Kyobashi Sweets full of chef's commitment-Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO-

Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO, which opened in Kyobashi Edgran on November 25, last year, is a restaurant of Chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka, a very famous and popular patissier, as you know.

Half a year has passed since this shop opened, and I would like to introduce the patisserie on the first floor.

It means not just drinking sake, but also making various proposals in connection with it. (The interview date was May 16.)

 

There will be a seminar this week, but this is a seminar in collaboration with the wine glass of Leedel, a prestigious Austrian glass. I think that there are many people who do not drink sake with wine glasses so much, but if you drink with wine glasses, it will change to this taste, even those who usually drink sake, one step further It is a form to propose for those who want to enjoy sake from a new perspective.
