However, in principle, it is a rule to match the convenience of the long-established store on that day, so there was a change on the day, but as I thought it was betterflair, it was very fun and interesting, from the gathering at 11:00, until the dissolution at 14:30 I felt in no time.

I will report it quickly and easily.pencil

In addition, since it is likely to be long, I would like to report it several times ...

Also, I think it's rude to have a camera so flashy to visit ... I brought only mobilephonemy mobile phone camerainstead of a digital camera, so it's quite difficult to see the image ... . .

Thank you for your understanding (notedanger, of course, when you take a picture on your mobile phone, you will be allowed to the shop).

400 years of history in the middle of Ginza ~Why is Ginza a grid-like street?

[Ken] 09:00 on June 24, 2009

Ginza is one of the most famous downtown areas in Japan. There are long-established stores that have been around since the Edo period and high-end luxury brand shops that are trendy, and even in the bustle, it is an adult city that makes you feel a tremendous dignity.

ck0918-06243.jpg 4-chome intersection

By the way, have you experienced losing your way in Ginza? Ginza is a grid-like city where most streets cross right angles. All intersections look the same in terms of four corners, and I think that there are times when you are not accustomed to Ginza, where you are lost.

So why did Ginza become such a grid-like city? The reason goes back about 400 years ago, when Ieyasu built a city called Edo. Ginza was developed by Ieyasu as a "town people" in 1612 in the early Edo period. Ieyasu landed this land, which was rarely inhabited, in a grid shape and gave it to the townspeople. The location relationship between Tokaido (= current Ginza-dori) and its back-dori (= current Namiki-dori St.), and the street that intersects at right angles (at that time it was called Yokocho), Ginza Yanagi-dori St., Marronnier Street, Harumi-dori St., etc., has hardly changed from 400 years ago. By the way, Ginza Street, the main street of Ginza today (there are surprisingly many people who do not know that this street falls on the old Tokaido)...The road width of about 16 meters of the roadway is almost the same as the road width of the Edo period. During the Edo period, it was the street of sankin kotai's daimyo who climbed Edo Castle and the Korean correspondents who were known for their gorgeous gorgeousness. I think it's fun to try silver brushing while thinking about 400 years ago during a pedestrian paradise. Ginza blends the forefront of modern fashion and the weight of 400 years of history in a very natural way. There may be a secret that this city attracts people.

Chuo-ku Anather side (vol3: glittering triton terrace)

[ww] 10:00 on June 22, 2009

On a sunny holiday, go to Triton for relief.

water.jpg

picturex.jpg

Sometimes I ride a bicycle slowly along the Sumida River shore, passing through Tsukishima from Tsukuda to Triton in Harumi.

Here Harumi Triton is based on the concept of "the beautiful harmony between the three beautiful harmony of work, play, and residence", from the location of the sea town Harumi, named after the Greek mythology sea god Triton. It is very easy and open despite a high-class atmosphere reminiscent of a hotel resort in the Mediterranean Sea.
On holidays, most of the guests are thought to be neighbors, never too crowded, sharing the same space as a place for relaxation, so to speak, "modern version downtown", so you can feel comfortable and relieved. This time, we will introduce a part of the "play" area where anyone can enter freely from a number of facilities.

<External 1st floor: Water Terrace (pictured above)>
On a clear day, it is full of cheers from children playing in the fountain.

<External 2nd floor: Flower Terrace / Green Terrace (upper left and bottom photo)>
Garden space. The well-maintained flowers show pretty appearances every season. Especially in early summer this time.

<Inner 2nd floor: Mythical square (left middle and bottom photo)>
There are shopping and restaurant areas on the 1st to 3rd floors, and in the square of God on the 2nd floor, ceiling paintings with Greek myth motifs and floor tiles depicting semi-fishing tritons, create a mysterious atmosphere. (ww)

Kadouchi at Kyobashi

[Satsuki Yanagi] June 22, 2009 09:30

Standingbeer in a liquor store is called "Kakuuchi", but the long-established liquor store "Masuku", which has a shop on Chuo-dori, can enjoy Tsunouchi in the business district, Kyobashiscissors.msk1.jpg

The interior of the store with high ceilings and large depths will be bustling with businessmen returning from work after moon36:00.

This is a self-style style in which you choose your favorite from a row of liquors, canned foods, and dried foods, take them to the cash register, and payyen them.

All are retail prices, so moneybagit's good for your walletwink.

As soon as possible, I also had a glass of wine (260 yen) wineand canned food.

The lady takes the wine out of the refrigerator and pours it into the glass. The counters and tables were regulars (?),full so I found emptya space on the display shelf of the product and started drinking.

It seems that there are more groups of 2 to 3 people, but there are also customers who came alone.

Ureshii confidentis located in the center of the office district where you can easily drop in Tsunouchi Chino.

For the second cup, take out the cup liquor (260 yen)bottle from the refrigerator and put the chikama into ate.

Go to Hamacho Park for a morning walk

[Tom downtown] June 22, 2009 09:30

200906 Hamacho Park. jpg

Early in the morning during the rainy season, it is a pleasant time to take a walk.

This morning, I walked from Ningyocho to Hamacho.

Since this area is a town that has been bustling since the Edo period, it seems that there are some gorgeous scents.

When I passed the side of Meijiza and arrived at Hamacho Park, the breath of all green was refreshing, and a refreshing breeze was flowing in the park, which was illuminated by the light sun. There are many people who stroll, making it a place for residents to relax.happy01

There is also a [general sports center] in the park, a pool and training room, as well as a golf driving range, making it a comfortable facility to move your body.run

Of course, there are many famous gourmet spots nearby, making it an attractive area. I couldn't help but to visit again in the evening.delicious
