Even though the declaration of the end of the rainy season has not yet been made, this heat, before the arrival of the full-fledged summer, it is around this time, but how about everyone? In such a case, "Ginza Kiraku", who is popular for "Saga beef original steamed steamed" and limited to eating delicious food and refreshing it. It is located on the 5th floor of the building facing Namiki-dori St. in Ginza 5-chome. The "Kiraku Ginza" store opened in September 2005 as an antenna restaurant that is not an antenna shop of "JA Saga". It's almost 10 years now, and it's become one of the shops that are completely rooted in Ginza and difficult to make reservations.
I made a reservation after a little shift, but the large store is almost full. We decided to ask for the recommended "original steamed steamed" of a friend of the eating shinbo. Depending on the meat rank, you can choose 9000 yen for "highest Saga beef", 5500 yen for "Saga beef", and 3000 yen for "domestic beef". This time, we asked for "Saga beef" 5500 yen course "Assorted appetizers-Aya of Saga", "Kiraku Seiro steamed", " freshly cooked rice and hometown pickles", "Special dessert-season Umakamon" and "Ureshino tea" is.
Assorted appetizers include cold potage of corn soup, cold Saga beef, confi, and eggplant soaking, and the main Saga beef steamed is seasonal vegetables and mushrooms spread on a 30 cm square. Saga beef is served when vegetables and vegetables are soft. The person in charge will put it in one dose at a time, and the person in charge will sort it on the plate. Two kinds of sauces, ponzu and sesame sauce, have been repeated several times, and that amazing volume of vegetables have been completely flattened. !The next one brought is a cute size j kettle, the most difficult to cook with time, or the shiny rice grains stand. Rice "Dream no Shizuku" from Saga. My friend changed it twice, so I was happy to have a meal. The dessert is Kinako's ice cream, fruit compote and jelly, banana and mango cream brulee. It's Ureshino tea. The vessels to be offered are Fukagawa Seiki, Kakiemon Kiln, Taroemon Nakazato Kiln, and Hizen Mei Owa Paper, which I first met. Mei Owa Paper is an old-fashioned Japanese paper that began in the Genroku era, but "Kaji" is the raw material. There are many mulberry and mitsumata, but this is the first time Kaji. Because of JA's management, most of the ingredients are sent directly from Saga, agricultural products in Saga Prefecture, livestock, etc. "Saga no Umakamon", and I feel like I want to say "TEAM Saga". Also noteworthy is the good feeling of the service, the knowledge of the response, the timing of the service and the pleasant customer service after a long absence, and a friend of Kyushu Biiki said, "The service is still Kyushu." I'm proud of my hometown. How do you spend a delicious time in Ginza surpassing the heat?
