[Ginzo] July 30, 2011 08:30

"Hanacho" at Ginza 7-chome 16-7 is located just near Shimbashi Enbujo, so it was a shop I wanted to visit before. Today I came to have a nice and elegant lunch. It's a nice front door.

CIMG8800.jpg

Entering from the entrance and beside the stairs on the right side of the stairs, a fairy woman's eye difference Shiga, drawn by Koyoko Yamaguchi!

I'm going to be obsessed.

CIMG8802.jpg

Once in a place like a reception room, waited until it was ready, and then passed through this wonderful restaurant. There is a sliding door in a picture of a datori, and the balustrade has an elaborate design. The ikebana purple Turkish bellflower is also wonderful.

CIMG8810.jpg

I ordered today's lunch. There are 4 kinds of lunch courses. It consists of one type of meal, and three excellent course menus that bring each.
When I ordered, I was asked, "Do you have any allergies or anything I can't eat?", And I felt my concern for the customers of shinethis shop.

The first thing I came out was a cold salad with a little sourness of grinding tomatoes and adding wine vinegar, but it seems to be fine.

CIMG8811.jpg

The next one was today's fish dish appetizer purchased from Tsukiji Market. Sashimi of Isaki, Mebachi tuna and Aoyagi. Yeah, I'm getting wanting sake. House wine is also available at a reasonable price.

CIMG8817.jpg

The next fish dish is sea bass saute. There are two kinds of sauces, basil sauce in the foreground. Tomato sauce in the back.

CIMG8819.jpg

Today's meat dish. Beef and chicken steak. Rice, miso soup, and incense were also served in a timely manner, and we had a really nice lunch.

CIMG8821.jpg

This is not the end. There was also a nice fruit and ice cream dessert.

CIMG8822.jpg

After this dessert, there is an Italian roast coffee, and ¥3,500 is very good.

Please enjoy a high-quality meal. For more information on flower butterflies, http://kacyo.com/

According to the story I heard during the meal, the predecessor of this restaurant was a restaurant since 1927.

We kindly responded that the current restaurant was produced by Amon Miyamoto.

A wonderful person from China, who was training in hospitality and hospitalityheart04, also came to greet me.

Hakodate-ya to original ice cream shop

[Yotaro] July 29, 2011 08:30

IMG_0493.JPG This year's hot summer has arrived. When you go out in the hot weather, you'll get your hands on shaved ice and ice cream.

As is known in the story of Kaga Domain's ice offering on June 1 in the Edo period, it seems that only noble people could speak. After the Meiji Restoration, he left Yokohama, and in Tokyo in 1872 (1872), the natural ice of Hakodate was sent to the ice room in Shin-Tomicho and sold to the public. It seems that artificial ice was started in 1883 (1883), when an ice making company was established in Shinsakaemachi in Kyobashi Ward. ("Shige of Chuo-ku")

Ice cream was introduced by foreigners at the end of the Tokugawa period, and in 1869, a person named Fuzo Machida opened an ice water shop on Bashamichi Street in Yokohama, and launched it with a banner called "Aisukurin". ("Milk and Japanese") However, it seems that foreigners have lost a lot because they rarely stop by. It was around 1879 and 13 (1879 and 1880) that ice cream was sold to the general public, and "Chuo-ku History" said that it was probably the first store in Japan.

The owner of Hakodateya, Shin Okura (1831-?), was said to be the former Owari clansman, and was the remnants of Hakodate Goryokaku, who fought according to Takeaki Enomoto. In 1876, he opened an ice shop with a roof signboard shaped like Mount Fuji at 2-9-7 Owaricho, Kyobashi-ku (now around 6-chome 9-7 Ginza), and later sold a glass of rare Western sake at that time. (Roan Uchida "Ginza Shigeshoki" and Shogetsu Yamamoto "Meiji See Hundred Episode") He is said to be a strange person and famous man in Ginza in a loud language that does not even consider customers as customers. Was. Roan Uchida says that the presence of the grandfather of Hakodateya is proud of Ginza, and that the loss of the store is the loss of Ginza.

IMG_0473.JPG The grandson of Shinshu Univ. Kura is actor Kinzo Shin (1910-1988). He has been active as a supporting role for a long time, and has appeared in many movies and TVs. He is a graduate of Yasuaki Elementary School. According to his writing, "Grandfather Ice Cream Hakodateya", "Grandpa borrowed money from Takeaki Enomoto to open Hakodateya," and "How to make ice cream was taught by a Frenchman, an advisor to the Shogunate during the Hakodate War." By the way, what was the taste of the ice cream at Hakodateya? I'm writing this.

"My misfortune is that I grew up thinking that ice cream is the best at home, so I still can't get any ice cream from anywhere else and I can't eat it."

The tombs of the Hakodateya family and Kinzo Shin are located in Yanaka Cemetery.

regional cuisine in Akita at Higashiginza ★Akita Domain

[Map★] July 28, 2011 08:30

It is located right next to Kabukiza Theater, a shop in regional cuisine in Akita.

I've heard the name, but I don't know it's a fish,
I ate it for the first time in my life, but it tasted like a shishamo.
I was told to try it out of my head, but I couldn’t do it [...]
It was full of bones near my head.

I didn't eat tonburi (caviar in the field) because I was not good at crushing.
My husband was eating deliciously. I like fish eggs (laughs).

