"Namishi Inari Shrine outside Tsukiji" (City Tour 10)

[Marsha Horiuchi of Edo] Nov. 9, 2015 16:00

We took a walk a little in front of the whole Chuo-ku Museum on November 1 and the bus guide in the afternoon.

1) At Fukutoku Shrine in COREDO Muromachi, rent a Chuo-ku community cycle (bicycle) and go around the shrine.
It may be perfect for running on flat ground with an electric bicycle, and return PORT is also available in Nihonbashi, Kyobashi, and
There are a few in Ginza and Tsukishima, and it looks like a settlement with PASMO, etc., and it looks like a new city.
→From Chuo-dori to Ginza via Nihonbashi and Kyobashi, the event "Ginza Hatcho Tour" will be held until November 3rd.
1-chome Ko Inari Shrine, Ginza Inari Shrine (Rooftop of the building), Ryuko fudoson (Rooftop of the building), Asahi Inari Shrine
I went around half. Next year, I'll take some time to go around everything.

2) It is "Tsukiji Namishi Inari Shrine" located in the back of Tsukiji Temple, also serving as lunch. Since the opening of Edo, reclaimed land
While many had to be made, here at Tsukiji Sea surface, no matter how much dike was built, it was the hardest place to be exposed to the waves.
One day, when I picked up glowing objects floating in the sea, it was the god of Inari Oga.
When shrine hall was built and visited, the wind stopped and the landfill was completed in 1659.
A pair of lion heads that appear at the Tsukiji Lion Festival in June every year are located on the precincts and are a masterpiece.

◆Chuo-ku There is a history here (64) Jukasha 19 birth 250 years-Visit a place related to the city-

[Akira Makibuchi / Sharakusai] Nov. 9, 2015 09:00

This year is the 250th anniversary of his birth, Jipponshaikku, a playwright familiar with Tokaido Naka-Kurige. He ate at Juzaburo Tsutaya "Koshodo" in Tsuyu-cho (now Nihonbashiodenmacho), and later lived in nearby Hase Kawamachi (now Nihonbashi Horidomecho 2-chome). burial ground is now in Toyoin in Kachidoki. Let's visit places related to 19 in Chuo-ku.

0913_64_151105jippennsha.jpgJukasha 19 was born in 1765 in Sunpu (now Shizuoka City) as the eldest son of the Shigeta family, who was concentric with magistrate's office Sunpucho, and named himself Sadaichi Shigeta. It is said that he worked hard in martial arts and learning since his childhood, and was keen on training spear art.

From around the age of 30 in 1794 (1794), he stopped by Tsutaya "Koshodo" in Tsutsuyu-cho to prevent the paint from bleeding with a solution mixed with glue to prevent the paint from bleeding). It is said that he was doing it. Nineteen was already known as a Joruri writer in Osaka. Koshodo debuted with three yellow covers, and nineteen himself did everything from writing to drawing and brushing (pictured above).

In 1796 (1796), he left Tsutaya and lived in Hase Kawamachi. Located in the southeast of Toyu-cho, close to Murata-ya, Enomoto-ya, Iwato-ya, etc., and close to the play-machi in Sakaimachi and Fukiya-cho, where actors and others lived. In the rakugo "Hyakukawa", "Sanko Shindo" appears in the story. At present, it is the area where Sanko Inari Shrine is enshrined (center of the photo).

The first edition of the bestseller, "Ukiyodo Naka-Kurige", was published in 1802 (1802). It was 45 years old in 1809 (1809) when he wrote eight stories traveling to Kyoto and Osaka as "Tokaido Naka-Kurige", and a sequel was subsequently published.

As a full-time writer, 1999, who lived with a single brush, closed his 67-year-old life in 1831. Toyo-in, which was buried, was originally located in Asakusa permanent residence, but moved to Kachidoki, where it was located after the Great Kanto Earthquake (bottom photo). The tomb of the registered cultural property of the Chuo Ward is engraved with the resignation of "If you are left with the smoke of incense stick in your spare time and spare time." @ Akira Makibuchi

Nihonbashi Diamond Building (formerly Mitsubishi Warehouse Edobashi Warehouse)

[CAM] Nov. 8, 2015 09:00

The former Mitsubishi Warehouse Edobashi Warehouse, built in 1930 (1930), was an urban warehouse with office functions. The new building has an outside view reminiscent of a ship floating on the waterside, and is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Historic buildings. (Page 151)

From the outside, it can be seen that the stone structure up to the fifth floor above the ground has a very classical design part. The new building is not on top of the old building, but inside the old building, and it seems that only the outer part, such as 70% of the outer wall, is left.

It was in 1876 that Yataro Iwasaki, the founder of the Mitsubishi Group, set up a warehouse here. Since then, this place has been used as a warehouse for Mitsubishi. It is said that Kabuki actors sometimes took care of art and kimonos, and then went to Kabukiza in Higashiginza after changing clothes here.

The construction began in the basement of an old building. And he pulled out the pine stakes buried underground to solidify the foundation. The number is about 1,500. It is said that the total number of buried is more than 4,000. Since the site area is about 2,900 square meters, more than one pine stake per square meter has been hit. He then reinforced the foundation by hitting a modern stake instead of a pulled pine stake, and then dismantled the parts other than the remaining part and started construction of a new building.

(The above is based on the Orient Economic Online "Exploration of Narige Shin's Technology.")

「AUTUMN GINZA 2015」

[CAM] Nov. 8, 2015 08:00

Today (November 3) is a very sunny holiday. I went to Ginza to complete the "Ginza Hatcho Shrine Tour", which I left around yesterday evening, and got a pamphlet of "AUTUMN GINZA 2015".

If you read this again, it's full of meaningful events. That's the last day.

If you notice, most of them are already over. It's like my life and I'm sorry (laughs).

However, it was meaningful to see "Shintomiza Children's Kabuki" at Ginza Taimei Elementary School.

   Today's Ginza-dori (Chuo-dori).

There is also a taste for walking around Akashicho

[Silver] Nov. 7, 2015 18:00

Yellow leaves on the street from St. Luke's Tower, Akatsuki Park in Akashicho, to Minato 3-chome have begun.

The poplar at Akatsuki Park is tall and lively. I think you'll get well.

The ginkgo leaves turn yellow and turn red is "Momijibafu (Autumn Leave Maple)".

I found a wonderful tile painting in the planting in front of the carriage at St. Luke International Hospital.

There is a description. Let's go to the front of Mr. Jisaku restaurant for a while.

There is a stone monument called "Unjosho". (It seems that it has not been listed in the Chuo-ku Monoshiri Encyclopedia of the Chuo-ku Tourism Certification so far.)

From the end of the Tokugawa period to 1868, a settlement was set up, and a "unsho" was opened for customs clearance and taxation of foreign cargo. This office was renamed Tokyo Customs in 1872. This is the birthplace of Tokyo Customs.

In the planting of the bus street, there is a `` monument of the founding of telegraphs '', and it is engraved that the construction of the telegraph line connecting the `` Telegraph Office '' in the luck office and the Yokohama Court started operation in 1869. I am.

You can see the monuments of the U.S. Mission School on the premises of the St. Luke's College of Nursing and the monuments of the Mission School.

In honor of the Siebold statue at Akatsuki Park, and then enjoy the soft sunlight of Koharu weather while watching the boats that come and go leisurely on the Sumida River Terrace?

There are many delicious shops near St. Luke's Tower and Tsukiji Outer Market. Please enjoy a pleasant walk.
