Kitano Komakino Shoten, which sells my favorite salmon.

[Sakura is good] April 24, 2017 14:00

“Kitano Komakino Shoten” 2017.4.21 Interview:

Business hours 9:00-19:00 Closed - Sundays and holidays (only on May 6 during GW)

4-10-1 Tsukishima ☎03-3534-008 [email protected])

scsfw.jpg

There is a shop located a little away from the shopping street near Tsukishima Daiichi Park.

We spoke with the owner, Fukuji Makino. Opened in 1979 as a cod wholesale specialty store. After that, we sell salmon, dried fish, shirasu, etc. by increasing the number of items. It was spread only by word of mouth, and now it is time to look at catalogs and receive orders from all over the country. The number of fans continues to increase nationwide. It's amazing.

2.jpgIn addition, when asked about Makino's delicious secrets of salmon, he said that he was carefully wrapped in Saran wrap one by one, and worked with his heart so that the taste of salmon did not escape. In addition, we sell with confidence under the motto "food safety", "eat delicious", and "If you think it is delicious, please introduce it to your friends." . And also offer at reasonable prices. I'm happy.

3.jpgImmediately, thick sliced salmon fillet (there is also a thin slice. I bought a thick slice) and went home and ate it as grilled fish. As the food went on, I replaced the rice several times. The salt content of sweet salt is subtle and delicious.

I felt happy after eating such salmon.

I hope everyone will enjoy it. It's my best.

Wanwan Square [Tsukiji River Park]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 24, 2017 12:00

It was the best season for a walk, and we went to Tsukiji River Park in Akashicho during lunch break.

Tsukiji River Park literally was a river (canal) in the Edo period, is now reclaimed, and the ground part is a park.

wanwan001.JPG

The underground part is a parking lot, and the area around Irifune Bridge is a multi-purpose open space used for ballparks in Chuo-ku.

wanwan002.JPG

The photo below shows the corner of the Tsukiji River and the multi-purpose open space from the ground part of Tsukiji River Park.

wanwan003.JPG

The ground part at the back of the left is the Irifune Bridge.

The arrow on the map below is the direction of photography.

wanwan000.jpg

The area under the Irifune Bridge is the dog run "Wanwan Square".

wanwan004.JPG

It is divided into a free area and a small dog area, and the usage time is from 7:00 to 20:00.

wanwan005.JPG

The area is 458 square meters for the free area and 189 square meters for the small dog area.

wanwan006.JPG

When I went there, there were people who had dogs play in the small dog area.

It's Tsukiji River Park, where you can feel peaceful and relaxed.

A horse's toothbrush

[Koedo Itabashi] April 24, 2017 09:00

The feeling of the head (bringing part) that hits the gums is comfortable.

Is this the hair of the horse's tail?

Speaking of the tail, it's supple strength to hit the noisy flies.

It is a delicate softness that overturns that image.

Animal hair is used for brushes and clothes brushes.

Anything that touches the skin is hairdressing brushes and makeup brushes.

It has never been familiar as a material for toothbrushes to put in the mouth.

When I use it, I feel that it has been polished and the surface of my teeth has become smooth.

※ This is a personal impression.

At 2-16 Nihonbashi Daidenmacho, there is Edoya, a specialty store for brushes and brushes.

Looking forward to visiting the Chuo-ku Machikado Exhibition Hall, we visited the Edoya Collection Brush Exhibition Hall on the opening weekday.

Even if you look closely at the exterior of the store facing Otemmacho Street, it looks like a brush.

This building is designated as the registered Tangible Cultural Property of the country.

When entering the store, on the left and right showcases, Edo brushes, which are traditional crafts designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and materials related to brushes and brushes were displayed.

When I called out to the store, I took some of the cases and touched it.

"The oldest of these is this lacquer brush.

It is a necessity for applying lacquer to wood in the process of making lacquerware.

It's made of women's hair."

In historical dramas, etc., the figure of a rugged wife who sells her own black hair and manages her household finances is depicted, but the black hair was used not only as a wig material but also as a brush material.

"Brushes are a method of planting hair bundles on the handle, and have spread since the Meiji era.

The brush is made of hair sandwiched between boards."

When I looked at the real thing while receiving the explanation, I really understood the difference.

Edoya seems to have been founded in Kyoho 3 (1716).

The name of the shop was given by the ancestor who was a brush master of the Shogun family.

Speaking of the Kyoho era, isn't it the time of the 8th Shogun Yoshimune Tokugawa?

It is a long-established store that has been around for 300 years since its establishment.

Edo brushes are created from the careful handwork of craftsmen using natural materials.

The luxury that you can use the work on a daily basis in your daily life.

There were several bundles of hair hanging on the ceiling, which used as materials for brushes and brushes.

Surely, there are some rare materials that you can't imagine.

I'll come with my wife next time, so please let me know again.

Did you have a word for the game tie?

[Shubo's Ten Hands] April 23, 2017 18:00

Speaking of ties, Taya

Introducing Mr. Taya, which has been operating at Ginza 4-chome since 1905 (1905). He seems to be involved in everything from design to manufacturing and sales to make original ties. The design of the design is very nice, and it is finely woven with ultrafine silk thread. Makes your necktie soft when you tighten it. As expected, Japanese textiles. It seems that Arnold Schwarzenegger also purchased it. The clerk will respond very kindly and politely.

Perfect as a gift for your boyfriend. If you come to Ginza, why don't you stop by?

(I photographed with the permission of the store manager.)
