Winter illuminations

[whatever] December 20, 2013 17:22

 In December, the night of the downtown area will be dazzling with illuminations. It is not admirable to the sparkle around Ginza, but winter illuminations are also shining in the neighborhood Hakozaki Park.

 On winter nights, the number of walking people decreases, so it is safe to have a place that illuminates your feet.
 By the way, there is a statue of Shoin Yoshida in this park. I thought, "Matsukage in Hakozaki-cho?", But there is a signboard explaining the origin of the statue. It was built at the request of Mitsuko Iwai, a sixth-year student at Hiroko Hakozaki Elementary School, who died of illness at the end of 1937. I was impressed by someone's way of life in sixth grade ... I was impressed by Mitsuko Iwai.

"Emon, Tokushima,"

[Silver] December 19, 2013 17:12

 Chuo-ku is like a cluster of antenna shops in each prefecture, and there are many wonderful shops especially in Ginza.

 Even so, at Ginza 1-chome, there are antenna shops in Okinawa, Kochi, Ibaraki and Fukui prefectures.

 Tokushima Prefecture's "Emon Arade Tokushima" opened the other day in the shimeku place.

 In front of the shop, a video of Awa Odori was performed.

   "315 yen for 6 fish cutlets (mini) 6 pieces" is

 It was already sold out because it was inexpensive, but it was a specialty of the prefecture.

 Tokushima Ramen, Iya Soba, Handa Tebebe Fushimen, Shirataki Fushimen, Spicy Mimakara

 I've bought it. On the day, in commemoration of the opening of the store, we received two specialty yuzu from Tokushima with a service.

 Iya is famous for its Kazura valley, but the soba here is a gem. I bought it for New Year's Eve soba.

 By shaving the yellow skin and adding it to shochu or awamori rock, you can enjoy a delicious dinner with a good scent.

 From December 21st to 30th, "Christmas lottery will be held! There was a description on the flyer I received, "

 I can't miss this too. Don't miss it !

  Tokushima Prefecture is famous for its whirlpools in Naruto.

 Recently, I heard that Tokushima Vortis was promoted to the J-League Division 1.

 I hope you will do your best in the J-League as well.

 The shops you care about are Ginza 1-chome 5-5, telephone 03-5579-9947.

It is next to the Ginza cafe where Mapo was introduced the other day, Ginbis shop. /archive/2013/11/post-1825.html

 These silver screws and chocolate cookies are also very delicious. It's a five-star!

 By the way, why don't you take a look at the antenna shop in each prefecture?

I'm sure you will be able to encounter a nostalgic taste.Apple Ginzo

Kyoto vegetable in downtown "Back alley story" IN Ningyocho

[kimitaku] December 18, 2013 08:36

 On the way to Koharu weather.

 Walk along Koza-dori from the intersection of Genji store (Gen Ya Dana) toward Kanda in the west.

I found Kyoto vegetables in the second alley.

 Fresh vegetables.

 I was exposed to the clear skin in the winter sunshine.

P1000639-kuro.jpgP1000640-1.jpg

 I asked my husband.

 The husband and the landlady of Hiiragiya, a very famous ryokan in Kyoto, are cousin.

 An acquaintance with a vegetable research institute of an NPO I met near Daimaru Department Store near Nishikikoji.

It seems that they are having different vegetables.

 My husband has lived in Ningyocho for a long time and has also participated in the baseball team (Nihonbashi Dorinkers).

I also showed you the picture.

 Black bean shrimp potato from Kujo Negi Tamba of canola flower Kamogawa in Sagano

 The bright red Kintoki carrot is even more transparent than the maple of Arashiyama.

It seems that they are open for two people, while the husband is dealing with me, the landlady said, distributing leaflets to the Neighborhood Association, and customers immediately.

 I also bought Kyoyama potatoes all-you-can-pack 500 yen shrimp potatoes.

 It seems that the shop opens about once a month.

 It is said that the next day is just after New Year, and we plan to open a store in Kachidoki "marche of the Sun".

Here in Ningyocho, it seems that the sales space is a little small and you are looking for a place where you can always sell.

It's a little cute! Lion statue of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi in a trench coat

[TAKK...] December 16, 2013 17:00

A lion statue, a symbol of Mitsukoshi Department Store.

The lion statue is installed at the main entrance of the main building, and it is said that it will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year. Are you friends? I was wearing a trench coat near the entrance of the new building and welcomed customers.

Lion. jpg

As expected, it is just fit on the body, and the goodness of tailoring and the skill of the craftsman are transmitted.

It seems that Sanyo Shokai was in charge of design and sewing.

I'm going to want such a cool trench coat.

Nanikaichi in Tsukiji Outer Market

[Apricot peony] December 11, 2013 09:00

Nanikaichi on the Tsukiji Outer Market has become an annual event.

