Eel 2 weeks before the day of the Earth Ox

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] July 5, 2018 12:00

This is an eel shop "Tosanmatsu" located on the first floor of the Toei Higashiginza Building, Ginza 3-chome.

It has been renewed and the exterior and interior have been renewed, and it feels calm with the atmosphere of "Japanese".

I went there at 11:45, but it was already full and waited a little longer.

After all, popular shops have to go around the same time as they open.

This store is open at 11 o'clock.

Eel is plump, and the eel sauce goes well with rice.

Eel is specified as "from Kochi Prefecture".

It comes with two small bowls, Mishinka (Chinese cabbage and pickled) and soup.

It's a popular restaurant and it's crowded at lunchtime, but it always gives you a substitute for tea, a pleasant reception, and makes you want to come again.

Thank you for your feast

By the way, this year's "summer" earthen ox day is twice (), Friday, July 20 and August 1 (Wed).

In the first place, the earth is the calendar for 18 days before the day when the spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons begin (such as spring). The end of the earth is August 6, and the day of the "ox" during this period will be the "summer" midday "ox" for "summer" soil.

So, there are two times this year, but only one year.

When the soil is over, August 7th is early fall.

◆ Behind the alley walks in Tsukishima and Amidakuji in summer

[Sumida Fireworks] July 3, 2018 09:00

Saturday, June 30.

The day before, the rainy season dawned at a record early, and the sky seen from Kachidokibashi on the Sumida River has become a summer sky.

s_hanabi62-1.jpg

Since it's lunchtime, I'm walking from Tsukiji to Tsukishima, saying, "Let's eat something."

We crossed Kachidokibashi and turned left at the next traffic light and crossed the Tsukishima River. This is Tsukishima.

This road is "Nishinaka-dori", which is not so wide. But it is called "Monja Street" or "Monja Street", which is a trunk for sightseeing in Tsukishima.

s_hanabi62-2.jpg

In the coming season, there are a lot of events in Tsukishima and Tsukuda. It's a fun season to say, "Tsukishima is summer."

Today, I decided to walk in the back alleys of Tsukishima in such a summer.

It is said that the streets of Tsukishima are "behind alleys" are good.

Certainly, there are many attractive roads, but when walking, you just choose your own way. There are a lot of roads I've never walked. So there was a way of walking that I wanted to try for a long time. It's

"Let's walk like Amida lottery."

I can't choose the way myself. It seems to be tekito and is regular, a lucky way of walking. "It's only today," I tried this way of walking.

When I looked at the map after walking, I was following the path shown below. Although there were loose teeth that did not move in the direction I wanted to go, there were new discoveries, and I think it was an interesting way of walking.

s_hanabi62-3.jpgThe road behind the alley is also a living road, so there are places where it is difficult to introduce. ☆Let's take up the place where we walked around the mark.

Cross the Tsukishima River, turn right, and walk around. Nature, Sanma Akashiya's "Amida Baba no Uta" is a humming song.

Then, immediately appeared a shop behind the alley called "Mykai Kitchen" (the first ☆). I learned it for the first time. If you look inside, it's lunch time, so there are many customers.

s_hanabi62-4.jpg

It is a take-out specialty store that sells Hawaiian prepared dishes such as poki and lunch boxes. It looks somewhat delicious, so I decided to make the classic "poki-don" today's lunch.

The place where this shop was located was crank-shaped, and it was a little excited behind the alley, "Is it going on in the future?"

When I returned to Monja Street, I encountered a dead-end road, but at the corner, the sign of "Nekoya" (second ☆) appeared. I like cats, so I've been to this shop several times.

s_hanabi62-5.jpg

It is a shop that has cat-related goods, but the point is high in the back alley where cats are likely to appear.

Inside the shop, the display is very beautiful, as well as the good goods. But what I think is good is the exterior of a wood-style shop that looks good on the back alley. I really like to look inside from a wide window.

And once I went out to the street close to the Sumida River, but also to Monja Street.

s_hanabi62-6.jpg

The building on Monja Street is a store building, so it is recommended to look up. You can feel the era before Nishinaka-dori became famous for monjayaki.

The feature of the back alley of Tsukishima is the large number of "potted plants" that follow the eaves. The reason Tsukishima goes well with the summer is probably here. The amount of green makes you feel cool.

s_hanabi62-7.jpg

The back alley space of Tsukishima, which seems to be disorderly and is actually neatly arranged. Isn't it one of the lifestyle cultures created by the Tsukishima Road?

"Tsukishima Police Station Nishinakadori Regional Safety Center" on Monja Street has come to be seen (third ☆). Work here is a "local security supporter" of police officer OB.

s_hanabi62-8.jpg

This is a reinforced concrete police box built in 1926 after the Great Kanto Earthquake, and this year is 92 years. It seems to be the oldest police box building in Tokyo. It has a faint shape like a tram.

A large high-rise building is currently under construction diagonally opposite this police box building.

s_hanabi62-9.jpg

In particular, there were quaint shops in this area, and there were roads behind the alleys. I'm a little lonely in the sense that my life culture has gone away.

There was a stone Buddha under the eaves behind the alley. I'm a little surprised. Let's join hands.

s_hanabi62-10.jpg

At a shop called "Tokyo Melon Bread" (fourth ☆), I bought melon bread after losing the smile of the clerk's sister. The road ahead was lined with large-scale buildings, there was no back alley, and we arrived at Tsukishima Station smoothly.

From here, the "Tsukuda" district. When you come to this point, "I want to go to Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine on Tsukuda Island." I wonder if I could get there by Amida lottery, so I decided to continue.

The back alley of Tsukuda is also as good as Tsukishima, and the potted plants are wonderful.

s_hanabi62-11.jpg

Unfortunately, Amida lottery is unlikely to get closer to Tsukuda Island. But when I was expecting that I could go to that shop, I came miraculously.

It is "Futabaya" famous for "Tsukuda Mochi" (fifth ☆).

s_hanabi62-12.jpgIf you are a first-time person, you may need courage to open the door. However, it is difficult to meet Hikido shops with such a season, so let's enjoy the weight of history in Hikido.

I bought Tsukuda mochi. It is a word from the owner that it will be delicious even if it cools down in the coming season.

If you go further, isn't that "the meat Takasago" (the sixth ☆)?

s_hanabi62-13.jpgI was worried about the pork, but I already bought it too much, so I put up with it and left only croquettes.

This hunger at temperatures far above 30 degrees. I'm really tired. Well, where shall we eat?

The end point of Amidakuji was the riverside of the Sumida River, where the blue sky was impressive.

s_hanabi62-14.jpg

The high-rise apartment in River City creates the shade, and when you sit down, the wind is very comfortable. This is a landscape that I don't think it's a city.

Pokidon from Maikai Kitchen. I think this is quite delicious. I especially liked macaroni salad. I'm getting rid of it.

The croquettes are also delicious. I decided to make melon bread and Tsukuda mochi as souvenirs.

s_hanabi62-15.jpgNearby is Chuo-ohashi Bridge. There was such a summer view on the banks of the Sumida River. Today was a fruitful day with many discoveries.
