Around the public bath in Chuo-ku②

[Satoken] June 4, 2012 18:07

It's been a long time. It's a season when the climate is better and the wind after the bath is pleasant.

This time, I would like to introduce the public baths in the city.

First of all, it's "Ginza Yu".

DSC00116.JPG

When I first found it, I was surprised that there was a public bath in this place. Ginza is just right in the city center

It's near here.

As soon as you open the door, there is a stand, and when you pay, you will receive the locker key and go up to the 2nd floor.

The second floor is the dressing room and bath.

I'm always surprised, but there are quite a few customers. In general, we will go shortly after the start of business on Saturdays and Sundays.

Some people have already come. Some people seem to be working in a nearby store, mixed with local people.

I thought there was also a need for public baths in the city.

Next is Tsukishima Onsen. It is located in a building along Monja Street in Tsukishima.

This is also a bath on the second floor. There were many local people and parents here too.

It looks delicious with monja and beer on the bath.

I'm looking forward to the next time.

Delicious rice and banzai ★Rice Cafe

[Mapo ★] June 4, 2012 13:34

It is a rice cafe located in Ginza 5 (Five).

The editorial department of Ginza Times, which I introduced earlier, has moved to Ginza 5.

It's a shop I happened to find out where I was searching to check the location.

Choose the main and choose the type of rice.

It comes with miso soup and 4 kinds of banzai.

The main dish was salt mackerel.

Rice is 5 grain rice. There was also white rice, and the daily change was bean rice.

Obanzai is also delicious.♪

I'm happy to be able to eat a lot little by little.

I was not good at "fuki" and I haven't eaten it for decades, but it was delicious (^^;

I'm full at 880 yen.★

Ginza Five is not so crowded, and it may be a secret place!

Juenberry <Harumi Triton>

[Sam] June 3, 2012 08:30

Geneberry RSG.jpg

In June, on the green terrace of Triton Square in Harumi, the fruits of the genus Zaiflibok in the United States, which is native to North America, are further colored.

Since the inflorescence of five elongated white flowers resembles "control" ("conductor" used when conducting control by the army), it has the name of "treeting tree", and it looks like "four hands" Also known as "shidezakura". It is also called "juenberry" because the fruits ripen and can be harvested around June.

It is said that sweet and uninhabitable fruits are suitable for raw food and are also used as raw materials for jam, pie and compote.

The pretty white flowers in spring and the young leaves that sprout again show a different look, and the red to reddish purple fruits in early summer and yellow leaves in autumn, and it is said that they are popular as garden trees.

Kazuo Chuo-ku Confectionery Association member store sweet food tour

[Silver] June 2, 2012 08:30

The Kazuo Chuo-ku Confectionery Association has been creating a map of information in commemoration of the 120th anniversary of 2010 since the formation of the union in 1890. I found it stuck in my bag all the time and said, "This is a fun city walkrun! "And I started visiting the shop. Among the 38 member stores, like "Ginza Akebono", the Futaba family of Tsukuda 2-chome, said that the name of the store was decided in hope of a "new dawn of Japan" shortly after the war, It is fun to know the origin of the shop, such as 1868. The franchised stores include Ningyo-yaki Honpo Itakuraya, Eitaro Sohonpo, Judo, Bunmeido Nihonbashi, Mihara Domoto, Irifune Aoyagi, Nishi Hatchobori Aoyagi, Shiose Sohonke, Seigetsu Domoto, Tokyo Fugetsudo, and Ginza Matsuzaki store.

The good thing about raw Japanese sweets is that you can enjoy beautiful and delicious with seasonal flowers and fruits. It's a bit different. It seems that this season has Japanese iris and sweetfish.

I feel happyhappy01 when I relax at home with astringent tea. Perfect for gifts and souvenirs in Tokyo.

This map can be purchased at each member store. Enjoy a fun and sweet tour.

In addition, a map can be obtained from the website of NPO Tokyo Chuo Net. Thank you very much, Tokyo Chuo Net. http://www.tokyochuo.net/sightseeing/wagashi/index.html

Gorgeous lunch at Ilrisrante in Ginza Bulgari!

