A vegetable sommelier Tomoko Masuda's

After introducing how to grow each grape and its taste, we introduced it.

They eat and compare five kinds of grapes one by one.

With rich sweetness, taste changes in your mouth. It was a very delicious and fun time.

Solo exhibition [Gallery Ginza] depicting "The Quiet Day of Japan"

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] September 19, 2018 12:00

This is a solo exhibition held on the first floor of the gallery "Gallery Ginza" in Ginza 2-chome.

"Kazu Uozu YOSHIKATSU Exhibition Japan's Quiet Day First Collection"

uoz201802.JPG

The event period is from Saturday, September 15 to September 21 (Fri), and the time is from 11:00 to 19:00.

uoz201803.JPG

All the works on display at the venue were drawn on the main theme of "Set Day in Japan".

uoz201804.JPG

This is a group of works that perfectly match the word "Sanshisuimei", which was used to introduce this solo exhibition on the gallery's website.

uoz201805.JPG

It is Mr. Uozu's work, where you can calm down, relax, and feel gentle when you look at it.

uoz201806.JPG

The colors of the objects drawn, such as Japanese nature, shrines and temples, and creatures (tigers, sparrows, snakes, carps, goldfish), are very beautiful, and the works are made using rock paints, mud paints, transparent watercolor paints, and are meticulously drawn on Japanese paper or silk fabric.

uoz201807.JPG

I heard that Uozu was not a specialist in Japanese painting all the time, but until a few years ago, he specialized in commercial design ().

Japanese painting has always wanted to try it, and it seems that this is the first solo exhibition to realize that feeling.

uoz201808.JPG

Although the heat still remains, it is a solo exhibition suitable for "Autumn of Art Appreciation".

Please drop in.

uoz201809.JPG

Thank you for your understanding of the photography at the venue.

Mr. Uozu, who was at the venue, gave a direct explanation of the work.

Thank you very much

Experience the art space of Hyatt St Rick Ginza Tokyo!

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] September 19, 2018 09:00

I visited Hyatt St Rick Ginza Tokyo, which just opened this year in Ginza 6-chome. This place used to be the Asahi Shimbun from 1888 to 1927, Soseki Natsume was the main writer since 1907, and Takuboku Ishikawa has served as a proofreader since 1909. As you all know, there is poetry monument of Takuboku.

Entrance wall type. jpg At the entrance on the first floor, you will be greeted by a map of Ginza made using the type that was actually used in printing until 50 years ago. The red one is here. You can feel the grid-like appearance of Ginza, which inherits the town layout of the Edo period, with a three-dimensional effect.

Restaurant wall type. jpg

The stairwell walls on the 3rd and 4th floors have contemporary art in print.

In 1872, a brick street was built with the prestige of the government, but it was not easily accepted by general stores, and newspaper companies gathered with an eye on the convenience of transportation and good information collection. For a while, Ginza became a city where about 200 affiliated companies such as newspaper companies and printing offices gathered.

Printing in that era involves engraving letters on metal, arranging prints side by side, writing, and printing them. Imagine while looking at the wall that made the top print of the time art.

There are letters art works everywhere, and the fun of searching is tickled, and it seems that this hotel aims to be a base for visitors to know, feel, and experience the charm of Ginza.

In the dining & bar on the 3rd floor, the paper that comes out of trial printing at the start of newspaper printing and the paper that is discarded are wallpapers.

In addition, you can spend a moment that is blocked from cars and traffic while being blown by the unusual outside wind in Ginza. The space with the opposite building of Namiki-dori St. is exactly the town layout space between Yokocho 7 from the Edo period. From now to the past, from the past to the present, and from the future. It is a valuable place to hit in Ginza, which is also indulge in fantasy trips of time. By all means, why don't you use it for accommodation in the middle of the silver bra?

"Cooker's Omakase Gozen"-WASHOKU Kinbroidero

1. September 18, 2018 12:00

100_2942.JPG 100_2943.JPG 100_2944.JPG

It is customary to go to lunch with friends after the course. I'm laughing that I don't know which one is the main, but I always enjoy eating with my unconscious friends.

Today, I went to "WASHOKU Nishikiro" which one of the members found. It is on the third floor of the building where the antenna shop "Ishikawa Hyakumangoku" is located rather than just next to Ginza 1-chome Subway. I heard that although there is no management relationship with "Ishikawa Hyakumangoku", it is an ideal place because it is a shop that provides "Ishikawa's direct-grown ingredients and regional cuisine with vessels from Ishikawa Prefecture". "Nishiki embroidery" is a term that refers to beautiful things in general, but also refers to the same autumn leaves as "Nishikishu". It's quite easy to get ahead of the coming season.

I was surprised to see the book "Cooker Omakase Gozen" that I had reserved. "Appetizers, sashimi, small bowls, turbot Saikyo-yaki, main dish miso pot using Noto pork and ten kinds of ingredients, white rice, grilled green onion green pepper miso, incense food, dessert" 2500 yen (gome) . Actually, my friend had a reservation online, so it was 2,000 yen for food and drinks included! I was told that "alcohol is prohibited for a while" during the fracture of my first experience, and everyone says "cold sake, beer, shochu water cracking" etc. is a word "patience".

However, when I put chopsticks on the dish, I made a smile. The dishes included in Kutani porcelain and Wajima Nuri are of course beautiful, but they are delicious. The turbot's Saikyo-yaki is exquisite, and the "baked onion miso" on the white rice is making a noise saying, "You can drink with this alone!" (Sold) The inside of the store is full despite rain. The service is well-suited, the location is excellent, and it may be easy to become a familiar person.

MARIAGE FRE'RES TEA RESTAURANT in Ginza

[Silver] September 16, 2018 14:00

I found a Mariage Frail store on Suzuran Street in Ginza.

I had the opportunity to enter the store and listen to the story. A week later, I found TEA RESTAUANT on the second floor of the Ginza Miwa Building, a store with Mitsubishi UFJ Bank located on Matsuya Street on Ginza Street. Follow the passage surrounded by wonderful furniture on the second floor.

1536358794163.jpg

When I entered the restaurant, it was very clean based on white, and it was a very quiet restaurant at 3:00 pm.

1536358829609.jpg

"I want to enjoy delicious tea slowly in the afternoon," he decided on tea on this day. On this day, I ordered a variety called MARCO POLO. My friend ordered a new tea that had just arrived, a variety that was not yet on the menu.

1536358880202.jpg

I enjoyed two kinds of black tea, but the delicate taste, a little fruity aroma and taste were clearly distinguished from the tea extracted from the tea bag. On the next afternoon-tea, I would like to taste a very beautiful and delicious cake.

You can enjoy 3 to 4 cups of black tea in the pot, and black tea around 1,000 yen is worth it.

You can purchase a book called L'ART FRANCAIS DE THE ' "French-style Tea Art" for a fee (¥ 2,700, excluding consumption tax).

1536358860648.jpg

Beginning on June 1, 1854 with the introduction of Henri Mariage and Edouard Mariaage, the founder of the French tea specialty store Mariage Frail called "Maisondote", and the history and characteristics of tea are enjoyed by illustrations in the book. You can get to know.

In this photo and article, the shop listened to the story, allowed the restaurant to take photos and post articles. Please see here for the URL of the company and store. http://www.mariagefreres.co.jp/
