"Ginza Hatcho Shrine Tour" (2) (Hodo Inari Shrine)

[CAM] Nov. 14, 2015 09:00

At "Hodo Inari Shrine" (Ginza 4-3), the history that was posted beside me remained in i memory, so I will introduce it independently.

The alleys of the Hodo Inari Shrine and the Brick Street Era
(History of the city to convey to the present day)
From the alley where Hodo Inari Shrine is located
At the Ginza Nishi 4-chome Ginyukai, in order to let you know a new aspect of Ginza, in conjunction with one of the autumn events "Ginza Hatcho Shrine Tour", a panel titled "Hodo Inari Shrine and alleys in the Brick Age" has been installed.

Hodo Inari Shrine and Yazaemon Town
Hodo Inari Shrine is said to have been handed down since the Edo period, and has been mainly known as Inari Shrine for child care. Most of the Inari Shrines in Ginza have been raised on the roof of buildings. However, this area has been taken care of by the people around us, and it is situated on the ground in the middle of the alley.

Ginza has become a brick street from Edo to modern times
In Ginza, a Western-style cityscape was created at the beginning of the Meiji era, transforming into a downtown area. On the other hand, the alleys in Edo have changed their shape and have continued to support the lives of ordinary people since Edo as a unique alley in Ginza. Ginza has a long-established store from Edo along with its newness, and you can feel the remnants of the old living space. It's a great place.

Yazaemon-cho, the city of Ginza success story
In the middle of the Meiji era, Yazaemon-cho is home to many modern children who open up the next era. In the small area of Yazaemon-cho, the first stage of success story was created. You can see the advancedness of Ginza here.

Visit the Inari Shrine in Ginza through the alleys
There are still many alleys left in Ginza. In some of them, Inari Shrine brings you to visit. We hope that everyone will enjoy a small trip in Ginza with the feeling of "silver Bra".

"The Treasure of the Mitsui Family Legend" Exhibition

[De Niro] Nov. 13, 2015 18:00

de-Niro.jpg

At the "Manman Festival" the other day, I received another Nihonbashi guide offer from the tourist association whether Atakushi's Edo "Bura Walking" was popular. Thank you very much.

This customer is a group of groups coming from Yokohama by chartered bus!

This is a "Mattona" tour, such as a technical visit (inspection trip) of a large organization called the Food Sanitation Association, but it is also a casual comfort trip, and a tour accompanied by a tour conductor. This is a responsibility.

"Can you do it?" (← Amro Ray style)

I feel the heavy pressure of big and heavy.

Because it was a lie, it was the same glue as the previous "Manman", and it was easy to win because the story and content were already prepared.

You can tour the Nihonbashi area for about 30 minutes, and stop by Nori Yamamoto and Kiya-san.

Before entering Kiya-san, I will guide you to the Mitsui Main Building (only exterior) on the opposite side across the road, and along with that, at the Mitsui Memorial Museum next door, I introduced the "Mitsui Family Treasure" exhibition starting tomorrow on the 14th.

Mitsui_Exbision_Maruyama.jpg
Oukyo Maruyama's "Yukimatsuzu" folding screen, which is familiar to the Monoshiri Encyclopedia, which is often used in sightseeing certification tests, will be open to the public.

This work, which is also a national treasure, is usually open to the public at the Mitsui Memorial Museum for a limited time only during the New Year. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the museum's opening, and it is said that the exhibition has been extended to special exhibition. This kind of timely topic will be appreciated by our customers.

In terms of timely terms, this Mitsui Main Building and Mitsui Fudosan, which is now making a fuss about the world, are on the fifth floor of this building, and it is like the headquarters of the Mitsui Group....

Mitsui_Main_Building_S.jpg

The current Mitsui Main Building was built in 1924, but it was a U.S. company that was responsible for the design and construction at that time.

As you know, the former Mitsui Main Building was broken by the Great Kanto Earthquake, and by bringing together the collective strength of Mitsui Zaibatsu, we asked for a design that would not fall down even in an earthquake twice as large as the Great Kanto Earthquake. I ordered it from the United States, which has the world's highest technology at that time.

Indeed, the colint-type order column attached to the outer wall seems to have high earthquake resistance.

By the way, let's leave it, and tomorrow a correspondent exchange off party will be held in Ginza.

After all, the takushi is shy and shy,

At first, I was hesitant to participate.

However, I learned from the tourist association that a beautiful person in charge, also known as the "Corresistance Minister", would appear in a hurry, and decided to go. (← Where is the shy?)

How deep and tacky Chuo-ku enthusiasts gather?...

 I'm already thrilled (>_<)

↑ Even one of them (>_<)

The Tsukiji Kyoueikai store Fukuhiki sale is a must-see from Tsukiji on the second floor from November 14 to December 12.

[Silver] Nov. 13, 2015 16:00

At the Tsukiji Kyoueikai KY Building shop at the corner of the intersection of Tsukiji 4-chome, a lucky sale will be held under the name "Tsukiji Market Thank You Sale".

