui Mochi Co., Ltd. Izutsu Yatsuhashi Honpo (Otsu City) 5 pieces 463 yen (tax included)
