The Ningyocho store has a history of more than 30 years.

At first, it seems that it was open across the street.

It has been open here since 1999.

It is on sale of very delicious seafood Kyokasuzuke.

What is different from Uokyu's other shops is a special event from 7 to 8 years ago, a year-end event of charcoal grilling and selling at several types of Kasuzuke stores.

It is an annual event, but this year starts on Monday, November 28 this month.

It starts baking around 11:00 a.m. every day except Sunday during the year.

You can enjoy the good scent of fish.

Uokyu's kasuzuke is a favorite of Rosmari's mother-in-law, Ke.

First of all, from history ...

Hisashi Shimizu, the first generation of Uokyu, is from Nara Prefecture.

Trained in Kyoto and went to Nihonbashi.

In 1914, Uokyu Shoten opened a high-class fresh fish merchant in Kakigara-cho.

I was attracted to many restaurants because of my connoisseurity.

In 1937, it was inherited by Toshio Hirota, the second generation, and together with his wife, Tome, began serving food in addition to fresh fish merchants.

At that time, the Nihonbashi area was a place where rice brokers with noisy taste came and went.

In response, Mr. Uokyu's Kasuzuke gained a reputation.

In 1940, "Edo-style Kappo cuisine Uokyu" opened. Tome-san is a great landlord.

In response to the voice saying, "I want to make Uokyu's Kasuzuke a souvenir." In 1969, we opened a restaurant called "Kyo Kasuzuke Uokyu", a specialty store for Kasuzuke.

It is Kyoto Kasuzuke derived from famous sake in Fushimi, Kyoto.

"Utilizing the season and protecting the taste" ... Uokyu's commitment has been handed down to Kasuzuke, with the patronage of many customers.

At present, sake lees are blended and pickled from all over the country.

Also, the number of days to pickle varies depending on the fish species. It seems that he continues to protect the taste of "Uokyu" by the method most suitable for fish species.

In addition, there is "Japanese Cuisine Uokyu" next to you.

We have kaiseki meal, shabu-shabu and sushi.

At lunchtime, we also have lunch as "Eat-in Ajimise".

This time, I would like to introduce the new products of Eitaro Sohonho.

In the article uploaded on October 4, "Delicious gem 2 still there", we introduced sake lees Karinto.

Sake Kasu Rinto is a product released on September 5 as a collaboration product with Asahi Sake Brewery in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

 

This time, in collaboration with Asahi Sake Brewery in amazake, the product name "Ama Sake Eitaro x Dassai" was newly released on November 7.

This product was developed by Eitaro Sohonho Co., Ltd. with the license of the registered trademark of "Dassai" owned by Asahi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ishikura, Director of the Public Relations Office of Eitaro Sohonbu Co., Ltd., gave permission for articles and images.

A special manufacturing method that stirs sake lees slowly and slowly, and emulsified at high pressure.

This product has a smooth texture and is easy to drink. In order to make the most of the goodness of sake lees, it is manufactured without fragrance and color. No extra material other than liquid sugar is used.

 

Uses sake lees from the 3 pure rice daiginjo Dassai.

The sake lees produced from Dassai, which is made by polishing the domestic sake rice Yamada Nishiki, is attractive for its gorgeous aroma and less miscellaneous taste that retains the lingering sound of sake.

"The store opened in June 2008. About two years after the opening of the store, after the TV drama "Shinjin" set in Ningyocho, cream puff became popular and a line began to be formed.
