Tuscanna Fair - Faro Shiseido -

Faro Shiseido, an Italian restaurant operated by Shiseido Parlour, on the 10th floor of Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building, is holding the "Tscanna Fair" until April 29 (Sun).

Florence, which became the center of the Renaissance culture, is the capital of the state, and it has rich earth blessings suitable for seafood, farming and livestock farming.

In particular, olive oil, beans and cheese are produced abundantly.

 

At Faro Shiseido, we arrange regional cuisine in the Tuscany region like a ristrante and deliver it on a course.

In addition, we also offer dessert wagons such as cakes arranged in a tart tatan style with traditional panforte from the Tuscan region.

Replanting street trees on Ginza Chuo-dori

A new street tree seedlings are planted on the west sidewalk of Ginza Chuo-dori.

Seedlings were planted on the sidewalks of 1-chome, 2-chome, and 3-chome across the Ginza 2-chome intersection where my commuting route, Ginza Marronnier Street and Chuo-dori, intersect.

This new street tree is said to be a wig tree.

Wig is a tree commonly found as a park or street tree, and is a deciduous tree that leaves yellow in autumn.

The trunk is straight, fast growing, and seems to be about 20m high.

By the way, the current street tree on Chuo-dori is yew.

Yew is an evergreen coniferous tree with a beautiful trunk extending straight and a beautiful conical shape.

In the past, the theory that yew was used to make a shak used by high-ranking people using yew wood, and that yew wood was much reder (= scarlet) than other wood, There is a theory that "the best scarlet" changed from "scarlet" to "one scarlet".

Fuji is blooming in such a place

At present, Fuji is in full bloom inside the fence of the Metropolitan Expressway Toshin Beltway, near the congratulatory bridge from the middle of the congratulatory bridge and Mannen Bridge on the map above, near the congratulatory bridge.

Kazumi Nagaoka Exhibition "Appearing" @Gallery Camellia

Hello. It's Hanes, a new correspondent!
I visited a gallery in Ginza for the first time the other day, influenced by my correspondent seniors.
For me, who is not familiar with art, I had the image of "a gallery seems to have a high threshold."
When I actually visited, the image was dispelled, and it turned into a positive impression, "I want to go again!"
This time, I would like to introduce a wonderful gallery that made me think so.

The gallery is located in the Okuno Building, a luxury designer's condominium built in 1932.
This building, which has witnessed the transition of Ginza for more than 85 years, has been reborn as a center of art in Ginza, and is still active in Balibari.

The gallery you are looking for is on the upper floor, so you'll move with a retro manual elevator that you've been concerned about for a long time!
It's very fresh for me who got used to automatic doors.
I think this elevator is the gateway to the world of mysterious stories.

The number of floors is analog, but it is somewhat reminiscent of Western antiques.
If you look at the needle that moves smoothly as you move up and down the elevator, you will feel like you have a time slip.

Currently, Kazumi Nagaoka exhibition "Appearance" is being held.
After completing a teacher training course at Kochi University, he was nearing his graduation.
Mr. Nagaoka said that he met a terracotta teacher from Tokyo at a workshop held in Kochi.
I was able to make the most of the goodness of the soil, and I was fascinated by the terracotta that says, "What I actually created will take shape as it is."
He seems to have been working since then.

Many of Mr. Nagaoka's works make viewers feel gentle and calm.
Works have been set up in shops, clinics, clinics, clinics, etc., mainly in Okayama, Hyogo, and Kagawa prefectures.
Recently, he provided relief to the Daita Kindergarten New Garden Building attached to Daita Church in Setagaya-ku.
Since there are only wonderful works, I would like to introduce some of them after obtaining permission from Mr. Nagaoka himself and the owner of the gallery.

Last month, we introduced the Tsukiji River Sendai Bridge Park, where cherry blossoms with different flowering times are planted.