[Mapo ★] June 1, 2012 13:00

I couldn't go anywhere this year's GW, so I had a gorgeous lunch in Ginza (* ^^ *).

I've been to Ginza for dinner four years ago, but this is my first lunch!

There are three types: 5,000 yen, 7,000 yen, and 10,000 yen.

I want to drink wine, so I'd like to have a lunch of 5,000 yen.★

We will choose 3 items from antipast, main and dessert.

The cutlery is Bulgari original. Is it silver? But it's not for sale.

There are 4 kinds of bread. Glyssini is also freshly baked and very delicious (*^^*)

And on the right is a gift from a chef who is not on the menu.

The cod dish and the yellow one above are made of corn.

Antipast is pure orange balsamiko of duck carpaccio carrot.

The main is homemade penne salmon savoy cabbage dil

Penne has a slightly rich taste, but it is sticky and cabbage is delicious.♪

And chocolate with the dessert Bulgarian logo★

After that, it also comes with cinnamon chocolate and small sweets.

Café latte. It was delicious with plenty of milk!

The wine is quite good, and since it's lunch, I only drink one cup at a time.

2200 yen and 2600 yen! If you add gas-free water and service tax

A lunch of 17,600 yen for two people! It was the highest lunch ever (@_@)

However, considering quality, service, location, etc., I thought it was never expensive (*^^*)

I was full and I was very happy to enjoy various things!

Every day at Tsukiji Market is "Limited Items"

[Apricot peony] June 1, 2012 08:30

You can buy the same item anytime and anywhere - it's very thankful for consumers.
However, you can buy items that can only be obtained there that day-I'm also happy.
If you say so, it may be considered "limited products" such as brand products and sweets, but if you think carefully, most of the fresh foods are affected by various conditions such as weather.
You shouldn't have the same thing as yesterday today.

In particular, the market is a place where such changes can be clearly understood, and the goods you want are not available or unexpected.
There are always unexpected discoveries, and Mainichi is Wonderland with only limited itemshappy02.

The other day, after a long time, when I went to Tsukiji Market's "place", there was something unexpected.
It's "Salmon Halas Skewer"sign01
ck1203_1205312.jpg

Salmon Halas, along with tuna jojo meat and kama, has become quite common, but I saw the skewer for the first time.
When I looked at the signboard of the shop, I was supposed to specialize in eels, turtles, etc., so did you come up with the idea of "stabbing on skewers"?
When I grilled it with the grill at home, it was really delicious as if it were yakitori.
However, the shopman said, "Today is just a moment, and it's not always always there!"
This is exactly a limited itemscissors.

And I was able to get the most important item "Law Puna Butts".
I was a little late, so I was worried that the store I always went to was closed, but he said, "I'm busy today and I don't have much time to subdivide into a pack, so I'm just going to put it out right now."sign03

Yes, in Tsukiji's market, "You can get good items if you go quickly" is a big mistake if you only say "Shiroto".sign01

Early hours serve professional cooks and regular customers, so the shoppers are full of hands.
From around 9 o'clock, those people retreat, and from 9:30 to 10 o'clock, they take a break.
In the past, it was closed as it was, so after 11 o'clock it was rattled, but recently the number of general customers and tourists has increased, so the number of shops operating until near noon has increased.
Therefore, half-finish items of the day can be subdivided into packs for 2-3 people, or what was sold in units of 1 kg can be from 100g.
Sometimes there are items that have been canceled, and the price is the legal fish shore, and the shop says, "I can't bring it because I can't afford it."

ck1203_1205311.jpg
In addition to the two points, I bought this day, dried saury from Shishamo and Ofunato, smoked duck, and shumai.

Everyone, because they went to the place that day, they only bought them.

When I return home and put the items I bought in the refrigerator, it may be a bit exaggerated, but "I'm glad I met something really good today."
Thank you to everyone involved in these items. "