On the right, I baked Hinai chicken.

Also, such as tempura of wild vegetables and vinegar miso of firefly squid.

And Kiritanpo pot.
Kiritanpo seemed to be using Akitakomachi.
The vegetables in the pot were vegetables I had never seen much. The quantity is small.
The last shime is Inaba Udon. This was delicious~★

It's a specialty of Akita, whether this or not!

My husband's father had a meal when he came on a business trip from Osaka.
I don't remember the price clearly, but I think it was the Ginza price.

I don't see many shops in regional cuisine in Akita in Osaka,
I was looking for an unusual shop, but I was pleased (* ^^*)

Store information is available on this page

Tea room at Western Confectionery West

[Map★] July 27, 2011 08:30

West is a Western confectionery shop located at 6-chome on Nishi-Ginza Street.
It is also in Mitsukoshi in Ginza.

The main store of the tea room is Ginza, but it seems that it was also built in the new building in Mitsukoshi.
I told the store today.

In addition to the cake sample, "I have Mont Blanc and shortcakes and cream puffs."
That's why it was Mont Blanc and Half & Half Shoo.

2011621232425EzlKy.jpg 201162123246ni6ti.jpg

Mont Blanc is a marron paste on a roll cake.
It feels like an old-fashioned Mont Blanc, a little smaller.
It's pretty sweet, so it might have been good at this size.♪
It was Mont Blanc with a nostalgic taste.

The cream puff is also delicious, but it is sweet (laughs)
This is half with my husband ... maybe half is good for those who are not good at sweets!

In the store with a feeling of time slipping back a while ago,
It feels like time is flowing slowly.

HI380009001.jpg HI380007002.jpg

I bought a leaf pie and cheese baton a long time ago, but the sweets from the pie dough are also delicious.

By the way, there is also a factory direct management shop in Isawacho, Yamanashi.★

July 25th is "Shaved Ice Day"-Ginza Matsuzaki Senbei tea ceremony-

[Desire purple] July 26, 2011 08:30

A typhoon has passed and the heat has returned. Did you know that July 25th is Shaved Ice Day?

In 1933, in Yamagata City, Japan's highest record of 40.8 degrees C at that time, it was set by the Japan Shaved Ice Association as a suitable day for eating shaved ice. In addition, shaved ice is also called "natsugoori", so it is said that it also talks with "7" and "25". After that, on August 16, 2007, it was 40.9 degrees C in Kumagaya City and Tajimi City, and the record was broken for the first time in 74 years is a new place to remember.

That's why today I'm going to Matsuzaki Senbei for shaved ice. According to the guidance of the shop, Matsuzaki Senbei is a long-established store that has been more than 200 years since the third generation moved from Uoranzaka to Ginza in 1865. On the 1st floor along Namiki-dori St., there are a lot of familiar rice crackers. "Tea ceremony" is located on the 2nd floor and is a favorite place for wives on the way back to shopping. I entered after 16:00 on weekdays, but it was almost full of seats. While looking at the next kuzumochi set at the side, don't hesitate today to "Uji Kintoki" (1050 yen). You can also topped with white balls and milk (+100 yen each).

I'm here. I'm here. 100_0145.JPGThis shaved ice is served on a pottery plate with smooth ice so that you can see the thin and thin traces of shaved ice. The feeling that melts smoothly in your mouth makes you feel "summer". Last week, I had at a shop in Osaka, where there was a lump of ice, so I was sad for a shaved ice lover.

Come to the core of your head and this is shaved ice!

Something that attracts your eyes in front of the cashier. Small white scallops and marbles in the glass. It's nice to have a cool look. I took a picture and received a discount ticket valid until the end of September.

I found a phrase that is perfect at this time in the chronology.

Takebatei Ginza Store - Long-established lunch

[Desire purple] 10:00 on July 20, 2011

July 21st is the day of the Ox. It is a famous story that Gennai Hiraga played a role in the establishment of "Doyo's Ox Day and Eel", but do you know how "Doyo's Ox Day" is decided?

Doyo is the 18 days before spring, summer, fall, and winter, and the ox day during that period is called "Doyo no Ox Day". (It's not only summer.) Therefore, depending on the year, there may be two Ox days between Doyo, and this year the Doyo enters July 20, so "Ni no Ox" will be August 2nd .

"I picked up Takebatei on 'Ox Day' and it's not a story of eel! "It seems that Tsukkomi is included, but Takebatei is one of the long-established stores that was founded in the late Edo period. "Unagi" is so famous that I don't think it's necessary to mention it now, so today I'll introduce "Taichazuke".

This is also a very popular menu along with eel. I also had lunch sometimes when I was a worker. According to the guidance of the shop, this "Taichazuke" has long been popular among literary ink artists. It seems that it often appears in Kafu Nagai's "Gyutei Nijo".

Lunch time, which is usually a long line, can be put in smoothly due to the rain, and immediately pickle bream tea. A hot tea is brought to sashimi-sized sea bream with sesame sauce, condiments wasabi and onion, freshly cooked rice in a chest, and sesame in a mortar. I received 1 or 2 slices of sesame sashimi, but the neighbor immediately started making ochazuke. The loser and I too. ・So, I’m going to get 2 meals.

The dessert is my favorite "Tofu Ice" (420 yen). There is no photo because the battery of the digital camera is gone. I'm sorry. This is especially recommended in hot days when appetite falls.
