Introduction of Chuo-ku Tourism Association member stores 12 Flower Butterfly Kacyo

[Silver] July 30, 2011 08:30

"Flower Butterfly" located in Ginza 7-chome 16-7 is located right next to Shimbashi Enbujo, so it was a shop I'd like to visit before. Today, I came to have a little elegant and high-quality lunch. It's a nice entrance, isn't it?

CIMG8800.jpg

On the side of the stairs on the right after entering from the entrance, a fair woman's eye difference Shiga drawn by Koyoko Yamaguchi!

I'm going to be captivated.

CIMG8802.jpg

Once it was like a reception room, waited until it was ready, and then passed through this wonderful restaurant. There is a sliding door with a picture of a dakan bird, and the balustrade has an elaborate design. The ikebana purple Turkish bellflower is also wonderful.

CIMG8810.jpg

I ordered today's lunch. There are 4 kinds of lunch courses. There is one type of meal, and three good course menus to bring each one.
When I ordered, I was asked, "Do you have any allergies or anything I can't eat?", And I felt care for the customers at shinethis shop.

The first thing that came out was a cold salad with a little sour taste of grinding tomatoes and adding wine vinegar, but seems to be fine.

CIMG8811.jpg

The next dish was today's fish dish appetizer purchased from Tsukiji Market. Isaki, wasp tuna and Aoyagi sashimi. Yeah, I'm starting to want sake. You can also get house wine at a reasonable price.

CIMG8817.jpg

The next fish dish is sea bass saute. There are two kinds of sauces, basil sauce in the foreground. Tomato sauce in the back.

CIMG8819.jpg

Today's meat dish. Beef and chicken steak. Rice, miso soup, and incense were also moderately served in a timely manner, and we had a really nice lunch.

CIMG8821.jpg

This is not the end. A wonderful fruit and ice cream dessert was also available.

CIMG8822.jpg

After this dessert, with Italian roast coffee, ¥3500 is a great price.

By all means, please enjoy a high quality meal. For more information about flower butterflies, see http://kacyo.com/

According to a story I heard during the meal, the predecessor of this restaurant was a restaurant since 1927.

The current restaurant was kindly supported, such as being produced by Amon Miyamoto.

A wonderful personheart04 from China, who is training the hospitality and hospitality, also came to greet me.

Hakodateya-original ice cream shop

[Yotaro] July 29, 2011 08:30

IMG_0493.JPG The hot summer has come again this year. When you go out in the hot weather, you just get your hands on shaved ice and ice cream.

Ice, as is known in the story of Kaga Domain's ice offering on June 1 (the lunar calendar) during the Edo period, seems to have been eaten only by noble people. After the Meiji Restoration, he moved to Yokohama, and in Tokyo in 1872 (1872), Hakodate's natural ice was sent to the ice room in Shintomi-cho and sold to citizens. It seems that artificial ice was founded in 1883 (1883), when an ice making company was established in Shinsakaemachi, Kyobashi Ward. ("History of Chuo-ku")

Ice cream was introduced by foreigners at the end of the Tokugawa period, and in 1869, a person named Fuzo Machida opened an ice shop on Bashamichi Street in Yokohama, and sold it with a banner called "Aisukurin". ("Milk and Japanese") However, it seems that foreigners rarely stopped by and suffered a great loss. The ice cream was sold to the general public around 1879 and 13 (1879, 80) at Hakodateya in Ginza, and "Chuo-ku Fumishita" said it was probably the first shop in Japan.

Shin Okura (1831-?), the owner of the Hakodate shop, is said to be the former Owari clansman, and is the remnant party of Hakodate Goryokaku, who fought according to Takeaki Enomoto. In 1876 (1876), Mount Fuji was formed at 2-9 Hiya, Owari-cho, Kyobashi-ku (now around 6-9-7 Ginza). (Roan Uchida's "Ginza Prosperity", Shogetsu Yamamoto's "100 episodes of Meiji Seso") He was said to be a strange man and famous man in Ginza in an unexpected Australian language of customers, such as a drum belly like a beer barrel, wearing clogs on clothes, etc. Was Roan Uchida says that the presence of a grandfather at Hakodateya is proud of Ginza, and that the disappearance of the store is even the loss of Ginza.

IMG_0473.JPG The grandson of Shindaizo is actor Kinzo Shin (1910-1988). He has been active as a famous supporting role for a long time and has appeared in many movies and TVs. He is a graduate of Yasuaki Elementary School. His writing, "Genso Ice Cream Hakodateya", states, "Grandpa borrowed money from Takeaki Enomoto and opened Hakodateya," "How to make ice cream from a Frenchman of the Shogunate adviser during the Hakodate War. I got it. " By the way, what was the taste of the ice cream at Hakodateya? I'm writing this.

"My misfortune is that ice cream grew up thinking that the house is the best, so I still can't afford the ice cream at any shop and I can't feel like eating it."

The graves of the Hakodate family and Kinzo Shin are located in Yanaka Cemetery.

regional cuisine in Akita at Higashiginza ★Akita Domain

[Mapo ★] July 28, 2011 08:30

It's right next to Kabukiza, a shop in regional cuisine in Akita.

I've heard the name, but I don't know that it's a fish.
I ate it for the first time in my life, but it was delicious like a shishamo.
I was told to try it from my head, but my head was impossible (>_<)
I was full of bones even near my head.

