Ginza Soap ★Reberations

It's a shop I happened to pass by and found at 1-chome.
"Ginza Soap" was written on the outside signboard, so I tried to enter it.

It was like an aromatherapy shop, and there was also an essential oil.

It seems that it will take at least one month to complete this Ginza soap.
Synthetic surfactants, artificial fragrances, using only raw materials that are thoroughly particular about quality.
It seems that they do not use any preservatives or alcohol.

Black diamond, aquamarine, pullmeria, avocado, olive, LOVE IS ...
There are 6 types, but there was a trial size that was half the thickness of ordinary soap, so I purchased it.
It's 945 yen with a handkerchief.

However, this soap is also written as Ginza Soap.
It seems that this pink part is a natural clay with a licensee premium soap.
Since it contains camellia oil and natural clay, is it a gradation version of LOVE IS ...?

At this shop, I've been promoting tourist association correspondents (laughs).

On the way home, I received a sample set of 6 kinds of Ginza soap (* ^^ *)

Basically, it seems to be a facial soap, so I tried using it immediately.♪
Creamy foam leaves your skin clean even after washing.
If this is good for your skin, you don't have to say it!

And there was such a heart soap. It's 500 yen in heart shape.

There was also a soap for dogs called Ginza DOGS.

There was also a franchise treatment oil.
At 22:00 for the witches, Franckinsense was introduced as a rejuvenation oil.
When I tried using the tester, it was very moist.

Town Walking Tour “Nihonbashi Long-established Tour”

On September 22, the last summer heat of this year, we helped with the town walking tour “Nihonbashi Long-established Tour”.


In this course, we will visit three famous long-established stores, "Ninben", "Yamamoto-noriten", and "Eitaro Sohonten" to listen to the history of the store and the story behind the products. This time, I helped with my correspondent Ken. Ken is from Kyoto, but has a deep knowledge of the history and geography of Edo, and is good at speaking, so it is encouraging.


The first house is Mr. Ninben. In Genroku 12 (1699), it was the shop in Nihonbashi that began trading bonito and dried salts with doorboards lined up. The store, which has changed its appearance with the times, will be temporarily closed on October 21 for the development of the Higashi area of Nihonbashi Muromachi, and will start operating at coredo Muromachi on October 28.


The household miniature shrine inside the store makes you feel like a long-established style.

After that, enjoy shopping in the store. I was surprised that the soup I tasted was delicious. Moreover, I was surprised twice because I just stretched the white dashi in the bottle with hot water. Not only bonito flakes and dashi-related products, but also cooked rice ingredients are recommended.

 

The next one we headed was Mr. Yamamoto-noriten. Founded in 1849. The interior of the store has a large curved ceiling like the bottom of the ship, a wall reminiscent of a sail with a wind, a Shigaraki ware tiles that stylize the male cells of laver, and an image of a laver ship.

And last is Eitaro Sohonpo. Founded in 1857. I was told in front of the shop, but there were already a lot of highlights before entering, and as expected, a long-established store.

Pasta with Oji Salmon's salmon chip!

This is also a shop I found in the Ginza 100-point booklet.
This is a salmon company of the Oji Paper Group.
Prototypes of smoke salmon began in 1964.
It seems that he established a salmon company in Hokkaido.
After all, salmon is Hokkaido!

The main store and factory are located in Hokkaido, but the headquarters is located in 3-chome in Ginza.
Also, I think there are sales offices in Osaka and Nagoya.

Every month, Ginza Hundred Points contain photos of dishes using this salmon.
The staff of the shop gave me a lot of kind explanations (*^^*)
You can also sample the tip!

It was hot on this day, so I stopped smoked salmon and tried to make salmon chips.
This can be taken home at room temperature, and it seems easy to use.

There seems to be something like a spot sale on the spot.

After that, they also sold salmon crabs.
It looks good as a souvenir for the end of the year.

Riverside Autumn Festa

On September 17, when the refreshing autumn sky spread, Ginzo went to Riverside Autumn Festa, which was introduced in a blog post on September 14.

 

The event starts at 5 o'clock, but first we go at 4 o'clock and apply for a free water cruise. A line has already been formed, and 15 minutes later, half of the capacity (200 passengers each flight) ends.

It's also quite popular, helping with the best weather for cruising.

One hour to start. While the festival Japanese lantern was excited about the atmosphere, music performances and final preparations for the mock shop were busy here and there.

 

P9170089.JPGAfter walking for a while, the Tokyo Metropolitan Park Association and Waterside Division began free distribution of "charcoal and Hosenka flower seedlings on Miyakejima Island". Charcoal is a carbonized island tree that died in the 2000 Miyakejima Island volcanic eruption disaster for effective use, and it seems that the association has purchased it to help rebuild the island.

          Hosenka, it's big!   Charcoal is used as soil improvement material.

Once I returned home, I went back to the venue again at the boarding time at 5:50 (here joined Ginzo).

 

When I got on the boat on the deck, there was a faint red-colored cloud spreading.

We are finally leaving for a 30-minute cruising, blowing in a pleasant river breeze.

It seems that this water bus also plays an active role in transporting goods and supporting returning home in the event of a disaster, and it has a flat shape so that it can operate under the bridge even at high tide and under the shallow depth even at low tide. That's right.

Ginza Karaku's kiln-baked cream puffs and baked sweets

After entering Matsuya-dori in Ginza 4-chome, it is next to the building of Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ.
A shop I found when I visited the office of the Ginza Street Federation.
It is a shop where you can enjoy a variety of French sweets.

First of all, the specialty is this kiln-baked cream puff.
It seems that they are baked in a stone kiln in the store.
Brown rice custard, apricot, matcha, figs
There are 4 kinds of cream, and if you go when it is freshly baked, you can go there.
You can fill it with cream on the spot.
It seems that it is a way of eating that can only be done in Ginza Karaku.

It was not freshly baked, so I ordered it normally.
I made brown rice custard.
Cream cream puff, brown rice flour flavored umai (*^^*)
The surface is not as hard as Cookie Shoo, and it has a crispy texture.
I don't like very hard Shoo skin.
This kind of crispy is just right and delicious.

I took out some baked goods.

It seems that it was before Macaron was introduced from Italy.

I prefer cookies, so this is also delicious!
It was 480 yen for 6 pieces.
