It is called "hybrid power". Using this, Choshu Gin pork was created to produce pigs that are close to the ideals that humans want. It is located at the highest level of pork. Four varieties are multiplied to "Yotsumoto" pigs, that is, four yuan pigs. By the way, if you have 3 varieties, it is Sangenton. The cherry-colored meat is soft, juicy, slightly sweet, and has no smell. This is why Choshu Gin pork is said to be the best.