I didn't eat tonburi (caviar in the field) because I was not good at crushing.
My husband was eating deliciously. I like fish eggs (laughs).

On the right, I baked Hiuchi chicken.

And the tempura of wild vegetables and the vinegar miso of firefly squid.

And Kiritanpo hot pot.
Kiritanpo was delicious as if it were using Akitakomachi.
The vegetables in the pot were the vegetables I've never seen before. The amount is small.
The last shime is Inaba Udon. This was delicious~★

This is Akita's specialty as much as this!

My husband's father had a treat when he came from Osaka on a business trip.
I don't remember the price clearly, but I think it was Ginza price.

I don't see many shops in regional cuisine in Akita in Osaka.
I searched for it because it was a rare shop, but I was pleased (* ^^ *)

For store information, please visit this page.

Tea room at West Confectionery West

[Mapo ★] July 27, 2011 08:30

West is a Western confectionery shop located at 6-chome on Nishi Ginza Street.
It's also in Mitsukoshi in Ginza.

The main store of the tea room is Ginza, but it seems to have been made in the new building in Mitsukoshi.
I told the head office today.

In addition to the cake sample, "There are Mont Blanc, shortcakes and cream puffs."
That's why I went to Mont Blanc and Half & Half Shoo.

2011621232425EzlKy.jpg 201162123246ni6ti.jpg

Mont Blanc is marron paste on top of the roll cake.
It feels like a traditional Mont Blanc, and it's a little smaller.
It may have been nice to have this size because it is quite sweet.♪
It was Mont Blanc with a nostalgic taste.

The cream puff is also delicious, but it's sweet (laughs).
This is half with my husband ... For those who are not good at sweets, about half may be good!

In a store with an atmosphere that feels like a time slipped back a little ago.
It feels like time is flowing slowly.

HI380009001.jpg HI380007002.jpg

I bought leaf pie and cheese baton a long time ago, but the pie dough sweets are also delicious.

By the way, there is also a factory-operated store in Isawacho, Yamanashi.★

July 25 is "Shaved Ice Day"-Ginza Matsuzaki Senmochi Tea Ceremony-

1. July 26, 2011 08:30

After a typhoon, the heat has come back again. By the way, did you know that July 25 is "Shaved Ice Day"?

It is said that it was set by the Japan Shaved Ice Association as a day suitable for eating shaved ice in 1933, following the record of Japan's highest record of 40.8 degrees C at that time in Yamagata City. In addition, shaved ice is also called "summer ice" (Natsugoori), so it is said that it also talks with "7" and "25". After that, on August 16, 2007, it was 40.9 degrees C in Kumagaya City and Tajimi City, and the record was broken for the first time in 74 years.

That's why today we went to Matsuzaki Senmochi for shaved ice. According to the store's guidance, Matsuzaki Senmochi is a long-established store that has been relocated from Uoranzaka to Ginza in the first year of Keio (1865) for more than 200 years. On the first floor along Namiki-dori St., there are a lot of familiar rice crackers. The tea ceremony is located on the 2nd floor and is a favorite place for wives on the way home from shopping. I entered after 16:00 on weekdays, but it was almost full. Looking at the next kuzu mochi set sideways, don't hesitate today to enjoy "Uji Kintoki" (1050 yen). You can also topped with white balls and milk (+100 yen each).

I'm here. I'm here. 100_0145.JPGThis shaved ice is served on a pottery plate with a smooth ice so that you can see the thin and thin traces of it. The feel of melting in your mouth makes you feel "summer". Last week, I had a lot of ice at a shop in Osaka, and I felt sorry for me who love shaved ice.

Come on to the core of your head with shaved ice!

There's something that attracts your eyes in front of the cashier. Small white conchs and marbles are in the glass. The appearance that brings a little coolness is wonderful. I took a picture and received a discount ticket valid until the end of September.

Takebatei Ginza Store-A long-established lunch

1. July 20, 2011 10:00

July 21st is the day of the ox. It is a famous story that Gennai Hiraga played a role in the establishment of "Ox Day and eel of the earth", but do you know how "Ox Day of the earth" is decided?

Doyo is the 18 days before spring, summer, fall, and winter, and the day of the ox during that period is called "Doyo Ox Day". (It's not only summer.) Therefore, depending on the year, there may be two Ox days during the earth, and this year's earth entry is July 20, so "Nino Ox" will be August 2 .

"I picked up Takebatei on" Ox Day "and it's not a story of eel! "It seems that Tsukkomi is likely to enter, but Takebatei is one of the long-established long-established stores founded in the late Edo period. "Unagi" is too famous, so I don't think I need to mention it now, and today I'll introduce "Taichazuke".

This is also a very popular menu along with eel. I had lunch from time to time when I was a worker. According to the information of the shop, this "Taichazuke" has long been popular with literary ink customers. It seems that it often appears in Kafu Nagai's "Shokutei Nijo".

Lunch time, which usually has a long line, can be easily put in due to the rain, and immediately pickle taicha. Sashimi-sized sea bream with sesame sauce and condiment wasabi and green onions, freshly cooked rice in a chest, and hot tea in sesame in a mortar is brought. I received a sashimi with 1 or 2 slices of sesame sauce, but the neighbor immediately started making ochazuke. I don't know. ・That's why I'll have 2 meals as a result.

The dessert is my favorite "Tofu Ice" (420 yen). I don't have a photo because the battery of the digital camera is gone. Don't be wrong. It is especially recommended for hot days when appetite drops.
