The old "Kibikicho" on the east side of Ginza, especially around the back of Kabukiza Theater, is a place where even though it is Ginza, there are wooden houses and signboard architecture in a narrow alley, leaving a slightly retro atmosphere.
Of course, there are many large buildings, but small buildings such as private shops and stores have been rebuilt as they are are also noticeable.
Is such a building still home to residents of the past, or even if it is a building, it is full of downtown atmosphere by putting trees at the entrance.
Among them, there is a small building with beautiful flower pots and a stone Chozubachi where medaka is swimming.
When I asked the owner, the stone Chozubachi was the "stone mortar" used in the dumpling shop, which the owner's grandfather was doing near here in Meiji period.
The lower right rear end is partially chipped. It was said that it was because it was fired during the Great Kanto Earthquake.
After that, the reconstruction plan decided to build "Showa-dori", and the dumpling shop was evacuated and moved to Tsukiji to continue business. During the Pacific War, the stone mill was able to maintain its appearance, probably because it was near St. Luke Hospital, escaped from the damage of the air raid. However, when we resumed business after the war, we decided to replace new tools, and this stone mill was about to be disposed of. So, the father of the owner, who was the third son of a dumpling shop, said, "I can't help anything with memories."
This place happened to be very close to the place where my grandfather opened a dumpling shop. For about 100 years, after passing through the Great Kanto Earthquake and the war, Ishiusu, who returned to this place, was rebuilt into a building, and even after his father died, became the home of medakas and passed by. It delights the eyes of the people who pass.

Rosco Rio opened in October last year and is a popular shop that is hard to make reservations in no time. The main store is located in Amalfi, famous for its scenic luxury resort in southern Italy. While listening to the reputation as "casual and delicious Italian", I had no chance to this day. Finally, I visited you at 11:00, which I made a reservation with my friend of the bounty today.
It's on the edge of the out-of-market market that I don't think there is a popular restaurant. It is a bright and open space reminiscent of southern Italy with an interior based on blue. Today's lunch in front of the shop is 980 yen for a set of 5 to 6 kinds of pasta and salad.
We will have an appetizer with seasonal vegetable grill (1200 yen) and a new cabbage and chicken ring rice and seafood risotto from today's lunch. Both risotto and pasta are perfect aldente. It looks too delicious, so I forgot to take a picture and ate it first, "Oh! ] Desert and coffee are extra charge, but milk, chocolate gelato, and espresso are also excellent. I had a glass of spmante and red wine, but it's a very conscientious price. At 12 o'clock, nearby workers came to the store. Even when I left the shop after 13 o'clock, a considerable number of people were lined up. If you can have such a lunch every day, you may try a worker again. ・・・・
It is recommended for those who want to enjoy a lively meal with a few people. I hope you will have a happy time.

I visited Asano Shoten, which handles gold leaf and gold powder from Ginza 8-chome and Namiki-dori St. On the company's website
As part of the expansion of the business of Tokyo Ginza Otaya Asano Shoten, a wholesale gold and silver foil powder manufacturing wholesaler founded in 1887, the company's precious metal products wholesale division became independent. At present, we are planning various products to offer the traditional beauty of Japan, such as elegant gold leaf crafts, oil removal paper using genuine gold leaf cast paper that has been prized as makeup paper with superior absorption since ancient times, glossy lacquer jewelry, and gold folding screens that you want to use casually. There is an introduction. The local information magazine "Ginza 15th Street" NO.179 describes the difficulties of the current president, Hiroshi Watanabe, who took over the family business with his third daughter from working at a construction company. Like old knowledge, I was kind and kindly guided around the store.
It is a product of Kinmaki-e depicting luxurious fireworks. It's wonderful.
It is said that the company's gold powder was also used to restore Hiraizumi's golden hall. Products closely related to daily life are also available. This is a compact for women. I wonder if I'll give it to my wife next time.
There was also a sticker that puts such a simple gold leaf. It's "Utsushi Kin Makie". Let's do our best!
In the store, there was literally a "gold signboard" at the time of its founding. The president has a deep knowledge of art, and today the "Suzuki Gotake Book / Engraving Small Product Exhibition" was held. There are a lot of affordable items, so we recommend silver. Please come and visit us once.

It seems that the number of music lovers of the father generation is increasing recently. In particular, many people play their own musical instruments and demonstrate their abilities in performing and singing. I feel that the power is expanding year by year, such as the “Oyaji Band” tournament is held.
Here in Tsukiji, the star band "Honeys", led by a locally grown vocal and leader, shows the significance of existence. The leader, Massa, has the talent to have performed with professional singers abroad. The members are also talented people with all their individuality, and the atmosphere of the group is very friendly. Everyone, of course, has a good job and shows the faces of musicians beyond their hobbies. In fact, guitars and songs are getting more and more polished over the years.
The live is rented on the floor of a local specialty coffee shop [Tsukiji Chabo] and is mainly held on Saturday night at the end of the month. Not only the locals, but also long-lived fans are packed and always full. A stage filled with heat will be developed.
In such a gathering, it is natural to enjoy music, and it is wonderful that the audience relaxes with a sense of unity and expands the circle of communication with nature. Music has a mysterious effect that jumps over time and space and connects people's hearts.
Surrounded by the friendly and warm cheers of the people, this night's Honeys also listened to the soft harmony and accompaniment that made you feel personality. With the breath of the venue, this is a social gathering place.
I think there are many other steady artists in Chuo-ku that support the richness and vibrancy of the town. I believe that this region will develop as a land that fosters sensitivity.

Introduction of masterpieces of tempera paintings 1 ("Notification of conception", Hula Angelico, Prado Museum)
From June 4th, at Gallery Ginza facing Marronnier Street, "Tempera Painting Middle Ages Aya Decorative Manuscripts Solo Exhibition" is being held.
The etymology of tempera in tempera painting means "mixing", which is derived from the mixture of pigment and chicken egg yolk, and is characterized by its beautiful color development.
By the way, even in the same Middle Ages painting method, fresco paintings are painted with plaster on the wall and painted with pigments dissolved in water or lime water while still dry.
Tomoyuki Shiomi (Professor Emeritus of Taisho University), the organizer of this solo exhibition and the creator of the work, studied the theory of Gothic painting in the Middle Ages, and was fascinated by the beauty of tempera paintings. He learned how to make picture frames by himself, and he has drawn tenpela paintings at home every day.
When it comes to tempera paintings, I had the impression of something "old-fashioned paintings", but I was surprised at the vividness of the tempera paintings at the venue and changed my perception.
It's really a shining color, color, and color.
The solo exhibition introduced today will be held until June 9th (Sat).

"Tentake" located in the west of Harumi-dori St. and Kachidokibashi is a specialty store of puffer fish, but it will satisfy the appetite of our salaried workers at lunchtime and evening at a common price. The daily set meal is less than 1,000 yen, sashimi set meal, Anako tempura, Kakiage set meal, etc. Also, on the 29th of every month, "Fugu Tendon" is 1,000 yen, so I'm happy. A refreshing menu suitable for early summer is available at a reasonable price. I went right away. It's "Mini Fugu Kaiseki".
To explain this seasonal menu, from the lower right of the puffer fish hot water from the lower right (not the official name), and this jelly is sweet and sour and refreshing. On the left is Tessa vinegar, fried puffer fish, sashimi assortment, and puffer fish porridge, 2,625 yen. The set with draft beer is 3150 yen. Try it!