The special prize is 24 travel tickets worth 50,000 yen. I'm hungry

The building is here from November 14 to December 12.

006.JPG

When you enter the building on the first floor, you will find a shop called "Ankuruko-chan".

Chocolates from Hawaii and Switzerland, maple syrup from Canada, etc. It is also good for replenishment when there is a shortage of souvenirs for overseas travel.

If you go clockwise, fresh fish Asada Fisheries, Akiyama Shoten, and in the back, high-quality marbled meat and ham products from the Nihonbashi Hiyama Tsukiji Store are sold, making it an ideal souvenir for Tsukiji.

The restaurant on the first basement floor is home to delicious shops such as Takewaka, a live fish dish unique to Tsukiji.

On the second floor, there are Tsukiji Bon Marche and Tsukiji Michikan.

Ukiyo-e paintings depicting the history of Tsukiji are on display at Tsukiji's Michikan.

What kind of building the Tsukiji Hotel was like, Ukiyo-e of "CITY OF EDO" operated by Yokohama and Tsukiji.

Where was the Ministry of Navy? It's a very nice exhibition.

Tokyo Sky Tree Christmas Special Lighting

[Sam] Nov. 13, 2015 14:00

 DSC01508RELS (2). jpg  DSC01513RELS (2). jpg

One of the great attractions of Tokyo Sky Tree is the illumination that expresses traditional Japanese beauty, as well as seasonal illuminations.

This year, on November 11, three types of Christmas limited lighting that resemble Tokyo Sky Tree as the world's tallest Christmas tree started.

Date: November 11-December 25

Due to the Christmas season

①"Candle Tree" of "White Silver & Red" inspired by the flame of candles.

②"White tree" of "White silver & green" with the image of a tree wearing white veil.

③"Champagne Tree" which colors the tree with the light of champagne gold.

In addition, regular lighting

④A pale blue "Iki" with the motif of the Sumida River, expressing the spirit of Edokko.

⑤The Edo-purple "ga" that expresses the aesthetic sense of the city of Edo

A total of 5 patterns are lit according to the schedule.

Lighting time: 17:00~23:00

(However, from November 16 to December 15, lit at 16:15.)

Today, November 12th, the lighting is "Candle Tree" with Santa Claus color of "Shiragin & Red".

The special lighting of the Tokyo Sky Tree shines through Kiyosu Bridge, where the cable section is colored pink and Eitai Bridge, which is lit up in pale blue.

A variety of light productions include "light snow cover" on the upper layer, "time-cutting light" like meteor at the top of observation deck, and "light with sparkling like gold leaf" on the side of the tower.

"Ginza Hatcho Shrine Tour"

[CAM] Nov. 13, 2015 09:00

From Sunday, November 1 to November 3 (holiday), the "Ginza Hatcho Shrine Tour" was being held.

"Ginza Hatcho Shrine Tour" is explained on page 50 or less of "Monoshiri Encyclopedia".

I looked a little bit on November 2, but the time was a little late and the sun was set, so I decided to stay at only some shrines and visit again during the day of tomorrow and holidays.

IMG_2205.JPG

First of all, Toyo Iwaineari Shrine (Ginza 7-8).

There is a stone monument next to the Shiseido store building on Hanatsubaki Street.

IMG_1939.JPG

IMG_2206.JPG

Next, "Success Inari Shrine" is located on the first floor of the Shiseido Ginza Building (Ginza 7-5-5).

IMG_2207.JPG

"Kakugo Inari Shrine" (Ginza 6-10-1) was located on the Matsuzakaya Ginza store, but it seems to be closed this year because the same place is currently under construction.

"Azuma Inari Shrine" (Ginza 5-9, Azuma Street, Miharakoji)

IMG_2209.JPG

"Kabuki Inari Daimyojin" (Ginza 4-12-15, right in front of Kabukiza Theater)

IMG_2213.JPG

It was often found in the back of an alley, and it was not easy to find after sunset. The fun of looking back alleys is likely to become addictive (laughs).

Muromachi Tavern [Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] Nov. 13, 2015 09:00

White tents and red Japanese lantern are located on the roof terrace of the main building of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store.

It is "Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Muromachi Tavern".

mitsuak13.JPG

It is said that it will be open until Sunday, November 29 for a limited time.

mitsuak12.JPG

In a white tent, a warm menu and an all-you-can-drink plan are available.

"Gyunabe", "sumo wrestlers' hot pot" and "Japanese-style buffet" are fascinating.

Speaking of eating and drinking on the rooftop of a building, I came to mind the summer beer garden, but it was said that this was used during this season.

mitsuak11.JPG

Business hours are from 18:00 to 21:00 on weekdays, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, two copies are replaced, from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. That's right.

mitsuak14.JPG

During the daytime on weekdays, I stopped by for another business, so I didn't open yet, but I would like to add it to this season when it gets chilly, going home from work or one of the options to stop by with my colleagues.