In December, the 7th was Saturday for the first time in a long time, but it was very crowded, probably because of the influence of the special feature on Tsukiji Market on a popular TV program the day before.

In Nanikaichi, each store offers specialty products at special prices, and at the information center "Platto Tsukiji", unique events unique to Tsukiji, such as eating and comparing eggs, are held every month.

This month of Shiwasu's "Osechi Special Feature"

From the many famous Tsukiji shops, "Matsuro" of egg-yaki, "Irifune" of Kamaboko and Datemaki, char siu from meat Oomiya, and seaweed "Hatoya", which is indispensable for rice cakes, are gathered together. Was.

The small venue was full of many people, as they could sample the specialty products of each store.

In addition, "Matsuro Sand", which is specially sold at the head office of egg-yaki "Matsuro" in the monthly Nankaichi, is already sold out after 11 o'clock!

In the past, instead of a snack to be covered, the introduction of a slightly unusual sandwich, which recreated that I was eating egg-yaki on bread, was handed over to the next time, so the shop of `` Shoro '' could be lined up Was.

From now on, by the end of the year, more and more people will come and Tsukiji Market will be bustling.

Places where new things are born <Social Business Lab>

[whatever] December 5, 2013 14:00

 Thankfully, since I started living in Chuo-ku, I have more opportunities to connect with people from different industries. There are many encounters with people involved in Chuo-ku, and it is very fresh to know new things.

 One day in September, when I was invited to an event that was suddenly changed to indoor BBQ due to the typhoon, participants started introducing themselves and said, "Is it an interesting place in the neighborhood? House? There is a discovery ... ", and I made time at a later date and toured the room.

<The shape of a new way of life and life>

"Share house" has been used to in the past few years. Shared House is intended to share a house and live together. On the other hand, the social business lab (SBL), which was introduced this time, was aimed at creating a new social business, and it was a new way of life and life that I could live together for those who do everything. In addition, it seems that there is also a cheap rental space for people working on social business to get together and try it out.

<Concept of SBL>

By creating a cheap rental space in the city center, SBL aims to provide a place for activities for those who work for society, and to create a new social business through matching and interaction between those who use the space.

<The trigger for launching SBL>

It is the village of an NPO artist who operates SBL. Although I started working with the artist's village, I couldn't have an office and had a hard time securing a place to meet, so not only myself but also those who have just started the activity I started to create a place where everyone could gather. In addition, it seems that this place has begun, with the idea of sharing the house and space together.

<Overview of SBL>

Living space for those who want to do everything on the 5th and 4th floors

1st and 3rd floors Rental space where people working for society gather (500 yen / H)

※The second floor is an office of another company.

<Residents of SBL>

Those who are currently occupying are hot people with aspirations.

Michio Yunoki, the representative of the "Artist Village", is the person who created this place, and he wants to move in and do it thoroughly.

What is an artist's village?>

In the artist's village, we aim to bring together people who are active in various fields to realize "I wish I had something like this."

<I've covered in detail>

By the way, as for the actual building, a five-story building with a roof near the entrance of the Metropolitan Expressway "Hakozaki". It is an old-fashioned building in a residential area, but the inside has been renovated. The most worrisome part of communal living (the only one I think?) The latest models were installed around the toilets, washrooms and bathrooms, and the impression was clean and very comfortable, but the inner wall still had the quaint sand wall as it was originally.

The first floor, which was originally a store, has a sense of openness, and plans to use it as an atelier or event space. He said he wanted to do something like marche and make it a place where people could easily interact with local people.

The third floor was a floor that could be used for offices and seminars, and we had everything we needed for meetings, such as desks, chairs, whiteboards, projectors, Wi-Fi. I'm grateful that the usage fee can be reduced at a low fee (500 yen / H) together.

The 4th to 5th floors are living floors (4 rooms in total).

 ***

 Personally, the most worrisome thing is the atelier space on the first floor, when I asked how to use it from outside, for example, I learned pottery as a hobby, but I exhibited my own work It can also be used as a general gallery for sale. Basically, it is free to use, but if you can consult with us, "Can you use it like this?", You will be able to discuss together and propose specific ideas. If you think so, there is no limit to the possibility of the user. I imagine that it would be fun if there was a gallery that was gradually opened to various generations, easy to enter and feel close to each other, from a gathering of people who knew it.

 There is a homepage, and you can check the usage status of the first and third floors from there, and you can make a reservation.

 By the way, it is a living space, but it is said that one room is still open. If you are interested, why not contact us via Facebook earlier or from [email protected]?

 Some people have said, "Please come and play anyway!" I hope that people from diverse backgrounds will gather, and I hope that my neighbors will be able to engage with little effort so that this SBL will become a place to transmit new things not only to Chuo-ku but also to all over Japan and overseas.
